Best Faucet Installation in Irvine CA

I've been have a problem where my shower only dispenses hot water (no cold water) and a noisy toilet. Prodigy sent their technician, Pedro, to assess this. I had 3 previous contractors come out and assess. Prodigy was the only contractor that actually did a thorough assessment of the problem, giving real options for me to do. The other contractors took all of 5-10 minutes to tell me to replace the entire toilet and to break a wall to repair my shower. Prodigy gave me a more than fair price, were super courteous and professional, and were able to complete the repairs to the shower and toilet quickly. I can't recommend Prodigy and specifically their technician, Pedro, enough.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

We initially had a bad experience with Service Champions because one of their technicians didn't follow one of their protocols. Upon learning of this, Leyland the owner contacted us immediately to apologize and to make things right.

Since then, Gary, Omar, Benito, Balthazar, and Octavio from Service Champions has done everything humanly possible to make things right for us. They went above and beyond in making us feel safe and confident in their services. They answered all of our questions with patience and grace and didn't once question our initial concerns.

Service Champions could have easier brushed away our compliant, especially since they have so many positive reviews already. Instead they decided to show us that their business model is rooted first and foremost on customer service and satisfaction.

Needless to say, we will be using their services from now on.

I called Pipe Bros after I went into my basement and found my water heater leaking all over the place.  Stacey answered the phone and was so polite and friendly and booked me a same day appointment later that afternoon.  Titus came out on time for his appointment and was very courteous and knowledgeable.  He quoted us a very reasonable price to install a new water heater and was able to pick one up the same day, install it and remove the old one.  We had our hot water back on and we were very happy with Pipe Bros and Titus!

Dave from Smart and Handy was the contractor for our bathroom, wall and flooring, and fireplace remodel. He also put in a beautiful new built in entertainment center. Throughout the experience he and his subs were professional, thorough, and reliable. Dave has some great ideas on functional design, but also was willing to work with our interior designer on details. When something went amiss (and something always does) he readily responded and solved the delemma.  Our house is lovely and we are planning to go ahead with another bathroom upgrade soon.

They were able to come and give me service the same day I called them, really professional and gave me the beat service and did quality work , will definitely use them again

This is my second time using Frank, but this time it was for my moms house. Her drains backed up and overflowed in her kitchen. Frank came in and snaked it and power washed it per my request. (Power washing is highly recommended to get rid of sludge that a snake cannot) He also found out her clean out was covered up during a kitchen remodel so he repaired that. We also had him repair and replace a clogged drain that ran out to her front yard. He did an excellent job and my mom is completely satisfied. Hard to find a plumber that you can just send over to your mothers house without having to worry about them being taken advantage of. Frank is the one you can trust. He called me after it was done to let me know everything went smoothly. Nothing else you could want from a plumber. A+ service.

I live in Irvine and had a situation last night where I was up in LA for an event, and had literally just reached my friends house to pick her up, when my 16 year old called from our house in Irvine to say we had a plumbing emergency and my husband needed to know if I had a plumber I knew and could call.  

Luckily I am part of an business group with some of the best professionals in all different types of business categories that go through a rigorous screening process and we have a well regarded plumber that one of the realtors had brought in to our group!  I texted Phil our plumber in all CAPS with a frantic  HELP I HAVE AN EMERGENCY! And his response was I am on my way and will be there in 30 minutes or less, I was so relieved!  

I knew he was 24/7 but it was 6:30 on a Friday night and I knew I couldn't follow up, other than to text my husband Phils contact info, and let him know I got hold of Phil and he was available and on his way.  

He is amazing and I highly recommend him!  Put his contact info in your phone so if you need help you can call him immediately to get help!!

We had a new garbage disposal that needed to be installed. Carlos quoted us less than competitors and did a superb job with the install. He and Juan were pros all around. Called prior to confirm the appointment, transparent with costs every step of the way, and respected our time and space. So refreshing to have a flawless service experience with no surprises. Will use again!!

I found Justin at Purpose Driven Plumbing from recommendations on a local Facebook group. My water heater was not producing enough hot water, so I sent Justin a text. He responded within an hour and we scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday. We determined that my water heater was installed in 1998, so it was time for a new one. We were able to get it scheduled for the next day at a very reasonable cost. He also gave me a good discounted rate for changing out all of the angle stop valves throughout the house. Justin and Jordan were friendly and thorough. They left the workspace tidy, and Jordan even took the time to adjust some faucet handles that were askew without me even asking. Will definitely call Purpose Driven Plumbing the next time I have a plumbing issue!

Vladimir came to home quickly, diagnosed the problem, obtained the part and fixed the toilet.  Very happy with the work.

We just moved into a house with a decent amount of plumbing issues, including:

Poor water pressure in the kitchen faucet and master shower;

A leaking bathtub faucet;

A broken shower tub faucet and shower head;

A washer and dryer needing a hook up;

A leaking gas valve in the laundry room; and

A broken bathroom sink handle.

We also needed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and two bathroom sink faucets and handles installed.

Giovanni did ALL of the work we needed and then some! He also replaced knobs that needed replacing.

Giovanni was incredibly kind the entire time. He continually explained what he was doing and why and how we can make sure to avoid any future plumbing issues with respect to the things he fixed or installed.

Also, my wife and I just moved and have had many home improvement projects going on from painting to electrical. Out of all of the home improvement professionals whom we have worked with, Giovanni was BY FAR the cleanest of all of them. He made sure to clean up any messes created by his repairs/installations and it did not go unnoticed. We REALLY appreciate how clean he was with his work. Too many times we have had workers in our home who have done a job for us but have left a mess behind for us to clean up. Of course, the clean up isn't terrible or a deal breaker, but it does make such a difference in our experience in using HHS for our plumbing needs!!

We needed some immediate help for a plumbing issue at my daughter and son in laws house.  Called Pristine and they had a crew out by the afternoon.  Dwain led the effort and did a great job of pinpointing the problem and taking steps to prevent water damage.  It ended up being a bigger issue that will require a restoration company for the cleanup.  Dwain was very helpful  in working with the restoration company to get that process started

I especially liked their approach to not just fixing the immediate problem but coming up with a good long term solution.

We will definitely use Pristine again

The technician Chris arrives on time and provides quick service to solve the kitchen sink clog problem. He also give us some tips to prevent the issue from happening again.

Highly recommended.
