Best Drain Cleaning in Irvine CA

We had a leak in a pipe that ran from our main in the front yard on Christmas Eve and we're glad Prodigy was able to fit us in. Felix came at the time we were told to expect him and was very polite, he fixed the issue within about an hour. We were glad to receive a discount on the job with our yearly membership. Unfortunately we've had to use that membership a few times this year, but are glad to have plumbers that can take care of our needs all year long.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I agree with Kyle in Pasadena 100%!  We were also given the $77 tune-up special which included a cleaning and a followup sales call with a 'supervisor' to convince us to get an entirely new system.  The service tech also convinced us to sign up for a $12/month club membership agreement that held promises of future discounts and fee tuneups.  We lucked out because we have a friend who is an electrician who recommended to us an independent HVAC technician that claimed there was nothing wrong with our heater, least of all the need for the washer that was crucial to the system running all the flames properly.  Best part was he didn't charge us a dime just to make a few minor adjustments.  We are very blessed to have not paid this company the $3,000.00 estimate they claimed necessary for a new system.  I do not recommend using this company.

Called last night, set an appointment for this morning.  Was told they'd be here 8 to 10am and dispatcher would call to set in the morning.

Dispatcher called at 7:30am, said Aaron would arrive between 9 and 11am...and that he would call when on his way.

Aaron called at 9:01 and gave an ETA (mentioned traffic was heavy).  Aaron arrived in a timely manner, got to work after listening to me explain the situation, and had it cleared in less than 10 minutes (using an industrial plunger - not my hardware store flimsy ones).  Cost me the $110 for a house call, but that is worth the peace of mind of being able to flush with no worries.

I also bought an expensive auger from Home Depot - they said it was the same as a toilet auger but less money and longer, but that was not correct (the better comment) as it didn't work AND it scratched my basin.  Don't make the same mistake I made.  Try an industrial plunger, or call Courtesy!  I will be calling them if I ever need anything.

Request Aaron for most drains (he does basic plumbing fixture clearing - not major work).  He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.  I trust him in my home.  Thank you, Aaron!

Brothers Christian and Eusebio are both professionals and know what they're doing. They're both young but very mature and knowledgeable on solving issues related to their field. On top of that, both are good, courteous and very respectable. I'm not looking for another problem soon regarding plumbing, but I will definitely hire them again when a need arises, as they won't leave not until customers are fully satisfied. Good job guys.

Bob was amazing, he came out within a few hours, he went above and beyond to help me. He walked through the whole house to make sure I didn't have any leaks. I appreciated his knowledge about my water heater and pressure to the house. Her was very efficent with proposal and contacting me in case I had questions. Wonderful service!

I needed a gas line installed for a new outdoor firepit. Quick quote response time. Reasonable pricing. Quick no-hassle service. That about sums it up. Matt was even flexible and willing to work with the crew doing some other construction work and willing to move his schedule around to fit in with theirs. I would definitely use his services again for any other jobs that come up.

My 95 year old Mom had water coming out from behind her toilet. I called the plumber I usually use and was told there was a $39.00 charge just to come and diagnose the problem and it would not be applied towards the cost of the service.  I then called another company that I like but they only do sewer clean outs.  I then called John and he was just so kind sounding and so responsive.  He came over and fixed the problem and did not even charge for his travel or professional time.  He said he takes care of his 100 year old Grandma and knew on the way over he was not going to charge my Mom.  He was so kind, sincere and professional that I knew he would now be the plumber for both my Mom and me; and, I felt 100% safe with him.  I would recommend John in a heartbeat.  You will not be disappointed.

Sent a message out to them and they replied almost instantly. They came over and quickly identified the problem and got straight to work! It's nice knowing that these guys are a text away from fixing anything that's thrown at them.

Carlos arrived right on time, fixed my toilet, and didn't even charge me. Then I asked him whether I needed to replace a water heater pipe. My plumber recommended that it be replaced at a cost of $400. Carlos said it looked perfectly fine and that it did not need to be replaced. Carlos will be my plumber for life. I recommend him very highly.

Well, I can't comment on Brent being handsome as one yelper did, but I do know he is very responsive, efficient, thorough, and down to earth.

Had a cold water slab leak that needed a reroute, and living in a condo, the copper pipes run everywhere, even into neighboring units.  Brent methodically located where the line started, and figured out the best solution to reroute.  To top everything off, he completed the job in less than 1.5 hrs.

I've dealt with a few plumbers, since having this leak, and either they don't show up for their appointment (America's Plumbing), are inept,  or stop communicating, when you ask them if they work Saturdays (cough, cough C&C Plumbing).  Well, thank you all for doing a disservice to me because everything worked out 10x better.

I have used HHS twice now, and received exceptional service both times.

The first time, we had a clog in our rental unit that was causing the kitchen sink to fill up when the residents used the shower (???). Giovanni came out very quickly, cleared the clog, and cleaned the area better than it was when he started. He also went above and beyond, replacing  pipes under the sink that were a bit leaky using better materials. I insisted that he charge us for the extra work (after all finding a leak and fixing it early saves a lot in the long run), but he didn't charge us a penny more than what was quoted for just the clog issue.

More recently, I got a call from my HOA saying there was some water accumulating near my condo cluster and they were 99% sure it was coming from my place cause my meter was constantly moving. I was suspicious of the explanation since my house wasn't that close to the pool of water that was collecting so had HHS come out. Giovanni first ruled out that the collecting water was coming from my property. He then determined my meter was moving because of a minor issue with my toilet. Rather than try to push his services, he told me it was a simple fix ($10 part from Home Depot) that I could replace myself. I opted to go that route, but Giovanni still wrote paperwork up for me to send to my HOA saying my house was not the cause. This was AFTER he already knew that he wasn't going to get any money off of the visit.

It's rare these days to find a plumber that will do an in-person assessment and estimate for free. It's even rarer to find one that won't try to extract every penny out of you. It's nearly impossible to find one that genuinely wants to help you out knowing they won't get anything out of it. I found all of the things in HHS, and will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

Rob was our plumber and technician who came out for a ceiling water leak and was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, knew what to do, helped us understand all the different scenarios and went out of his way to acknowledge I have a 9 month old and was very aware of mask wearing, noise and that really goes a long way. I will be using these guys in the future.
