Evan Kelsay from Hope Plumbing visited our 1955 house today to remove two toilets that were original to the home and install new ones.  The work was done very neatly, professional, and looks great.  Evan called ahead of time, arrived when promised, assessed the situation gave a quote and did the work.  He is professional, knowledgeable and skilled.  Dealing with Hope Plumbing prior to working with Evan was also a very good experience from our end.  Jillian took my original call and was always pleasant and professional to deal with.   I then worked with Michael who helped us pick out the equipment.

Evan ran into one of those old house things that I run into several times on this house.  The flange for the old toilets were too high for the new toilets.  As soon as he ran into the issue, he showed us what the issue was, gave us options with prices.  We agreed that he should do the additional work to get in the new toilets.  However, even after we agreed to do the extra work, Evan kept thinking and came up with a way to install them without additional cost.  He again communicated it to us and we agreed - no extra cost needed.  

We also asked about replacing our water heater at a future date.  He again provided options and prices.  

Overall a good experience and we will use Hope Plumbing again - when we do, we'll be requesting Evan!

We used Chapman for the first time about 10 years ago. Our furnace went out in the middle of a freezing cold wonder and Chapman came out immediately and totally hooked us up with a great deal on a new furnace in no time. Since then, they have replaced our water heater and air conditioner. Let me tell you that Chapman has totally taken care of us. Always. They are kind, competent, and customer focused. They fight to find the root of any complex issues and come up with the best, most economical solutions. I will always use Chapman for our hvac and plumbing needs. They are THE best!

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

Called for a simple service appointment and Bob didn't sound like he wanted my business at all. I told him someone else had worked on the issue in the past and he said, Why don't you just have them do it? I asked what his minimum service call was and he said, If I have to sit around for a couple hours, probably a couple hundred bucks. At least it's good to know about his level of professionalism  before hiring him.

We moved into a house with a root in our sewer they were amazing working with us and our title company. Then they came out right after settlement and did the job in one day! They were all so polite. If I ever need any other plumbing work I will always use them!

Plumbing Paramedics performed an inspection on our plumbing after the rebuild of our new Old Town Design Group house which flooded due to an installation error by their contractor, BRS Mechanical (BR Schroeder and Sons).

Plumbing Paramedics were extremely professional and thorough and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They also noticed that a flush valve had never been installed on our tankless water heater. Plumbing paramedics returned later and installed a flush valve and flushed our system for a great deal. I am grateful for their honest and quality work.

Mark was GREAT to work with. I called after hours, he picked up right away and after explaining the problem with my water heater he was able to get to the problem right away. He even sent me a picture of what the issue was and explained what had to be done to get it fixed.  One of the nicest and most pleasant experiences I have had. He is honest and upfront! Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with.  I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line.   The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly.   I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

We bought a new home and had some minor plumbing issues to get looked at. Unfortunately for us this plumbing service was what Angie's List recommended.

Was charged 300 dollars for a tightening on the toilet and an incorrectly hooked up fridge. He was here about 1.5 hours, charged for 2, and half of the time was spent wandering back and forth from his car and fixing a mistake he made in hooking up the fridge to the water line. On top of this was extremely unfriendly and lazy- told us to call the manufacturer for a leaky faucet and for a leaky dishwasher. Told us it would cost us another 600 to cut a hole in the floor and run a pipe into a small room to move the washer up from the basement. Generously took off 15 dollars for making a mistake that he tried to convince us didn't matter and was extremely rude about correcting.

Cannot recommend less. Extremely Unsatisfied.

My previous HVAC guy retired and referred me to Action.  Had them out in early 2019 for a regular checkup.  The serviceman showed me a couple of scratches on my gas intake valve and said at any time it could start a fire or blow up.  Scared the crap out of me so I purchased a furnace from them that came with a one year free air/heat service contract.  Had them back for the checkup in October ... asked them to check my air conditioner compressor and they said the service agreement didn't cover that ... what?  There were two guys who sat in front of each HVAC (I have two)...one guy was on social media, showing posts to the other guy.  They left and a horrible stench came out of my vents when I turned on the air.  This did not happen until they serviced my HVACs.  On their way out, they tried to sell me another service agreement.  I get a couple of sales fliers from them each month trying to sell me something.  They need to do their jobs right ... then maybe I would consider purchasing an agreement.  Now they've added plumbing service ....

He diagnosed the problem and fixed it

I signed up for their maintenance program and he fixed my ac so I can enjoy Labor Day weekend with AC

I had 2 locations that I needed looked at. I told the person on the phone which one to arrive at first. They went to the wrong one. I was quoted for a job and the price was over double what any other contractor has since quoted me. lastly i had them do a smaller job at the second location. They didn't look for the problem at all and just immediately started getting to work (The problem was not solved). I would avoid them if possible.

I reached out to Peterman's to quote a few jobs but, more importantly, to address a stopped up drain.  Blake came out the morning following my call after a 30ish minute notification before his arrival.  Super nice guy - don't know if it's just his personality or something Peterman instills - and was very competent.

We looked at my concerns and Blake identified a few additional concerns he saw.  Nothing high pressure, just a Keep a lookout there because this was done suboptimally. He wrote up a quote for future work on the jobs, requested an opportunity to get a senior guy out to take a look at a trickier job, and easily explained my options (financing, service memberships, etc). He then cleared the drain extraordinary quickly and for less than I've seen anyone else charge (I've before paid $100 for this pesky drain and have been quoted upwards of $200 -- Peterman's quoted $83 but it drops down to $50 with enrollment in their service plan at $16 per month which then goes to a charity you identify from their list).

The senior plumber, Drew, came by with Blake the following morning. Same courtesy and professionalism as the previous morning. He talked us through the larger job and I had a competitive quote in my inbox (at my request -- they offered to stay to review but I wanted to get to work) within the hour.

Good folks. Competitive prices. Competent answering service (which is a huge plus -- it's not just a service but I think Peterman employees).  I'm a happy fella.
