Gary is a reliable contractor and his crew are skilled tradesmen who care about their clients and the quality of their work. I commissioned Simpson Construction to do multiple and major projects at my home this past year and am very satisfied with the work and, as importantly, how I was treated. I will not only refer them to friends, but will use them myself again down the road.

Excellent service.    It was very easy to contact them through the Yelp app.   I was able to describe the job and schedule a  time slot.   The initial estimate is free and there's no travel charge.

The service technician showed up right on time.   I showed him what needed to be done (outdoor 120V panel removed and replaced with 240V service panel for the hot tub) and I got a firm upfront price (parts and labor) straight out of his service binder.   No surprises.

Since he was already here, I showed him another minor job I had been putting off (replacing the security light high ankle my garage).   Again he gave me a firm price (labor only) or if his binder.   I would supply the security light myself.

So while he ran to the store to get the parts to replace the 120V panel, zi went to Lowe's to pick out and purchase the security light I wanted (motion-activated).

When I returned home 30 minutes later, he was already working on the panel outside.   I gave him the security light and he was done with everything in about 20 minutes.

I would definitely use Copper Ridge again for my electrical or plumbing needs.

Ronnie arrived when the office said he would.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.  He patiently answered all of my questions.  And, he quickly identified and fixed our issue.  It was refreshing to work with someone who you feel you can trust.  I highly recommend them!

I have had Serenity Plumbing out a couple of times now, and I am incredibly happy with their work and professionalism. Last fall they came out and replaced my sump pump, which had failed. I had three other companies to quote the job before Serenity and they were pushy and abrupt in their estimates. Serenity came out, gave me three options along with their opinion their preferred option. I was happy to have multiple choices and I did't feel pressured to take the most expensive option. I also work during the day, so my wife is the one who was at home when the sump pump was replaced. She told me the guys were friendly and informative. Now I am having AC problems and my wife called Serenity in to take a look. They were up front about the option we have for repair or replacement, and potential costs. I feel they are giving me all the information i need to make the right choice for an expensive home repair. I will certainly have them out ot do the work, as soon I decide course to take.

Jason has helped me with many different projects from a water heater installation to pipe leak repairs, vent pipe re-routing, and installing a new outside hose bib. I would recommend him to anyone. He is extremely up front about all the costs involved, time to complete the the job and is very fair with his pricing. I trust his judgement and rely on his expertise.

I called Tim to try to get a under-mount kitchen sink repaired, it  was coming un-glued. He told me who to call  to fix this problem, I did.   I then asked for his help regarding our sump-pump. I sent him some text-pictures  per his request.

Tim scheduled an appointment to come and see our issues  with the sump-pump. - He  didn't try to sell us expensive services,  just made a game plan for our issues. Wow- that was great -  Highly recommended !!!

We were down stairs when we heard water coming through a light fixture from the above floor. While I was searching where the leak was coming from my wife found a recommendation for Brown's Plumbing on the NextDoor app. He picked up right away and was at our house in 20 minutes. Since this is a new house for us we couldn't find were the shut-off was inside the house. I pulled every knob and handle I could find since the leak was on our new hardwoods. By the time he got there the leak was under control- it was coming from the refrigerator so we were able to pull it out and turn off the water to the fridge.

Though Zack doesn't work on appliances he did help us find the source- water filter. Zack also spent time with us showing where all the shut-off valves were (around the corner in the back of the storage room in the basement...) As well as give us some advice on our water softener and adjusting our water heater.

Zack was very professional and knowledgeable while charging a very fair rate. Hopefully you won't need his services in an emergency like us and will only have to utilize his services for something tamer like changing out a faucet. Either way, if you need a good honest plumber then I would recommend Brown's Plumbing.

Phenomenal experience! Not only did they end up coming out a day earlier than expected, they went above and beyond. Small businesses and family owned is what builds a great economy and community. We had a low grade leak from our dishwasher that was leaking through the main level light fixture. They assessed everything from the sink to the dishwasher, lights and floors. Great company. They also waive the cost of the assessment fee if they have to end up fixing any kind of damages. They were so efficient, quick and informative on what we should do/expect next. Thank you for all you do!

Nick was very attentive, provided a low cost estimate and actually delivered the solution on time and slightly under budget! I definitely will have him back for future jobs.

I can't say enough good things about these guys.  They do a great job, only do what needs done, and are reasonably priced.  They are very nice guys and I, as a woman, feel comfortable dealing with them.  They installed plumbing and a grinder tank for a basement bathroom and replaced our sump pump.  I really appreciate their great service!

Jim with Allpoints was so helpful and professional. He helped us deal with the nightmare that is Choice Home Warranty. Jim took over a lot of the communications with Choice so we didn't have to fight with them as much. We desperately needed a new water heater as our old one kept breaking down, and the repairs that other plumbing services had tried weren't cutting it. Jim convinced Choice to finally approve a replacement water heater, which he ordered and installed quickly. He was also always available and kept us updated on the replacement process. The new heater works great and we're very happy with Allpoints!
