We needed a water heater replaced. They replaced our water heater on the weekend, showed up on time, we're clean, did quick work, honest and up front on materials pricing and very polite. Will call again for my piping and plumbing needs.

WOW! Not often can we just applaud a business for such amazing job! Let me just say George and Jessie picked up the phone and heading my way in all of 30 minutes from me hanging up the phone. My sink was so stopped up and full of grease. They had to snake it twice. It had even managed to back up into a bathtub. Which they unplugged and cleaned out. He made sure that the water was flowing from the clean-out outside, as well as the sink and bathtub inside.
I can't say enough about these two. Thank you so much for being prompt, courteous and just professional. Hope I don't need a plumber any time soon, but if I do, these two guys will be who I will be asking for!

Great company and would highly recommend as your first call to make for all plumbing needs. Owner is on time and reliable, transparent and very reasonable. Our job was done for $90. My two other closest quotes were $225 and $240! Support local small businesses and head to Kae Edward plumbing!

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do...on a line that would be re-routed anyways.... .

I was able to get a rapid response on CHRISTMAS EVE of all times and scheduled a tech to come out as soon as they had an opening.

At the recommendation of others in the neighborhood, I called Bear's Plumbing to come out a fix a big problem with work done by another plumber. They scheduled a service call within a couple of days. When they arrive they quoted a very reasonable price and deducted the very reasonable $75 trip charge from the invoice total. The plumber was very courteous, quickly assessed the problem and fixed the other plumbers mistakes. I would recommend Bear's plumbing to anyone in the area. At last I feel like I have found a reliable plumber who is reasonably priced and is looking for loyal repeat business and not a price gouging ripoff like so many others with the fancy looking trucks and television ads.

On CHRISTMAS EVE, I was able to get a very quick response and have a tech come out on the day after Christmas.
Kelly was quick and cordial. He made the repair painless and quick.
Plus 1 year of warranty on the repair.

We will be using them again soon for another plumbing problem, but hopefully not for for awhile with another emergency.

Luis and his team was very easy to work with. There was communication every step of the way. While their price wasn't the lowest, it was quite reasonable, and they were very easy to work with. Techs were reliable, on-point with their quote, did what needed to be done. I've been conned by contractors, esp plumbers a few times before, so try my best to screen contractors pretty well. Great job, excellent communication, they have been saved on my phone for future needs.

Our PVC connecting to the water meter outside burst and was flooding on the driveway and the city said we needed a private plumber to fix it. Shawn picked up right away and was ready to send someone within two hours. A Week later both of our water heaters stopped working and were left without hot water right before a cold front was to hit! They came to the rescue again and Were so empathetic, so respectful, and diligent. Always respond, whether you call or text! Reasonable, fair, and so friendly! 100% would recommend to anyone!!!

I had a leak that needed to be repaired and I called in the morning. They informed me that they couldn't be there till the afternoon. I asked them to try and get there earlier if possible.....of course I thought it wouldn't happen but I would ask. They were 2 hours earlier than they said....very impressive, especially these days!!! We have used S&B several times and have always been extremely pleased with their service!

I had a bad leak in my kitchen sink and the guys that came out to fix it were great. They were able to fix it fast and charged us very reasonably for it. Very friendly too. The reason I rated a four is due to the appointment I had. I called the night before to schedule an appointment for the next day between 2-4. Nobody showed up. We called them and they said that one of their guys finished a job early so they decided to come to the house around 11 am. Then what is the point of making an appointment if you're just going to show up when it's convenient for you? Obviously nobody was home because we weren't expecting them until between 2-4 pm. We then had to schedule another appointment for the next day and hope that they would show up in the time it was made. Very frustrating.

They repaired my irrigation system after the winter freeze. They did great work and a great price. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to call a plumbing company, but couldn't put it off any longer. Our water pressure was terrible and with guests coming and going, it was getting embarrassing and cumbersome. I looked around and landed on a local company to come to the rescue. The plumber came out and removed an unused filter that was on the entry pipe to the main water supply. He also replaced a fitting that was ancient. He did a multi-point inspection throughout the house and in the hot attic (for the hot water heater) and made some recommendations. A few minutes after he left, we tested the water by turning on the kitchen sink faucet and flushing a toilet at the same time. Yay! Water was still flowing at good pressure in the faucet!  I highly recommend this wonderful, local plumbing company to help with your plumbing needs. Thanks, Pioneer Plumbing!

My guy arrived as scheduled and completed my repair in a timely and efficient manner.

We had no hot water in the home and I have no knowledge surrounding hot water tanks.  I asked Abacus when I scheduled the call what the service call fee was and was told that estimates are free.  Well,  the estimate might be free but the service call was not - $225 to spend 5 minutes fixing the problem - pilot light had gone out.  I will NOT be using them again.  Very deceptive on not actually answering my question....
