On very short notice, RJ came to my condo around 6:30pm to fix a leak in my bathroom (after he had already put in a full days work).  He took care of my problem competently  and professionally and the timely response definitely saved my flooring.  Even after I had paid RJ, RJ went down the elevators to his van and back to grab some towels to clean up some minor areas on the floor.  I found that rather impressive given that most folks would have probably settled for home at that point or might have even charged for the additional time.

Overall, I am very comfortable saying that I would highly recommend.  On a side note, their business cards were top notch and it will definitely be going into my rolodex.

Called around 4pm on Friday and Neil said he would come around 7pm. He showed up looked at the problem and scheduled to come back the next day. Neil came back and fixed the problem with ease. I will definitely call Shaka Plumbing again. Thanks for the great service!

Our only bathroom completely backed up late in the afternoon last week, so we immediately called several plumbers to diagnose and fix the issue.  Pipe Masters answered the call right away and were the only ones that could assist the next day.  Turned out the issue was bigger than we expected as there was a large metal obstruction in pipe outside our unit leading to the main.

They were able to provide a reasonable quote to excavate and replace the section of blocked pipe and install a 2 way cleanout for us in the process to make future access easier.  The techicians that assisted us were very professional and performed excellent work.  Our bathroom is now completely clog free :-)

Keli'i came out and knew exactly what to do and got it fixed efficiently and effectively! Very friendly and willing to take the time to explain things. This company was excellent.  Replaced a sewer line and did it in a way that was more work for them but saved me money.   They also did a few other things at no additional cost and left the house looking better than they found  it.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Virtues Plumbing and Martin are the most trust worthy, reliable, fast and efficient plumbing service  on the islands! We live in an old building with old plumbing. Last night I turned on the shower and food, dirt and hair gunk came up out of the bath tub drain. Basically our bathroom and kitchen share a wall and direct plumbing. When I turned on the water from our kitchen sink, water flowed into our bath tub. The next day my wife was cleaning underneath our kitchen sink and found water had leaked over everything. She found the issue. See photo below. The sink pipe had rusted off and separated. Martin snaked the drain to  clear any clogs, he replaced the piping under the kitchen sink (see photo), and he disinfected the tub all under an hour. Martin ran the water in both the kitchen and the bath tub to make sure everything was working and that there were no leaks or flooding. He really has good and fair pricing. We had several bids for our bathroom remodel. Accurate Plumbing was not only the most reasonable but very knowledgeable and professional. Let me just preface this by saying that I'm rather handy myself and do most of the repairs for plumbing fixtures in the house. I'm not a professional by any means but to date it had worked out fine for me... and then our toilet started leaking and the laundry faucet was leaking and I was tired from work and other things so I finally told my husband, let's hire a professional. That's when we did some research and came across JR Service and Repair on Yelp and decided to give him a call. Boy am I happy we did, and in a minute you'll find out why.

Firstly, JR was really professional and knows his stuff. Over several days of trying to figure out a schedule that worked, JR accommodated our schedules and came in the late afternoon to do the repairs. Can I tell you how relieved I was that I didn't have to carve out time from my work day to be home for these repairs to be done? It's so nice to be able to come home from work and not stress out about taking time off.

Secondly, he came in, checked everything and got to work. Our toilet was running. I knew that it was likely because of how the actual fixture wiggled but I didn't know that the supply line also had a leak. Well, JR did and he not only repaired both issues and replaced the toilet bowl bolts, he cleaned up and caulked the base of the toilet. I've worked with plumbers in my day job who aren't that thorough so it was a breath of fresh air to see someone  really attend to the little details like that. To add to this, I probably wouldn't have caught the leaky supply line if I had replaced the toilet bolts and wax gasket myself and it might have burst and made a real issue so I'm SO thankful I hired a professional like JR Service and Repair to do this work.

Now on to the laundry sink. The faucet has had a slow leak for months now and he went in and fixed the internals of the faucet, saving me money not having to purchase a whole new faucet which was wonderful. THEN he asks if I knew the pipe into the wall was broken. Well no I had NO idea and if I had replaced the sink faucet myself, I might have never caught that. I noticed water on the floor of the room on the opposite side of the wall but always thought it was due to the washing machine leak that we used to have but since we just replaced the washer, I was surprised to see some dampness the other day. Well now we know why!

Bottom line, you need a plumber, hire JR Service & Repair. It was worth the money to have a real professional come out. He saved me probably thousands of dollars fixing the unforeseen issues in both repairs because I know I wouldn't have caught them and they both had potential to be really costly issues if they weren't caught when they were.

Hiring JR Service & Repair was the best decision I made. I'm about to call him to replace our kitchen faucet soon.

Tony was great.  I had a clogged kitchen sink and Tony came within the window of time he said he would, was efficient, friendly, and well priced.  He's also a small business owner, so it was nice to be able to support him.  Would highly recommend if you you're looking for a plumber.

Called to have them fix a broke pipe. Shane called me within a 1/2 hour to let me know someone could be there. Steve and Justin came over to fix the broken pipe and tested for leaks. Thank you for the good service.

Reliable and excellent service...installed water softener due to Ewa Beach's hard water. GREAT WORK. Will definitely use his service again for any future plumbing needs...

I called hone & business remodel for my house total renovation and the owner of the business came to help me.  His name is alex,  he was very helpful and prompt in getting me set up with an engineer for drawing require to get permit.  The engineer was an in house and the price giving to me was very affordable compare to other contractor that I have came to estimate.  The estimated price for the construction was very reasonable and had more allowances then other.  I would recommend this company to any one, to have there house constructed.  They even answer the phone on weekend.

My friend has a condo, and I talked him into letting some friends stay there. Guess what...they had a little accident.  A Barbie got flushed. They called me asking what to do. We found Aloha Plumbing they were super helpful. Everything is as good as new. I'd highly recommend them.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
