Waited two hours for an estimator. When I made a comment ro him about my displeasure at having to wait so long, he said maybe I could find someone that was a better fit. He got in his truck and left.

I looked this company up and called them knowing its 24/7 since our water heater broke and badly needed servicing. I called and it just kept on ringing. I left a voicemail and the next day called again thinking last night they were just busy. But I kept calling and calling throughout the day and no one would answer. I thought this was a 24/7 company. Guess not.

Called Pipe Masters in the morning and they were able to accommodate me and come out that afternoon.   You get an email and text message confirming your appointment.  When it's closer to your appointment you get another text message letting you know the Technician is on the way.  It even have GPS tracking to let you know where the Technician is and when they will arrive.  Very handy as to not just wait around wondering when they will arrive.  Technician (Josh) came on time and began to access the situation.  What I liked about their service was the fact that the technician explained to me what he was doing and what it would cost before he started. He also explained that if it did not work, what would be the next step and the cost.  What I liked was the transparency and that I knew exactly what my costs were going to be before he even started.  That way if it was worse, I already knew it was in my budget.  Luckily for me Josh was very good at he was doing and was able to clear my toilet without having to remove my toilet.  Arvin also called after to check on the quality of the job done and to see if I had any questions or concerns. This is my second time hiring Pipe Masters and second time I am very happy with their service.  I will definitely call them again.  Happy to support local business and local families!

Keli'i came out and knew exactly what to do and got it fixed efficiently and effectively! Very friendly and willing to take the time to explain things. Kitchen faucet hose sprung a leak. Ordered new part from manufacturer American Standard. Waited 10 days, part arrived. Removed old leaking hose. Pulled hose out wrong way so the stainless housing on the sprayer end lodged inside the fixture, out of reach. My bad. Could not see or locate it, but I knew it was in there, caused obstruction which prevented new hose from threading through the fixture. Called a BUNCH of plumbers. Most said next Tuesday of what ever, not an option! Sink full of dirty dishes, no water for a week?

Matt from JBC showed up within 2 hours, plumber McGivered a solution and got the piece out in about 20 mins. Problem solved. $115 later, worth every penny. Great job and fast response. What else do you want. Wish I made that kinda hourly rate!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I can attest that Virtues Plumbing is The Best in Hawaii. Martin, Ben, Joe, Scott have great teamwork, do really neat, excellent work and even clean up after themselves!  They are knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and their pricing is very reasonable. I can say this because I have hired many plumbers over the years for my ongoing bathtub drain issue, which no plumber could figure out why it would back up every few years. I worked mostly with Martin, who is amazing. He put a camera in the drain line and found a lump of lead, which had melted inside the drain line (probably from original building construction) with several (shampoo) caps stuck in and around it. It was so crazy and I am sure that any other plumber would have given up at that point. Not Martin. He managed to bust it loose, pull out some caps, and cleared the drain! I finally have peace of mind and am very grateful to Martin and Virtues Plumbing! Mahalo nui!

I hired Accurate Plumbing to completely redo the shower in my master bathroom and I am so happy with the finished product!
Everyone was super professional and they handled it all from demo to final product. All I had to do was pick out the tile and give them an idea of what a wanted and they made it happen!
My only regret is that I didn't take a before picture so I could show you how awful my shower looked before this amazing transformation!

Johnny was excellent all around. Responded to emergency quickly, diagnosed problem, and fixed it efficiently. Came back later in the week with Andy for more substantive repairs, and they both communicated excellently, did what they said when they said, and did a great job.

They were quick with their response and even quicker with being able to service my clogged drains. While I had not one clogged drain the worker Patrick who came helped me with 3 clogs and didn't over charge me like I've had done in the past with Roto Rooter. Support local owned companies is the best and this company is going above and beyond. Mahalo Tony and Patrick.

This plumbing company is not only affordable but these plumbers will bend over backward to ensure that the job is done correctly. I can always count on them even when I need them in an emergency.  Can't find better!

I am so happy that I went with these guys to do my bathroom! I had 8 different companies come look at my bathroom and all of them were way too overpriced and quoted me 2 weeks to finish! Glad I decided on this company. Alex, the owner gave me the best price and said he could finish my bathroom in a few days. His workers were very professional and fast. They even cleaned up after the bathroom was done! I will be using them for sure for my next home renovation!

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
