Braddah Jaren was prompt and replied in minutes after I sent my shower faucet issue. He is very knowledgeable and truly a craftsman in his trade. He showed up promptly for a quote and offered to do it that day. After he finished it looked magnificent and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work done the first time.

We wanted to get an exterior pipe shortened, a quick 15-20 minute job.  The guys were prompt, efficient and left the job site perfectly clean.  On the way out, the lead plumber noticed that another exterior hose fitting was basically welded shut from corrosion since we live just off Kaneohe Bay.  He offered to fix that as well on the spot with an upgraded spigot.  I was pleased with the value for money and their prompt service.  Definitely recommend Full Service Plumbing.  Their company title doesn't lie!

Got a call from the business and didn't expect the call. The conversation was very pleasant and even offered to reverse the charges.  I give them kudos for the customer relations.

The price they charge is absurd. BE AWARE.

My family has a rental unit in Honolulu, this morning abt 9am (July06) toilet in the unit were clogged, our tenant couldn't reach me so they called this company, they told my tenant the price to clean up the clog up and replace the wet seal under toilet bowl is $1500-1600. About an hour later I found out and I called off the job and still paid $125 ( NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AFTER ONE HOUR ). I think is a total rip off.

And before the plumbing guy leave he told my tenant be careful of Technician from the plumbing company I hired to finish the job. He even mentioned the Technician might steal their belongings. FIRST: he has no idea which plumbing company I called and SECOND: that's not nice to talk stink about others esp he never met them or don't know them. That's very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Yelpers reading this please shop around first if you decide to go with this company.

I had an appointment set up, a woman from DHP called me to confirm it. The rudest person I have ever dealt with! I ended up canceling the service (a $1000 to change a toilet). I was willing to pay due to the urgency, but this person I spoke with was not a nice person! This call was at about 3pm 10/20/21.  They charge Brain Surgeon rates. Shame on you guys!
