Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in Honolulu HI

Updating my rating and adding to my review of Little Big Plumbing because I've used them a third time. My realtor called them to run a video scope through the drain line of a house I am inspecting/considering. Mike and Savea (sorry if spelling is incorrect) came out, pulled up a toilet, and video scoped the drain quickly and answered a lot of questions that I had. Very friendly and knowledgable guys that didn't rush even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. They only charged me for an hour of their time, unlike some other plumbing companies I've used. They also emailed me the video. These are my go-to plumbers from now on. Thank you.

So happy to find JGR through other positive yelp reviews, that I felt compelled to add my own. I researched and called around to various plumbers, but based on reviews and our texts, I felt that the owner Jaren was the right person for the job.

3 issues:

1- A kitchen sink that was not draining after several hours
2- A toilet that was running
3- A bath tub that was slow to drain

Jaren asked for photos of my toilet to assess needs before coming out. He explained that his call out fee was $25 and that he could come within the hour to give an estimate, even though it was 5pm.

Jaren arrived on time and gave me a reasonable quote (more affordable and quicker than other companies) with a few options on the spot and was able to fix everything in an hour. He was also very personable and easy to work with.

Based on my experience,I would recommend JGR as knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy for your plumbing needs.

I did NOT use this company for plumbing because 2 appointments never saw daylight: One switched to an earlier date (great) and then that one was cancelled due to 'the tech that does this type work is not available' the day prior. I am on my THIRD plumbing company trying to change out a tankless water heater and do the filters and service valves a proper install requires (not done on the old unit by original plumber and it knocked out after 2 years since we could not flush it w/vinegar to stop calcification build up) ...and they all SAY they know how, show up and know nothing. (The first company was looking it up on Utube!!! NO THANK YOU!) These guys sounded great, said they have a tech for this, but bail twice. Today when I CB to reschedule? Said they are overbooked TWO MONTHS out. Doubtful. Sorry. I went with Steve's Plumbing who have a specialist contractor for JUST tankless systems and can come tomorrow. I haven't had hot water for a month:( Brrr...Perhaps other type plumbing jobs are great as the reviews say w/Full Service--but NOT tankless. If there even is anyone there that knows how to repair/switch units. I'm flabbergasted that this is THREE plumbing companies now who seem unable to admit they don't do this type plumbing...or they make an appointment when unable to accomodate it? Huh? Go with Steve's.

Sent them to do an estimate on my rental but didn't  come the time they said they would be there.  After plumber finally got there, the $28 estimate on phone turned into $120 down payment for work to be done.  They also wanted $1,000 just to turn the main water valve on and off.  Decided not to go with them due to those factors and they didn't reimburse the down payment they took from my tenant to do the work.

When you need service in a hurry, the word emergency comes to mind.  I had sink backed up in a rental...I did the big company (Roto) that had a website to ask for service but soonest on website was late afternoon with a 2 hour window.  So signed up but needed it faster so kept looking and came across Emergency Plumbing with high reviews.  

Called even though early in morning set it up to meet in an hour.  Calvin came introduced himself and his coworker and they quoted the price, which is not cheap but you pay a little bit more when you need something quickly and professionally.  They got the drain line cleared out in kitchen and bathroom quickly and cleanly.

I was so impressed,  I asked him to give me some quotes on non emergent plumbing work to do at a later date.  I have found a new plumber.

Jack was a professional who took time to try to understand and guide me through a sudden leak in my water heater that I discovered after coming home from a work trip. What is most important is that Jack created a sense of trust by not only providing flare rate fees but by educating myself about a subject I honestly am not expert at. I have definitely found my family plumber in Hawaii

I couldn't be happier with these guys service. While in Hawaii, our timeshare While in one of my multiple visits to Hawaii, our apartment needed to be fixed. We were looking to get different quotes from different vendors but you know how hard is to find a good and reputable company.

My hat is off to Cooper and his team. Will definitely do business again!
