Little Big Plumbing was recommended by our real estate agent when we bought our house.  We worked with them to inspect the plumbing before we closed on our house, and we were very impressed with the quality of service for such a reasonable price.  Since then, we have trusted Little Big Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.  From simple repairs to a complete rework of the plumbing in our downstairs guest room shower (including beautiful retile of the interior), they have done fantastic work.  Meghan was always very responsive when we called, and Michael (who did all the skilled work) was very meticulous and professional.

I first found JBC on the Best of list of the Honolulu star advertiser. Then I googled them and all their reviews were excellent. I like that their website stated their license # and BBB accreditation. I called them with 2 problems. They came the next day and arrived 1/2 hr early. They diagnosed both problems quickly by just looking at the problems. They quickly went to work and did a great job and finished in under an hour. The technicians were Ryan Sr and Ryan Jr. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and they left it looking clean and new. I would call JBC again.

I want to thank Jeffrey for going the extra mile to get our washing machine finally sitting level for the first time since we had it installed two months ago. On a previous plumbing job, the plumbers had left the machine sitting lopsided with the front end propped up on the 1-inch tile and the back end lower on the untiled floor.  This was causing the machine to rock and every load of laundry to get unbalanced during the spin cycle.  Jeffrey came by himself and promptly got the machine back on level ground. I thought that was all that needed to be done, but when my wife came in to look, she wasn't satisfied that it was completely level. Jeffrey patiently and methodically took his tools and sled back out, lifted the machine up, adjusted the front feet, and kept working at it until it was perfectly level side-to-side and front-to-back. He also saw some tension in the hoses that he didn't like, so he took the machine apart to make sure they were secure in the back. Since we had been without a washing machine for two weeks, a lot of laundry had piled up and as a result my wife has been doing load after load since last night. The machine is humming along and running quieter and more smoothly than at any time since we got it.

I also want to compliment the professionalism and skill of this company's plumbers, who have been doing a lot of work in our building lately.  I'm a director on my condo association's board, and we were getting reports from some units that their washing machines were not draining properly into the adjacent shower drain. The pipe in question was inside the individual units, so it was not a problem that the condo association could address directly. Instead, we sought proposals from several plumbing companies and asked them to tell us how they would fix the problem and how much they would charge. Full Service Plumbing came in with a fairly reasonable quote, and more importantly, seemed to have the best plan for fixing the problem (our building's drain pipes are complicated). The association paid for the first job, in the resident manager's unit, and confirmed that the work they did completely solved the problem. It did, so we recommended them to all of the other owners who were having the same problem. They've now done this work in a number of units in our building and every unit they've worked on has been completely satisfied with their excellent work and the professionalism of their plumbers and office staff.

I loved meeting Jaron and his co-worker.  They responded the same day I called and diagnosed the problem.  Then they came back the next day to complete the repair job.  The job was done well and they were both so professional and very courteous.  The only thing that bothered me was the price to just install a new faucet to stop the leaking problem.  I feel that the cost to do this repair job was overpriced, expensive and unreasonable.  I would never refer this company to anyone due to the charges. My desperation to get the job done immediately led me to have them come back but I will not call this company again.  This company charges way too much.  My repair job was not complicated but I paid a heavy unfair price to get it done.  Again, the crew was GREAT but it was too much money for a simple repair job!  I felt I was ripped off.  Next time, I will wait longer to get someone that has honest decent rates rather than get immediate service that charges way too much.  The rating above reflects the cost this company charges for a simple repair.  Otherwise, Jaron and his co-worker were WONDERFUL!

Kristian and Jim came to my home this evening to take care of some plumbing issues I've been dealing with since moving into my new place, they where both very polite, respectful and efficient. They took care of all my plumbing issues in a very timely manner. Great guys great company will definitely use them again for any other plumbing issues.

Jack came by a few months ago to figure out why our hot water heater wasn't working.

He explained to me everything that was happening, and didn't over explain if I clearly didn't care.

He knew SO SO much about the systems, and ever since he came and fixed it (didnt even have to replace much) our water heats so much faster saving us a ton on water.

It took an extra day because of the supply chain making trouble getting a part and he offered a personal day water heater to make up so my family didn't have to go without hot water.

I sent a message via yelp & it was answered quick. Had an appointment set up for next day. DJ replacement my kitchen faucet quick & even offered to dump the old faucet for me. Excellent customer service! Will definitely use again in future.

I have never had an issue with this company. Might not be the cheapest, but  I was more then  happy with their work .  I have had  DHP come out  on several different occasions for several different things. I am sure they will negotiate the price a bit depending on the amount of work. Don''t expect massive discounts, however I believe the company is fair.
