On very short notice, RJ came to my condo around 6:30pm to fix a leak in my bathroom (after he had already put in a full days work).  He took care of my problem competently  and professionally and the timely response definitely saved my flooring.  Even after I had paid RJ, RJ went down the elevators to his van and back to grab some towels to clean up some minor areas on the floor.  I found that rather impressive given that most folks would have probably settled for home at that point or might have even charged for the additional time.

Overall, I am very comfortable saying that I would highly recommend.  On a side note, their business cards were top notch and it will definitely be going into my rolodex.

Owner Jeffery, and his crew, swooped into our 2 story 1950's built house. I had a laundry list of things that my siblings wanted done.    His crew changed out  galvanize pipes to copper pipes that led to every sink and bath in the main house.  That really fixed the low water pressure problem!  Unclogged drains that have been an issue for so long.  Installed toilets and hot water heaters in no time flat. Built a economy minded surround shower to replace an aged stall. My brothers kept him busy with abrupt  decisions to replace faucets.  He followed our  wishes to keep things simple, and even pointed out that some things didn't need replacing. Jeff is a very knowledgeable plumber.  In the future, I'm going to hire him again for the things he said didn't need replacing yet.  ( Oh yeah, his crew even found a old crumpled twenty dollar bill for me. ).  Most of all, he and his crew behaved very professional and grateful for the work.

Owner texted me to discuss my poor review and asked when we could talk.  I sent him a message back to let him know when I was available.  Haven't heard from him since.  So BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!!

My experience with EPS was great! From the start, I called and spoke with Kayla who helped set up an appointment quickly and easily. I received text and email confirmation of the time the technician was coming out and a photo of which technician to expect. Grant was prompt for the appointment and very informative. He not only helped clear out the problem quickly but also was very thorough. I feel like Grant and EPS genuinely wanted to help us and not take advantage of us. Grant even helped us apply a coupon for our total service. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I've used this business consistently for the last 9 for work. Plumbing is always a bit of a nightmare to deal with when managing a building but DJ and team always make my life easier. I can rely on them to get the job done and to do it right. I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing job, big or small.
