Let's get it right,  I did not refuse to pay, I paid for the rough in and was not happy so I told you I was going to use someone else to install the fixtures.
You agreed that since you did not finish my water heater install that that was fine.
As far as the mess up you made with not plumbing out the 2 other pipes. Why would I have you install knobs with settings for those pipes and not want them installed.
If I knew you would not answer my call or texts, I would not have signed your iPad that you hurried me to sign, after I told you that the shower pipe was still too short, you said they sell adapters at Ace or home depot. After I signed your iPad you told me your the best let me know if you need anything.
If this is how you treat your customers then I would still nit recommend you

I first found JBC on the Best of list of the Honolulu star advertiser. Then I googled them and all their reviews were excellent. I like that their website stated their license # and BBB accreditation. I called them with 2 problems. They came the next day and arrived 1/2 hr early. They diagnosed both problems quickly by just looking at the problems. They quickly went to work and did a great job and finished in under an hour. The technicians were Ryan Sr and Ryan Jr. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and they left it looking clean and new. I would call JBC again.

I wish there were 10 stars to rate Martin Dixon. I had an emergency repair at 7:30pm on a Friday night on a pipe that burst underground in our yard. I asked Martin if he could fix it but he wasn't available until Monday. I sent pictures/video asking advice on how to stop the leak until then. He called and said he'd come out to fix immediately. I was prepared for a ridiculously expensive bill but it was so reasonable. This is the third time I've had Martin come to fix issues on an old house. He's prompt, courteous and more than fair in his pricing. I so appreciate him (and his family) for coming out to help our family.  It's so rare to find an honest , hard working, reasonable plumber on O'ahu.  This is the guy to call!! Thanks Martin !!

Needed to replace some old toilets and replace a leaking mixer valve in the garage. Johnny was very helpful, he even recommended which one to buy and where it was on sale!  He showed up on time, was very thorough in his explanation, didn't waste time, showed me what was done and left the place clean! Totally professional!!

Very nice guy but the only thing that I would suggest is make sure that you get your estimate in writing because my estimate was between $450 and $550 on the date of estimate and he came out on Friday and we agreed that he would do the work on Tuesday and he showed up on Tuesday but my price was now $1000 by the end of the day it was $1500 and he knocked it down to $1200 but because I had to leave there was a couple of things that he didn't finish but does good quality work just make sure you have everything in writing

Had an appointment today between 2-4 pm. The plumbers came around 1ish, which was awesome. My dogs was out so they was being cautious at first which is another plus. They first snaked the main drain (which every plumber does) however, myself not knowing there was another drain for the other bathroom on the opposite side of my house. To be clear no other plumber has visited this drain.

Once they snaked the main drain the water was still backing up in my bathroom. Problem not solved. They young braddha got curious and asked if there was another drain besides the one they just snaked? I wasn't sure and gave him access to view the opposite side of my house. Sure enough there was another access drain.

This access was untouched for I don't know how long. They had to saw though to gain access and open the piping. Sure enough.... crap came out.

Figured the issue out but not in the budget. They did their darn best to help me make sure this fiasco won't accrue for a bit longer.. however I will end up calling them cause gotta save up for the quote.

All and all my experience was great.

5-Stars!  Creative Plumbing is our first choice for our family's properties and they always gets the job done!  We trust them to perform quickly, efficiently, reliably, and professionally for any bathroom or kitchen project.

This place has a very high rating.  It also says they will call back within 15 minutes.  I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response.  Do not waste your time with this company.

Called Pipe Masters after a different plumbing company could not clear out a slow draining shower. Received a consultation call from the office manager and he discussed options to clear the drain. I ultimately decided to start with their diagnostic fee which would be reduced to 50% off should I move forward with the repair. Upon arrival, Pipe Masters determined the line was indeed clogged and the (2) man crew worked quick to snake and resolve the clogged drain. Crew took pictures of their work and cleaned up the area when done. Very satisfied with the entire repair process from the initial call to quickly diagnosing and repairing the problem. Highly recommend and will use their services again!

Keli'i is licensed and insured plumber who is very professional and responsive. The first time I called, he was in the middle of a large job but took the time to come over and assess the leak I could hear dripping in my wall.

We communicated via text and although he was very busy, he came after hours on July 3 - the day before a holiday and stayed until almost 8 pm. He had to cut walls in between the upstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom.

He bought the part needed and squeezed me into his schedule on July 5. After struggling in a small,  cramped space trying to remove a pipe that was installed incorrectly in the 1970s  (he had to chip away at the pipe, then cut it, then drill a bigger hole in the floor joist while working in a hole no larger than a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper) he kept saying Nothing is impossible. After seeing his accomplishment of this difficult job, I told Keli'i that should be his corporate slogan - Nothing is impossible!

My gas heater went out about a month ago, wasn't really a priority to get it fix. But now it's getting cold so I need hot water. I heard that most of the time you just need to reignite the heater, I tried reigniting it myself but was unsuccessful. I wanted a plumbing company that was close & can get the job done. I always yelp company's before I make any final decision & came across JBC, their reviews were promising so I gave them a call. Their dispatch lady was really nice & super helpful & got me scheduled for an appointment that works for me. Josh & Sean came to check out my water heater & well what do you know the heater just needed to be reignited but I was doing it completely wrong. They were very knowledgeable & showed me how to do it if I ever needed to do it in the future which I appreciated. I feel silly having  them come out here just for that but I'm glad it just literally needed to be reignited and not something catastrophic. If I ever need other plumbing services in the future I'll definitely be giving JBC a call. Mahalo

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Fast, reliable, honest services at a very reasonable price!  Clayton and Colton came and resolved our issue within an hour.  We will definitely utilize their services again.

Back in 2017, we received a quote of $250 just to show up at our front door from Steve's Plumbing.  We didn't hire them.  A year later, my brother actually paid that exorbitant show-up fee because he had a plumbing emergency and couldn't find anyone else to go to his condo.  After that, we promised ourselves we would not call Steve's Plumbing if we needed a plumber.

So in October, 2020, when we needed a plumber for our family-owned condo, we didn't know which company to call that wouldn't rip us off and worse.  It was a relief when our property manager referred us to Full Service Plumbing.  What a great recommendation!  Lindsay requested pictures of the leaking shut-off valve to our washing machine so we could get an estimate and so they would know what parts the plumber needed for the job.  Joe showed up on time for our appointment, was appropriately masked, worked quickly to replace the shut-off valve and hoses, and didn't leave a mess.  After sticker shock from Steve's Plumbing all those years ago, we were delightfully surprised that Full Service Plumbing's bill was reasonable at $209 for all the work done, including parts, and well below the $375 estimate Lindsay had given us.

On April 30, 2021, Full Service Plumbing did work at our house in Kailua.  Lindsay was able to schedule us within a week of my call for help with a leaking kitchen faucet.  In the days leading up to our scheduled appointment, Crystal called a few times to let us know they had openings in their schedule if we wanted the work done sooner.  A change in our appointment wouldn't have worked out for us, but it was good to know they were thinking of us.

Joe was our plumber again.  He removed our leaking kitchen faucet and installed the Moen faucet that we supplied.  He also fixed the pop-up drain stopper for my Grohe bathroom sink faucet.  Joe worked quickly and efficiently.  The entire job took an hour and the cost was $204, which included the materials for the pop-up drain stopper mechanism replacement.  We consider Full Service Plumbing's prices very reasonable.

According to Lindsay, Joe is their go-to repair/service plumber.  He's polite, friendly, professional, and was properly masked while working in our house.  My husband is a retired contractor and he always complained about many of the electricians and plumbers who left their rubbish wherever it fell on the floor and expected he would clean up after them.  This was not an issue with Joe because he picked up after himself, as a professional should, and left his work areas as neat and clean as he found them.

Lindsay is awesome and a pleasure to work with.  Crystal, who also works in the office, is equally nice.  We are grateful to our property manager for recommending Full Service Plumbing.  We will definitely use them again and are already telling our friends about them.

It take some great service for me to write a review and Evertrust has me typing now.  Second time I've used them.  The first was at realtors recommendation after moving into new house.  I think she had used them many times.   I was so impressed with them then that I didn't look further for the latest repair.  On both occasions the office (Dennis) was prompt calling to set up a time.  If there was potential delay I got immediate heads up.  The guys showed up right on time, all fixed with no hassle.  All working fine.  Great job, great service, great guys to work with.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
