There is absolutely nothing LITTLE about the heart, expertise, competency and aloha of this company.  Based upon the YELP reviews, I called this morning about my leak, was greeted warmly and was scheduled in for an early evening appointment.  Michael was incredible, he got to the problem very quickly, which masked a much larger problem.  With gusto he attacked the clogged drain.  In all of our years of calling folks in to help with the drain, this is first time someone got under the house, opened up the pipes and flushed away the madness.  

They will be my go-to people from now on!  Not only did he take care of business, Michael, our archangel, did customer education, discussed on corrosive home remedies for our pipes and was a genuine good sport about being followed around incessantly by my son.  

Not only is he great with pipes, drains, plumbing, he's incredible with young adults with autism.  Michael for Mayor!

Very professional and knowledgeable. I really liked how I was able to track the technician to see exactly when he was showing up rather than relying on a ridiculous two hour window. If I ever need work done again, I'm definitely calling Pipe Masters!

I had a leaking toilet over the holiday weekend and Kelii from Imua Plumbing came as soon as possible. He quickly diagnosed the issue, a loose gasket in the water tank. He fixed it within an hour, and his rate was excellent. He was very professional and respectful. Imua Plumbing is officially my go-to for anymore plumbing issues in my new home. Very grateful for excellent, local service!

Jaren is my go-to guy with any plumbing related repairs! 5-star service and he always has a solution. I could not recommend him and JGR Plumbing enough!

Tony Did a Great Job replacing our kitchen faucet!  He is well organized & finished in less than 1 hour!

In my opinion, service doesn't get much better than 535. Shane was very responsive in setting up and appointment. On the day of the work, Scott & Mitch arrived 10 minutes early, were well prepared and efficient. I allowed two hours for the work to be done, but it took them only one hour and fifteen minutes. This including going up and down three flights of stairs in my daughter's walk up condo to shut off and turn on the building's supply line. They were both personable and professional. Price to change five gate valves to quarter turn valves seemed very reasonable.

I noticed a leak in my front yard. I called a couple Plumbing companies, where Gary (Owner) was the first out of them all to call back. He made it a priority to make it out to my home to give me an estimate the same day (even tho it was a Friday, he made it a point to fit me in before he ended his day).        He is knowledgeable, friendly and had great communication. I received the estimate via e-mail later that afternoon.
    I needed to cut down a tree and get the stump and roots removed. He referred me to a company and they both came out on Monday and fixed everything. They communicated with each other and I didn't have to worry about a thing.  Brandon and Cyrus did a great job. I know it was a messy job, not only did they fix the broken pipe, but they cleaned up well and I didn't have to WORRY OR STRESS at all. For that alone I'd recommend Gary and his crew.
   It's nice to know there are honest, loyal local businesses with integrity on the island. Call Rayco for your plumbing needs!

5-Stars!  Creative Plumbing is our first choice for our family's properties and they always gets the job done!  We trust them to perform quickly, efficiently, reliably, and professionally for any bathroom or kitchen project.

I want to thank Jeffrey for going the extra mile to get our washing machine finally sitting level for the first time since we had it installed two months ago. On a previous plumbing job, the plumbers had left the machine sitting lopsided with the front end propped up on the 1-inch tile and the back end lower on the untiled floor.  This was causing the machine to rock and every load of laundry to get unbalanced during the spin cycle.  Jeffrey came by himself and promptly got the machine back on level ground. I thought that was all that needed to be done, but when my wife came in to look, she wasn't satisfied that it was completely level. Jeffrey patiently and methodically took his tools and sled back out, lifted the machine up, adjusted the front feet, and kept working at it until it was perfectly level side-to-side and front-to-back. He also saw some tension in the hoses that he didn't like, so he took the machine apart to make sure they were secure in the back. Since we had been without a washing machine for two weeks, a lot of laundry had piled up and as a result my wife has been doing load after load since last night. The machine is humming along and running quieter and more smoothly than at any time since we got it.

I also want to compliment the professionalism and skill of this company's plumbers, who have been doing a lot of work in our building lately.  I'm a director on my condo association's board, and we were getting reports from some units that their washing machines were not draining properly into the adjacent shower drain. The pipe in question was inside the individual units, so it was not a problem that the condo association could address directly. Instead, we sought proposals from several plumbing companies and asked them to tell us how they would fix the problem and how much they would charge. Full Service Plumbing came in with a fairly reasonable quote, and more importantly, seemed to have the best plan for fixing the problem (our building's drain pipes are complicated). The association paid for the first job, in the resident manager's unit, and confirmed that the work they did completely solved the problem. It did, so we recommended them to all of the other owners who were having the same problem. They've now done this work in a number of units in our building and every unit they've worked on has been completely satisfied with their excellent work and the professionalism of their plumbers and office staff.

If you are looking to work with a clear headed, dependable and really fine craftsman, Rudy is your man.  Just today another contractor ( garage door repair person) commented on the quality of the work that Rudy did for us.  

I almost hesitated to give this review as he will likely be too busy next time....but it's important to share honestly and frankly.  We are grateful and thankful.

We are very pleased and extremely satisfied with the work J from Eastside Plumbing Solutions did for us. We had a pretty big job that required him to go under our house to repair and replace pipes as well as provide plumbing for a new bathroom. He did an awesome job on both projects and we highly recommend Eastside Plumbing Solutions! J is very reliable and dependable, very meticulous and skilled in what he does!!! They really do deliver quality plumbing solutions!!!

Tarin did an expedient job in installing our water heater. He also gave some handy suggestions which was really appreciated. Keep up the good work!

We had a leak in the ceiling and called
DOB and talked to Chasity the dispatcher and she walked us through our problem and was able to send a tech within a timely matter. Cameron the tech came and was very professional and got the leak repaired and we very happy with the service.

I had a slow-draining bathtub.  I'd tried everything to try to clear it.  Nothing worked.  I finally decided I should look for a plumber.  I looked up plumbers on Yelp!  There were a lot of good comments about him.  Anthony's rate was very reasonable.  He quoted upfront what he would charge.  I called other places.  They charged just to come out to look at the job.  They couldn't tell me, over the phone, what their rate would be, only that their price was comparable to other companies.  Anthony said he could come the next day.  He came and had the drain cleared out in about 1/2 hour.  The water drains good now.  Thank you, Anthony!  I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Ask the prices first. Their minimum is 350 to do any job whether it's 15 mins or 1 hr. plus  parts. As a senior I felt like the plumber was not looking out for me but took advantage of a quick fix situation to make money. I was desperate when I needed a leaking hose repaired under my sink. Initially said he'd give we a discount but ended up charging me the full amount to change two hoses which I asked him to do. Only one was leaking but I wanted to ensure no problems later.

I just needed a simple rewiring of a 220v outlet to 120v. Well, not quite so simple, considering the washer/dryer in front of the outlet had to be moved out of the closet first.

Alex looked at the outlet (behind the washer) and gave me a quote within minutes. Since his company did work in the building before, I didn't have to go through the hassle of submitting the license and insurance required by building management. Alex and his team completed the work within an hour the same week, at a reasonable price (neither the highest or the lowest).

I'm happy to discontinue using an extension cord for the washer/dryer unit.

Zero Star Home Repair would be a better name. 3 no shows, no calls/texts to let us know that there would be a delay or that he couldn't make it (we had to call/text to see what was going on). I don't think that's how I would try and start off a job. It's a great way to end one though.

I don't know what else to say. That pretty much sums it up.

I shopped around quite a bit trying to find a plumber who could fix a few of the issues that arose out of my recent home purchase inspection. They price they estimated was around the same price as most of the others I spoke with. Although some quotes much higher and only one quoted roughly the same but with additional work would be covered. I didn't go with that company for other reasons.

Any who, EverTrust came out for an assessment free of charge! One of the other places charged $45-$75 just to do an assessment! I don't have a ton of money, so the  fact that this was free, I was overly happy. A close friend of mine referred a specific plumber with EverTrust but of course you can't call them directly. I was skeptical when I read some of the reviews on here and Google, but since he referred them, I put my trust in my buddy.

Turns out the guy who he had shared was the person who showed up! Talk about winning. Nathan and his colleague were on time, polite, and professional. We had the leaking pressure regulator replaced, installed a main shutoff since our's couldn't be located (thanks 1993 construction), and installed a new toilet. Originally we were just going to replace the wax ring, but we were advised (1) the toilet the previous owners installed is the worst of the worst and it's not ergonomically good and (2) install of a new toilet and replacing a wax ring is the same labor cost. The only difference is the price of the toilet. So we decided to get a new throne. They even helped with a old hose connection faucet! Again super nice and professional.

The estimate came back in two parts which was nice. The cost our original plan and the cost of the plan with the upgraded toilet.

I would suggest them for your plumbing needs.
