These guys are awesome! We called the previous day to schedule Allen's Plumbing and they said they'd have a plumber out around 11 the next day. My fiancé was home all day and it was already 1 and no one called or came. I told him to call and cancel with them and call Fast Rooter because of the 5 star reviews I read. My fiancé told me that Jay came within an hour and got the job done within an hour.

Very expensive.  Charged $180 for an hour's work and $20 for two $4 fittings.  He also failed to install part of the disposer and badly scratched our beautiful stainless steel counter.  We didn't get an itemized bill, just a number off the top of his head.

We had two experiences with LBP - one was right after another incompetent contractor messed up plumbing in our bathroom. These guys were on-time, professional, and courtesy. They did really good work too. We kept their business card and would definitely call them again!

I recently learned about the $40 rebated for installing a rain collection barrel in my yard. It's connected to my downspout, and even though it's not supposed to rain all that much here, with just four downspouts for the whole house, I had witnessed some serious runoff.  I chose to get my barrel from The Urban Farmer Store because they offered a complete installation kit as part of the purchase. The directions and the kit were very easy to understand, but we ran into one snag--I have round downspouts, and the kit is set up for people with square/rectangular downspouts. Yeah...come to think of it, who has round ones?? Me. Anyway, I took a trip back to the store, and they couldn't have been nicer about helping me get a round downspout diverter.

Installation was quite easy. If you have the right tools, and know-how, I would say it's a 15-minute job. I had the right tools and very little know-how, so it took me around 30 to 45 minutes. There was a storm coming (the one that also brought hail to many areas) that night and I got the job done. The barrel was 100% full by morning.

Ok but I digress. The Urban Farmer Store folks are really super nice. We went there three times--first to just scope out the selection. Second, we inadvertently went to buy our rain barrel right when they were closing, but had no idea. We took a little stroll around the store on our third trip back to get the right part. They TONS of knee pad/kneeling pads, a good selection of garden saws, and a lot of other stuff for installing sprinklers, etc. Things I know nothing about, but they know their stuff. They even gave me the forms for the rebate! There's easy parking, and if you live in town, the place is conveniently located in Mapunapuna.

Had some plumbing work that needed to be done and called Pipe Masters after seeing their Sifu trucks around for years. Everyone in the office I spoke to was super friendly and kind.

Bernard who came out was amazing, he gave me all sorts of advice and passed on knowledge whenever he could. I would 100% recommend Bernard to everyone I know. The work they did looks amazing and were even able to accommodate all of my custom requests.

All around a cool individual, gave me some advice on how to make our Jabong sweeter too.

I wanted to give a Shout-Out to Shaka Plumbing, and the owner and this is probably 6 months or more late coming, thanks to Neil the owner, who came and replaced my Kitchen faucet and repaired my water lines, very nice, personable and dependable Plumber/Owner. I've known him since November 2014, I'd say he's one of a few Companies that I would recommend to service your plumbing needs.

I called all handymen here on this side of the island early this morning to have someone fix my garage wall that I reversed into, and no one answered or called back, only Ben replied and came to my residence quick and gave an extremely affordable price. I am satisfied with how quick and clean the results came out to. And I highly recommend BLS Carpentry!! Mahalo!

The foreman was very nice and understanding regarding safely going to eat breakfast near the job site and crane .  It was fascinating to watch   their crew work.  I don't live where they worked but park there.   Wanted to commend them on a dangerous job well done.

If I could give Imua Plumbing 10 STARS I would! I had 3 other companies come out and all they did was spot fixed. Keli'i came out and knew exactly what to do and got it fixed efficiently and effectively! Very friendly and willing to take the time to explain things. He was booked for the day, but he squeezed in my emergency sewer backup. So impressed! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!

When my water heater broke down and I started calling around for quotes on getting a new one installed, Tom was the only guy who said I can come check it out right now. He showed up on time and did the job that day at a very fair price.
While he was working, he pointed out a section of pipe that was in need of some attention. No hard sell, just a recommendation. When I needed some other plumbing work done, I didn't hesitate to call Tom to ask him to do both jobs.
Friendly guy, good work, good prices. Highly recommended.

If the owner is Joe, I wouldn't trust them to have a fair quote in time of need.  Seems to fly between Hawaii and mainland to put to business.

Seems to know market prices, so he'll say that he's in those places, but when the time came, his quote was double.  very disappointing.

Other companies will also say that the parent company/materials of Nu flow have trouble with snaking after the procedure.  Only Jetting allowed for blockages, no snaking.  That would be an expensive restriction to treatment of blockages after they do Nu flow.

I got an estimate and thought Duke would be able to help me, but got no response after leaving a message saying I wanted to set up the job. I don't recommend this guy.

Scary. Just about to take their proposal, they think we're going to take it, and then, when we call, we can't get a hold of them. Interesting.
They are the same company as Hawaii Drain pros. Did they change your name because of a bad reputation?
They got a one star rating on BBB and even had problems documented at RICO

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.

Maile, who was the customer service person for K and R was possibly the most lazy, difficult to deal with, bad attitude moron that I had the displeasure of dealing with. I worked for Sears and K and R plumbing were responsible for the installation of our plumbing required appliances. They gave us so much problems it was crazy. You could count on a K and R related problem almost daily. At least they were consistent in that regard. We lost jobs and income because of K and R plumbing. And do you think they offered an apology when they screwed the job up? No way. They had a don't give a @#%^& attitude through and through. From the owner, who acted like we were a big irritation (when we were sending them jobs and income) to Maile. What a joke this company was. Absolutely no class.
