Best Sewer Services in Atlanta GA
Quick, thorough, and able to resolve problem at rental property. Would definitely recommend to others and will use services in the future.

Ben was amazing! I called him on a Friday night and he came out to give me a second opinion on my drain field. After inspection he said all I needed was a new filter, not an entire drain field like my previous company recommended. Ben was timely, reliable and most importantly HONEST! Highly recommend!

Buyer beware, money hungry. From Escalation of diagnostics to misdiagnosis. The audacity to charge $350 for a regular toilet bolt. Even after payment he failed to show up.

Matt used to be my go to plumber, and I was recommending him to friends and family. I think he is suffering from some growing pains right now though. I had an appointment scheduled with him on two different days this week and he failed to show up or even call to say he could not make it. I ended up having to hire someone else. It sounds like he is doing a lot of commercial work for hotels. He did contact me later to apologize. If you have a minor repair and you want it done right away, you might want to call someone else. For anything else, he's the best in town.

I have used TE plumbing, electrical and heating and air. All I can say is I have had no bad experience. They have always been on time , very informative and reliable. DeAndre Small, drain tech, came to my house because my drain was backing in the kitchen. He was very professional and took care of the problem immediately. I put a lot of rice down the disposal. I will use TE in the future.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

Prompt and highly skilled service today. We had a blocked outdoor sewer line, and Ray and Kelvin quickly were able to jet clean the blockage and use a camera for confirmation. Highly recommend and we would definitely use them again.

I had an experience with technician who came to my house to diagnose a water leak. Instead, he tried to sell a new valve replacement asking $700 repairs. i had a second estimate done by another company and they were able to fix right on a spot for $75. I would refrain dealing with this company.

There was a serious leak at our house. I have had 3 different plumbers out to help with this problem. It's a shame when a plumber does very little to help solve the problem. Flushes a couple of toilets. Runs water in the sink and calls it good and Leaves. Charged us for his 30 min of time. Problem still existed. $His bill was $75 for a service call + $140. Ridiculous!

Very prompt friendly service. Great price. No attempt to upsell. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Keep Smiling Plumbing. I had called another plumber and was quoted $1200 for a job that Keep Smiling was able to do for about $300. And I am still smiling because it makes me happy to find a family owned business with integrity, skill, and respect for their customers. They are super professional AND even had me send a picture of my shower to make sure they could replace the part before coming out. Who does that these days?? Keep Smiling Plumbing does.

Questionable Solution Tactics.....
Associate came out to house to fix shower faucet in guest bathroom(half bath). Was a very small bend on the pipe connected to the shower faucet. All that needed to be done was to gently bend pipe back straight and re-seal faucet to shower wall. I figured better them to take care of this than myself as it would probably look better if a pro fixed it. This didn't happen though. Instead, associate looked at faucet, did nothing to fix problem, and immediately rendered a very radical and unnecessary solution. Tear dry wall out on other side of shower in bedroom closet, redo pipe work, not re-patch dry wall and leave. Verbal quote was $600. Got a very unfavorable vibe about the associate's ability to render solution. They did nothing. Would not help re-seal faucet, collected $39 for their show up fee and left. I'm fortunately only out a minor amount of money, thankfully. I ended up having to fix the problem myself, and pay them, for no service on their part, and had to attempt the work myself. It worked out ok, thanks to me, and I paid them. Was hoping for a pro, that obviously wasn't in the cards. Instead, got the run around, and witnessed not a pro, but a strong attempt on their part to gain financial latitude and the heck with the customer. I may write a letter to their executive team and contact the better business bureau. So disgusted and dissapointed. Be careful, there are still people who take your money and that's about it. Thanks for your time and watch out for these folks....

Prompt, professional service. We had a blockage in the sewage line, which they took care of quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. We appreciate the senior citizen discount, and will definitely call them again for any future problems we might have.

I had a bad experience with Casteel this past year and am shopping for a new HVAC Servicer as a result. Even though I paid Casteel for a one year service agreement, when I called them to report a problem with my AC late in summer, they wanted to charge me $100 for the service call (before the agent even drove out to my house). This is incredibly bad customer service. Since I am on a 1 year Service Agreement, the HVAC repairman shouild come out to assess the issue free of cost (especially since Casteel maintained the unit three months earlier and gave it a clean bill of health).
Eventually after submitting a complaint through the Casteel website, the DM called me and offered to waive the fee this one time
At my old home, I had a great service company named Comfortemp and they'd come out to check on the unit if needed free of charge. If a repair was needed beyond the agreement they would quote me a price, if no repair was needed, they didnt charge me since I was under the agreement.
Wish Comfortemp services way over here.

We spent $90K with Morningside for plumbing & HVAC on new construction. 5 months into our new home we still have no hot water at the two master bath sinks and one shower head. Had to call in another company to rewire the HVAC units to operate correctly. We filed with the Atlanta BBB, Angie's List and Kudzu -- hoping to help others avoid this horribly frustrating and expensive situation
