To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur.  On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed.  Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

An update on my experience with Aaron's. I spoke with their manager, Tim, who apologized for cancelling our scheduled appointment. He offerred to reimburse us the cost of having someone else come out. Good service recovery!

The service was great fixed my problem quickly. I called him and explained my issue and he stated that he would be at my house to fix my problem within the hour. He arrived within the time frame he said he would and explained the best plan of action and did the work and then had me look at his work before closing up so that I was sure of the solution  . I have now had  2 separate issues and Chris' customer service, experience and professionalism are second to none. He is very fair when  it comes to price and also very trustworthy. My first contact with Keep Smiling Plumbing was very positive. They even come out to your home without charging a service fee. The mandatory service fee is an ethically questionable method used to make money even if no service is rendered. I had high hopes that I had found a really honest plumber. We had a hot water dispenser on our kitchen sink that quit working and we needed it replaced. We had already purchased our replacement. Businesses hate this because they make a tidy sum selling products to customers that they buy and resell at a significant additional charge. This job was an easy change for a professional. The plumber arrived on time, looked over the job and gave us a quote of nearly $300. I was shocked but thanked him for his time but told him we couldn't afford that much. Since I am old and have fairly severe arthritis it is very difficult and very painful to crawl around under a sink and work overhead. Anyway, I decided to try. I went to Ace Hardware, got the additional tools and parts I needed. After studying the instructions carefully and finding the correct tools I completed the job myself. Actual work time: about 30 mins. Total cost: about $20. I am no handyman-few skills and little experience. I would gladly have paid $100 or so but I'm glad that I didn't. Profit is one thing but today all we see is rampant greed. If we could find an honest plumber/electrician with reasonable prices we could use them often and recommend them to the other owners in our HOA.

They did a great job on short notice. Our main water line to the house broke and we were scheduled to host a party the next day. A Plus Priority Plumbing came out and had the new line installed within a few hours. Good pricing and good work! They also provided a great guarantee (5 years).

Showed up on a Sunday earlier then quoted which was appreciated. Quickly unclogged drain so we could deal with mess.

This company was recommended through another app. He came out the same day I called. He showed me what the issue was, and talked me through what he was doing step by step. He is also reasonably priced. I will use this company again should I have any other plumbing issues.

DO NOT USE! They were hired to remove old toilet and install a nice new toilet; The Owner Wayne gave my father the quote and set to go. Toilet was already purchased by my dad from Lowes. Quote for price was written and owner assured my dad the job would be done in one day. Mainly because both my parents are in their mid 80's and we need that bathroom.  Some piping work had to be done as well. Plumber comes to the house and begins the work. About mid day plumber tells my dad he is called to go to another job?  WTH???? Plumber had about another 2 hours to complete this job and off he goes.  Again owner quoted job will be done in ONE day; and why not it was a toilet install. So next day plumber returns around 3ish to complete the work; however as with alot of plumbing jobs in OLDER homes their can be complications. Long story short- Plumber finished the job around 7ish that evening.  SO OWNER decides to tell my father it will cost more bc it took his employee longer to complete the the job. My father contacted me and I told DO NOT PAY any additional amount than the quote installed. My dad told him NO, I'm not paying, the OWNER scream and cursed my dad over the phone. The owner has some serious issues to treat; 1st an older senior in this manner and 2nd- the OWNER quoted the price and quoted job will be completed in one day. THE OWNER created the over time for his own EMPLOYEE!  so SERIOUSLY DON'T DO BUSINESS with them!

Lonnie was extremely nice and professional.  I will definitely use him again.  Communication was top notch as well, very transparent.

Got this great promotion in a mailer for an ac tune up. Just in time for summer. Guess what, the first available appointment is end of August! Seriously? But, they can send a repair tech right away to fix at their full rates. Go figure. Will not use the for the replacement I was planning for when weather moderates and the attic is cooler.

I was very impressed with  the service I received from my assigned tech Scott. He was very knowledgeable, and did not try to take advantage by charging me unnecessarily.

The water heater they replaced had a leak after a year.   Would not recommend them for any plumbing work as I still have not been refunded the money for the water heater that was under warranty.  Find another plumber and avoid using them.
