Great company! The owner responded very quickly when I put out my request on Yelp and was able to come the next day first thing in the morning. His pricing was great compared to some other local plumbers! He kept everything neat and tidy and offered great advice for other areas of the house that we have yet to work on. Definitely will be making him our permanent plumber!

If you need an honest reliable guy who knows what he's doing then you found the right guy!! I called Ben after getting a ton of false information from another septic company. He pulled the plans for our drain field from the city and came out the next day and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price! He was so down to earth and nice!! I can't thank him enough for coming all the way to Woodstock and literally saving us so much grief! He is a lifesaver!!

The service was great fixed my problem quickly. I called him and explained my issue and he stated that he would be at my house to fix my problem within the hour. He arrived within the time frame he said he would and explained the best plan of action and did the work and then had me look at his work before closing up so that I was sure of the solution  . I cannot recommend Zippy Plumbers enough!  Had a garbage disposal emergency at 10p.  Someone actually answered my panicked call that night.  The two plumbers are here and fixed the problem asap the next morning.  They even replaced my garbage disposal, besides showing me how to check the p-traps.  My go to plumbers from now on!  And, don't put eggshells down the disposal...

Same day service for a broken A/C unit that is 14 yrs old! We were thrilled and so happy since it happened on a HOT day! Jonathan fixed our system. He was incredibly personable, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his work! He made sure we saw the issue/status before and after it was corrected. Didn't try to ridiculously upsell us like the last A/C repair company did. We signed up for annual maintenance checks so we can plan any work or a new system versus freak out when something goes wrong.

Always in time, polite and the price and quality can't be beat! I've used these guys for some years now they are hands down the best in town! Thank you!

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur.  On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed.  Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time.  Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.  
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.  
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.  
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved.  We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation.  I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.  
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

I needed estimates for a job so I created the project here on Yelp and this company was one of the first to respond. After receiving UNBELIEVABLE price quotes from other companies. Ray came to my home and said you've done most of the work and quoted less than half of what the other companies were charging. He finished the job within 30 mins and was out! Preciatecha Ray!

I had an experience with technician who came to my house to diagnose a water leak. Instead, he tried to sell a new valve replacement asking $700 repairs. i had a second estimate done by another company and they were able to fix right on a spot for $75. I would refrain dealing with this company.

There was a serious leak at our house.  I have had 3 different plumbers out to help with this problem.  It's a shame when a plumber does very little to help solve the problem.  Flushes a couple of toilets.  Runs water in the sink and calls it good and Leaves.  Charged us for his 30 min of time.  Problem still existed.   $His bill was $75 for a service call + $140.  Ridiculous!

Our sewer line backed up in the basement.  After another company's high estimate I called Mighty Plumbing.  Adrian gave a fair quote after asking a couple questions to confirm issue over the phone. Bobby came the next morning and clog was fixed.  He was honest and knowledgable; old school good business.  Saving your number.  Thanks!

Home run out the first time I called a plumber. They are the best of the best.

My neighbor told me that there was a coupon in our neighborhood shopper magazine for septic tank pumping for $188 from this company. I found the magazine and called and scheduled an appointment. The coupon did not contain any disclaimers nor was I given any over the phone when I scheduled. The young man came out and reviewed. He then wrote up an estimate. The estimate included additional charges for a larger tank, for excess sludge, for cleaning the filter, and finally a fuel fee. I spoke with a manager and was able to get a discount and I agreed to proceed with the work (because the tank was almost full), but just can't shake the feeling that it was bait and switch and I paid too much.  And they only gave me a container of Bio Clean for treating the tank.  He did not put any in the tank.  We had to flush what we had down and then buy more.  Lesson learned though.

Update since Delta responded:  The opportunity that I was given was to pay $135 just for them coming out.  And I was not informed of THAT fee until the person arrived.  At no point while I was scheduling the call was I told about any excess fees and I told them I had a coupon.  My heart told me to refuse the service and refuse to pay that $135, but since I knew the tank was full, the fear of it backing up into the house overrode that concern.  But I have cautioned my neighbors about using Delta.

When they advertise emergency services, they don't really offer emergency services. I have an emergency and they only offered to schedule an appointment after the long holiday weekend during regular business hours.

Stay AWAY from them. They only want to sell you a new unit. 3 visits to 2 properties each time was told units needed replacing. Had second opinion and minor routine maintenance fixed the problems. Techs Chris and Raymond. Chris is aggressive with his tactics. Raymond turned the unit off in the attic and said unit needed replacing. Next company turned unit on and cleaned off a sensor. Works like new.

We spent $90K with Morningside for plumbing & HVAC on new construction.  5 months into our new home we still have no hot water at the two master bath sinks and one shower head.  Had to call in another company to rewire the HVAC units to operate correctly.  We filed with the Atlanta BBB, Angie's List and Kudzu -- hoping to help others avoid this horribly frustrating and expensive situation
