I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things.  Her house is about 50 years old. We had a 'Main break' & I was terrified she'd no longer be able to stay here!  All about plumbing was the first to respond out of all the companies I called.  Scott was professional, made my Mother feel safe & I felt confident. I came home to water coming through my ceiling and noticed it was right beliw our master bathroom toilet. I called a couple places and received no answer. I called D&S and they answered right away. I called about 11am and they said they could be here between 3-5. They arrived right at 3. It turned out the bolts on the back of the tank slowly loosened and that was the cause. They were quick, efficient and did a great job. They also were very reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again if I have an issue.

They came to service one of toilets back in July; i just forgot to put a review. My son's toilet was leaking and they fixed it right up. I called them again for a 2nd visit but i'm hearing whistling in the pipes so they will be out again in the next couple of days. Prompt response, respectable service men, and great work.

Their rates are high and really bad service. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

There was a leak under our kitchen sink. I called my previous company on Wednesday. I was told they do not have any appointment until Friday at 2pm. That Friday at 2:15 pm I received a call that they could not make it until Tuesday of next week.
My daughter immediately started searching and found this company. They said someone will be there at 6pm. Well they arrived at 4:45pm. They were prompt, reliable, courteous, knowledgeable and very conscious and clean.
I will strongly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I saw the reviews on Google and decided to give them a call. We needed a septic inspection for the house we just bought. We had no idea where our tank was. Will was very helpful and knowledgeable,educating me on how to get the information on how to locate my tank. Unfortunately the didn't have a record for our tank. He went over the prices and process of finding the tank for inspection very thoroughly. When they arrived It took Jeff two tries to find our tank with minimum disturbance to the yard. They did they job quickly and efficiently. Special Thank you to Jeff for being patient and answering all my questions! I definitely recommend them, and will be using them in the future!

My tenant reported an issue with the main bath shower (handle broke and water flow couldn't be stopped without turning off main valve).  Since I'm out of state I contacted A Plus and they were able to respond and fix the issue the same day--providing continuous updates as they performed the work.  The tenant reported that the technician was friendly and very professional.  I would definitely recommend A Plus.

I contacted Robert through Yelp about an issue I was having with my kitchen sink. He responded very quickly and scheduled an appointment a couple days later. He arrived right on schedule! The issue was a rather tricky problem to fix, but Robert worked through the issue and quickly had a fix! After installing a new part, the issue was resolved! He was very professional and worked extremely efficiently to fix the problem! Even after having to do some extra work, he stuck to the original price quote! I was very impressed with the service and a great price for the quality of work! Robert will be the first person I call when I need any other work done! Thanks again!

I really can't say enough good things about A-Total. Brad was our technician and he and a couple of other guys came out to replace the copper pipes in our home. We had dealt with 8+ pinhole leaks and finally realized it wasn't a problem that would be solved by just patching. Brad was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was also so thoughtful in that we always had a working shower and toilet - which is really nice when the four of us are getting ready for school and work. We were just really impressed with how professional and especially kind Brad was. We just had a great experience with A-Total. We can't recommend them enough.

I had a outdoor water spigot that had an irrigation connector glued to it. Mr. Johnson came out immediately, had some apprentices with him, and all three were able to replace the spigot in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond the job. I told him that I had a dancing washing machine, and Mr. Johnson told me it needed to be leveled. Once they leveled the legs, the problem was solved. I told him that I'd like to try to do small repairs. I appreciated the fact that he respected my interest. Many people would consider that interference. He has made himself available to answer questions over the phone. I began replacing the complete innards of a toilet, but found that I could not work in the tight space. I called Mr. Johnson, and even though I told him it was not an emergency, he made an arrangement to come out almost immediately. While on the job, he showed me that the tank was cracked. I decided to replace the toilet. I asked him if he could pull it and if he had time to figure out why the sink faucet in that bath did not work. He said yes and told me the parts that I needed to purchase. I got pretty far with the replacement of the toilet and completed the installation of an aerator on the sink faucet, but needed him for one last step with the toilet.I  found out there was a leak under the sink, which was the underlying problem. Mr. Johnson graciously came out, cut the bolts to the toilet so they could be capped and fixed the leak under the sink. I've shared all of this to say that I would call him again and highly recommend him.

Do not use this company! I am totally disabled in a wheelchair I called them on Thursday they came out Wayne the owner and tell me is $475 for this part the   was in a plumber out in an for hour he sent two young guys out here to put a part on and it still did not they argue back-and-forth with me what to charge me 1300 to fix it after I already paid $475 this company play games they going to tell me to unplug the hot water heater and plug it up every time I take a shower Cody the worker and I'm totally disabled C-5 c6 spinal cord injury quadriplegic totally disabled Spinal cord injury in the wheelchair had to call my son over to talk to him over the phone m to explain to him there's no hot water in the master bedroom once again he refused to give me a refund and hung the phone up in my face Wayne the owner is a very untrustworthy, liar and they plotted to take a vantage of me because I'm disabled he knew the PC charge me for wasn't going to fix the hot water want to come up with all these explanation and the job is not fixed! The two guys plumbers walked all through the house instead of axing where is the Kitching where is the bathroom just to turn on the water and see if it's hot when clearly they could to say it to my son can you please turn on the water to see if it's hot in her bathroom they wanted to walk all over my house to try to calculate how much to charge me to come back and say oh we can fix it for 1300 or maybe $1000 these people are not professionals I still have no hot water running in my master bathroom bathroom In fact is worse my sink am I miss the back bathroom barely has any pressure is barely running!

Casteel came out today to repair a ceiling fan that had dropped. It was a frightening experience. Once we explained that the fan was suspended 15 feet in the air and nothing could have happened to it in the years that  have passed, they came out and secured the mounts and reinstalled the fan.

Now our living room is safe AND has a functioning fan again.

We had what appeared to be a plug in our sewer line and our normal guy was unavailable so we called Morningside Plumbing.  They charged $190 for supposedly clearing the line with their rooter but were fairly adamant that we pay another $100 for them to send a camera down there to confirm the issue.  We already know that the sewer line from our house had roots growing into it (more on that later).  So we declined and the guy became pretty snippy and condescending afterward.

They supposedly clear the line but tell us they cannot guarantee it will stay clear for more than 24 hrs.  Turns out that's because they never did much to clear it.  The following morning, we again have a back-up.  We had a different company come out and after explaining the situation to them they were surprised the other company was not able to clear it completely.  They do their thing and clear one very large root ball and a huge amount of feminine products and wet wipes (from the previous owner).

So... a huge thumbs down for Morningside Plumbing. Stay away.
