Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time.  Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.  
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.  
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.  
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved.  We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation.  I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.  
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

Outstanding service from 525 Plumbing Services. For months, we had a stinky odor coming through our HVAC vents, primarily into my teen son's room. Our HVAC company and another plumber dismissed my concerns. I thought it might be sewer related. Stephanie and Carl did a smoke test and found a sewer gas leak, but realized that it was not the cause of the smell. They were smart enough to bring in their natural gas detector.They found two major leaks in the natural gas pipes in our basement -- one right below the vent to my son's room. They fixed the leaks, and my son is on the mend.
I cannot express enough gratitude to Stephanie and Carl.

The crazy below temperatures in the Atlanta Metro area left me with 2 busted pipes and a shutoff valve that was inoperable. Mike and Robert were the best at their craft and was amazing to work with. Not only did I received prompt service but their quality and professionalism was the best I've seen in a very long time. When they advertise emergency services, they don't really offer emergency services. I have an emergency and they only offered to schedule an appointment after the long holiday weekend during regular business hours.

The company had a quick response time.  They were friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything.  Got everything fixed and running the same day.  I would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing/septic service.

Tim from Plumb-All was a life saver yesterday! We had some serious plumbing issues arise out of nowhere in the middle of the night. I sent a message to Plumb-All and they got back to us very quickly. My husband spoke with Tim over the phone explaining our plumbing issues and in no time Tim and his assistant were at our front door ready to fix our problem. They were friendly and fair. After through investigation Tim diagnosed our issues and gave up repair options with affordable pricing to match. Once we agreed upon a course of action for the repair Tim and his assistant got to work right away and fixed our plumbing issues. Definitely five star service, and we are very thankful!

I had to call Plumber Pro because 2 out of my 3 toilets stopped working and I was having company later that day! I had two technicians come out the same day I called and they repaired both of my toilets in a couple of hours. Mike was amazing. He did a great job taking care of my plumbing disaster! He is very knowledgeable and experienced and thoroughly explained his plan before we got started. I would highly recommend him.

Good plumbing and generally a fair price. Pretty responsive as well. However, they should work on the customer service team as the woman who answers the phone and takes credit cards can be quite rude. I was surprised as other folks I have spoken with at Seagraves have been quite nice but she acted like it was such a burden for me to call and provide payment. Perhaps look into Stripe or another payments software to take payment on your website and let this woman find another role she is less annoyed with...

This company was great ! I had a sewer line that needed to be replaced and they diagnosed the issue appropriately and did the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Long story short. I had got rescheduled 3 times due to over booking not available to come out tanks were full and weather. Did not use them for service because they didn't have time to come service me.

I had a leak inside my walls coming from one bathroom upstairs to another bathroom ceiling in the lower level.  They came in made the repair quickly and cleaned up everything.  I called a another company that was going to charge me a lot more to do the exact same job.  They are excellent.

I have to say that Gareth and Allgood did a great job.  I wasn't thrilled about having to call a plumber and facing the expense of some banging I was having in the walls.  I had one of two thoughts of what may be causing the sound but Gareth was able to diagnose the problem (which wasn't one of my two thoughts...surprise) and repair the issue in under an hour.  The voucher on Yelp made the expense even better.

I would recommend Gareth and Allgood to those having a plumbing need.  I called on a Monday and he was here Tuesday morning and did a great job!

I recently called the Pink Plumber for a leak I had under my sink.  Steve came out and did a great job! He also helped recommend other improvements that could be made to avoid future major leaks.  I will be calling them again if needed!
