I have used TE plumbing, electrical and heating and air.  All I can say is I have had no bad experience.  They have always been on time , very informative and reliable.  DeAndre Small, drain tech, came to my house because my drain was backing in the kitchen.  He was very professional and took care of the problem immediately.  I put a lot of rice down the disposal.  I will use TE in the future.

I have used D&S a few times now as they are my preferred plumbing service. They are always professional and do exceptional work. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time.  Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.  
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.  
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.  
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved.  We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation.  I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.  
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

Main water line burst in the garage on Christmas Eve. The Curley Headed plumber responded by text & phone right away . He came next morning by 7:30am after two other stops already. Replaced the water line & had water by 11am.
This young guy is just starting out on his own and with his customer service focus, he'll do well.

David came this morning on an emergency call.  He was professional, kind, and immediately identified the problem.   During the visit he kept me informed and communicated with me how he planned to resolve the issue.  He quickly got to work and got our system working again. Before he left he asked if there was anything else in the home that he could assist with and I gladly had him adjust a kitchen faucet that has been misaligned for months! David is as competent as he is friendly.  I highly recommend Plumbing Express and David.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur.  On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed.  Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Ken has helped me several times. He beat every estimate to replace a broken water line in my front yard on Christmas Eve years ago. Since then he has installed my two water heaters, changed my faucets, and helped friends with minor issues. If he can work you into his schedule, use him.

I had a great experience with Ray and A+ Priority Plumbing. I used Yelp's Request a Quote service for the first time and was attracted to this business by the (well deserved) high reviews. Ray responded to my request within 10 minutes, clarified a few questions, and set up an appointment with me. I ended up having to reschedule, which he accommodated, even though he wasn't planning to work the day I requested.

He showed up within the time we agreed on, quickly found and resolved my water heater issue, charged a fair price, and within 30 minutes of him arriving we were able to take hot showers again. He also let us know that if we had more problems within a week, he would apply the paid cost to any further repairs.

My husband and I are recent home owners and purchased a home that needed significant plumbing updates. Mighty Plumbing was the first company I reached out to and they were able to come and check out the issues within a day. Bobby is incredible to work with--very knowledgable, great communication, and willing to find the best solution. We were quoted a very competitive price for all of our issues--which were many. Adrian and Brent came out to install our tankless water heater, replace our laundry box, as well as several toilets. They were a pleasure to work with. Very clean, friendly, efficient and kept us up to date on progress and issues that came up. About a week into getting our work done, a torrential downpour caused our backyard to flood with imminent danger of our basement flooding as well. They dropped everything to coordinate a solution that resolved the immediate danger and provided excellent feedback on where to go from here to prevent further issues. I was able to breathe easy once they left--can't put a price tag on that. They are a great group of professionals who are well networked with other home repair professionals who know what they are doing. I can't recommend Mighty Plumbing enough.

I was super impressed with the kindness and professionalism Ben showed.  He not only examined my plumbing issues, he came up with a plan and then explained everything to me.  He holds organization and precision in high esteem.  Ben didn't just come in and start fixing things he took the time to know the owner, me.  It felt like it's part of his job.  It's as if he knows the customer he helps him do the work.  It's a package for him.  His work is outstanding.  I appreciated his kindness.

Due to waiting too long, we realized that our septic pump job might cost higher than the advertised price of $149 for a 1000 gallon tank, so the actual price increased by $316. I saw the grease and solids. Then we were advised that our 20 year old main pipe had a belly, thus holding some liquid & solids back. After researching this condition, we went ahead with its replacement for an additional $1100. I saw the damaged pipe myself today before it was cut and replaced with a nice new straight pipe, properly bedded for support. We are very happy with the work performed. Josh E. & his assistant were very considerate, professional and polite. Delta is our go-to now if ever a need arises again. Even the office staff were terrific, especially Selena.

Mr Johnson is very knowledgeable in water heaters for houses.  He has years of experience. I live in a condo my water heater is in my attic. I felt like he wasn't accustom to my unique situation, which is understandable. I would recommend him for houses only.

Got a quote for 2 HVAC units from Casteel. I got the quote from 4 companies - their pricing are the highest, unbelievably DOUBLE of other companies, which wow-ed even Sears and Homedepot reps. Casteel sales rep told me 10 times at least, that they would install the units correctly that other companies are not able to do. He also told me that they want to replace the Freon pipes because the unit manufacturers will void the warranty with the old one - It was a lie (they can clean the pipe with some gas).... Needless to say, I asked the sales rep go home.

Think twice before using this company.  

The big freeze of 2014 was not kind to a pipe in our garage.  Called Morngside Plumbing at 7:30am, spoke with Paul theowner, he could not promise when they would be at the house, same story from every other plumber in the area.  
Plumbers arrived at 2pm and charged $550 for 16 minutes of work. Wow - sticker shock - but water is shut off at main, we have 2 kids, needed to get done.  
I know that I agreed to the job but do feel like I was just rip offed, much in the way that people sell generators in hurricane areas for 5x the normal price.  
I called Paul and discussed his pricing and services offered.  Basically he said that's the way it is.  We are very busy because of the freeze and you should pay a premiuem becasue of how busy we are.  I asked what that normal cost would be ouside of a busy time, he said $300.00 .  I asked what he thought he had marked up for busy time he said 25%.  I stated then the total should be $375 not $550.  He had no answer other than its fair because we are busy.  
I know that I agreed becasue we were in a pinch.  I would think twice about hiring Paul and his company again.
