We were having some issues with our kitchen sink where the water was just not coming out but a small trickle. The service technician was prompt, friendly, and very sincere when explaining the issue. Will definitely call them again if ever we need a plumber!!

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

Great company! The owner responded very quickly when I put out my request on Yelp and was able to come the next day first thing in the morning. His pricing was great compared to some other local plumbers! He kept everything neat and tidy and offered great advice for other areas of the house that we have yet to work on. Definitely will be making him our permanent plumber!

One Sunday night, approximately two weeks after buying my first home, I was doing a load of laundry and as I went to use the bathroom I noticed that my bathtub had filled with water. And the other bathtub...and there was water on the floor! That load of laundry quickly turned into a multi-thousand dollar problem. Needless to say I was very upset after just having purchased a home and neither my warranty nor home owner's insurance would cover any of the repairs. I contacted Roto-Rooter (first thing that came up when I googled fixes to my problem) and they came out that night and unfortunately were not able to clear the line. To their credit they didn't charge me for that, but did charge me $420 to run a camera through my line. Turns out I had roots in my sewer line (which wouldn't be something always found during the home inspection). They gave me a quote for just under $10,000 to dig into my front yard and fix the pipe. They let me know this was a great price and pretty much made it seem like they were doing me a favor because I wouldn't have to uproot the tree that was causing the issues because of their superior technology that allowed them to go under the tree to fix my problem. To their credit, they did recommend I contact my county and see if they would help with the problem since my issue was so close to the street.
With such a high quote I proceeded to get two more quotes. The second quote from Reliable Heating & Air, was $6500 for them to come and replace the sewer line and clear the issue and $4500 for them to come and ONLY install a sewer cleanout and that would allow the county to then come out and fix the true issue. I was pretty depressed with this.
The final company, Plumbing Express, was the last to come out and since I still didn't have the video from Roto (they were supposed to email it and it took days for them to), Jose Lopez, my technician, ran the camera line free of charge and my quote was $5000 lower! AND he found an additional issue further up the line on my side of the homeowner vs county line, that would have also caused me problems shortly. AND he was going to install the cleanout while replacing the pipe from the original site of the issue. They ended up working with me a little on the quote and this ended up being the best value and the work was more extensive than the first two companies quoted me at.
Jose was on time and extremely professional. With all the COVID-19 stuff going on, he always maintained the proper recommended distance from my family and while fixing my issue he constantly checked in on whether I had questions or needed anything. Then at the end we found another unrelated problem actually in the house and he worked with me on getting figuring that out!
I now consider Plumbing Express my go to company for any issues my family or I may have and I am beyond grateful that I found them. Despite having a bill for thousands after just buying a house, I still managed to walk away feeling like my money was well spent and that's saying a lot since I am an extremely frugal person. Thank you Jose and The Plumbing Express!

I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things. Her house is about 50 years old. We had a 'Main break' & I was terrified she'd no longer be able to stay here! All about plumbing was the first to respond out of all the companies I called. Scott was professional, made my Mother feel safe & I felt confident. Hope I never have to again, but if neede I'll call them first! Thanks!

They arrived within the given timeframe of 12 pm -3
pm. They were professional asked questions in order to diagnose the issue. The issue was water spots on the ceiling. I was worried about not fixing the leak and it resulting in other problems. Although a small section of the ceiling was cut out, it's something I can fix without calling someone else over and fix it. He gave several recommendations on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. If we need any help with plumbing, I will give him a call.

We couldn't figure out why our hot water at our kitchen sink wasn't working so we called mighty plumbing. They got here within a half hour and were very helpful. Turns out it was an issue of user error but i greatly appreciated their help and speediness. I will call them again when i actually have a plumbing issue!

Melvin,
It absolutely disappointing to hear that you have been in business since 1985, and the way that you conduct business is by responding to a review on Yelp. As the business owner, I would encourage you to look into the details before jumping on Yelp and responding to my review. I don't have a basement sir. In addition, I have cameras all throughout my house first floor and at my front door. Would you like me to post what really transpired? Not looking for anything for free, I am grateful that your guy came out and helped my mother. I'm looking for some type of accountability for the additional charges. Glad that you felt a $53 credit took care of this matter. Thank you for being so concerned it shows.

There was a leak under our kitchen sink. I called my previous company on Wednesday. I was told they do not have any appointment until Friday at 2pm. That Friday at 2:15 pm I received a call that they could not make it until Tuesday of next week.
My daughter immediately started searching and found this company. They said someone will be there at 6pm. Well they arrived at 4:45pm. They were prompt, reliable, courteous, knowledgeable and very conscious and clean.
I will strongly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Robert from Zippy came out within 2 hours of my call and was able to clear the blocked drain within 20 minutes plus he showed me how to do it the next time so I wouldn't have to call. I appreciated the fact that he tripled checked the drainage to make sure the block was cleared. I will be using Zippy again.

Mr Johnson is very knowledgeable in water heaters for houses. He has years of experience. I live in a condo my water heater is in my attic. I felt like he wasn't accustom to my unique situation, which is understandable. I would recommend him for houses only.

I am pretty picky and was very surprised at the outstanding care shown by the Customer Service Team, Sales Team and the Installation Team. Everyone showed outstanding professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm for their jobs and company. They made the process of purchasing two new AC units seamless and painless.

Dispute while you can. If you have a recently renewed HVAC service contract, dispute it while you can. They are going under. Called today because a repair they did actually made my a/c run worse and was told they no longer do heating and air and cannot fulfill any of their services contracts. The owner won't even speak to anyone!!!!!
