Very fast, efficient and professional.
Identified the issue and fixed problem.
I would recommend this company and use them again.
The price was fair. Installed regulator on water heater.
I also had a question on another issue and the technician was very honest with his recommendations.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Changed out a toilet. Good. No problems so far. On. Time, had tools, nice new truck.

Original request , felt they were too expensive for what i wanted done . I asked him to look at my outside faucets , some had a small drip , he said they needed to be tightened , so he did , left . Quote was about $250 to replace one faucet. Today i went to use and instead of a drip it is running and can't shut off water . Now i have to repair it. Hope his intentions were good and he did not know that the fix was worse than the problem

I just hired this outfit to fix a shower that wasn't workable. The water wasn't coming through the shower head. It wasn't functional. A Mr. White responded fairly quickly. Should have been a sign of how inept he is. But I allowed, what I now know this lower function human, in my home, to address my shower issue. He got the water to come out the shower head. He obviously didn't stick around long enough to see if the water went from cold to hot to see if the water got hot to make it a FUNCTIONING shower. Once my guests discovered I had only cold water coming out of the shower. I called Mr. White to inform him that he job, that was overpaid for was not complete because he left us with a non functional shower with no hot water. The hit water works everywhere in my house with the exception of this shower. Due to his lack of expertise and obvious inexperience I'm left with just cold water in this shower. To top it off he told me I can't put that on him, because he fixed the complaint. He said this in an attempt to be intimidating and to be done with the issue in its entirety. If you want to hire a hack be my guest. A functional shower has hot water!
Update:
I see Mr. White has responded to my review, only to confirm he supposedly repaired a shower and left it without hot water. Be the judge. If that is a repair and that fixes a problem and he being a professional cannot come up with a solution other than I did my job so be it. If he's worthy of future hires be my guest. The public has been informed. I imagine he will learn from this mistake and run future projects water long enough to make sure the hot water works. You're welcome.

I was super impressed with the kindness and professionalism Ben showed. He not only examined my plumbing issues, he came up with a plan and then explained everything to me. He holds organization and precision in high esteem. Ben didn't just come in and start fixing things he took the time to know the owner, me. It felt like it's part of his job. It's as if he knows the customer he helps him do the work. It's a package for him. His work is outstanding. I appreciated his kindness.

Matt came out on a Sunday. A remediation company had detected moisture in my wall the day before and suggested I get a plumber to detect where the moisture was coming from.
Matt, cut open the wall further to find I had a pipe with holes in it due to nails that had punctured the pipe during the initial construction of the building. He cut out the damaged pipe, replaced it with a new one and successfully took care of the leak.
I was very impressed with Matt's professionalism and diligence in taking care of this serious problem. I will definitely use Zippy plumbing again and would absolutely recommend them for plumbing services.

I was extremely happy with Todd and the way he explained things, and his professionalism, however, there were some things that I wasn't happy about. One of the things is that we weren't told by the person that answered the phone that there would be any upcharges, other than the $35 they told us up front.
My $149 job turned into a $416 job, because the tank was over filled, and I did not receive discounts I would have received had I bought their $227 filter. My husband was extremely upset by these upcharges and was going to contact the manager at the location that we went through. If they had told us up front that there could be upcharges, it would have been an extremely different story, however, $227 for a filter is a little crazy - especially since I was told it should be replaced every year

There was a serious leak at our house. I have had 3 different plumbers out to help with this problem. It's a shame when a plumber does very little to help solve the problem. Flushes a couple of toilets. Runs water in the sink and calls it good and Leaves. Charged us for his 30 min of time. Problem still existed. $His bill was $75 for a service call + $140. Ridiculous!

Prompt, professional service. We had a blockage in the sewage line, which they took care of quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. We appreciate the senior citizen discount, and will definitely call them again for any future problems we might have.

Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! Is the only words I can describe how Casteel treated me today. My condenser in my air conditioner went out on Sat so I called Casteel to set up a service call. The CSR was polite, understanding & thoughtful. Today the CSR called again to let me know that Tim my technician was on way. Tim introduced himself, diagnosed the problem, & had my home back cool again within an hr & a half! This is the absolute best service company I've dealt with & their prices are fair too. They gained a loyal customer today!! Awesome job Casteel!!

Think twice before using this company.
The big freeze of 2014 was not kind to a pipe in our garage. Called Morngside Plumbing at 7:30am, spoke with Paul theowner, he could not promise when they would be at the house, same story from every other plumber in the area.
Plumbers arrived at 2pm and charged $550 for 16 minutes of work. Wow - sticker shock - but water is shut off at main, we have 2 kids, needed to get done.
I know that I agreed to the job but do feel like I was just rip offed, much in the way that people sell generators in hurricane areas for 5x the normal price.
I called Paul and discussed his pricing and services offered. Basically he said that's the way it is. We are very busy because of the freeze and you should pay a premiuem becasue of how busy we are. I asked what that normal cost would be ouside of a busy time, he said $300.00 . I asked what he thought he had marked up for busy time he said 25%. I stated then the total should be $375 not $550. He had no answer other than its fair because we are busy.
I know that I agreed becasue we were in a pinch. I would think twice about hiring Paul and his company again.
