We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! You dont have to use a huge company to get great results.   I highly recommend this business and they have all my future business!  Thanks Sam and Team!

These guys rock.  So selling my house and to get ready for the home inspection I go and flush my water heater...of course it's rusted out (probably flushed it twice in 5 years; I know, I know).  Anyway, pilot goes out and won't restart as its rusted pretty badly; it's shot 15hrs prior to the inspection.  Call Active at 10pm and they're able to come out and replace the water heater and bring me up to code by 10am the next morning.  Saved me from a re-inspection for sure, and best of all, they were able to do it for an amazing price.  They were professional, nice, and genuinaly cared about my plight and were wiling to go above and beyond to help me out.  Thanks Active Plumbing, you've made me a customer for life for all my plumbing issues.

I called Sierra LLC to see if they did water heaters and found out that they did.  My water heater busted on Saturday night. I called Sierra and they were out in about an hour. Ruben was the nicest guy. He was wearing a mask when he showed up and was very polite. He came back Sunday on time to replace the water heater. The price I was quoted was a little bit to high for my liking but Ruben gave me a little bit of a break. I didn't mind paying the price for the great services I received. I would definitely recommend this company.

I haven't had hot water for two days now! I called Vegas Plumbing Service at 8:15am today to request a technician to look at my water heater. A very friendly representative answered right away! I was so relieved to hear her say that someone would be out in about 40min-- I received a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way, he arrived shortly after and completed the job in 20minutes!

Micheal's overall customer service, professionalism, & genuine recommendations made the experience so much less stressful. I can't express enough how much of a difference it makes to have the right people in the right jobs. He helped us resolve a short term issue and gave long term advice as well since our water heater is pretty old. Michael also took time to explain some of his findings to my partner, which was an added bonus so we can grow our own knowledge as first time homeowners!

Our toilet clogged upstairs, and with a little one running around I honestly had no idea what could have been flushed/stuck! With my crazy nursing schedule he was able to accommodate me and was able to help! It was an easy fix because he knew what he was doing, we had another guy come in (neighbors referral) and he said I needed a complete toilet removal and replacement! $$$$$ Dan came in, fixed and within minutes our toilet was up and running! No mess, and honest. Definitely recommend, fast and honest and saved me hundreds definitely recommend!

Our water heater stopped working and Israel was really helpful in deciding what options were available. We decided to get a new water heater which was the best value than other companies that we called. On top of that, his responses were quick and he was able to get a replacement in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend his services because he is very honest and gives you options unlike some estimates where they automatically just want to replace the heater. Bottom line: LV supreme plumbing is very professional, friendly, and the best deal you'll find in the area.

I had the hot water line break and called many companies for quotes. Yes they responded and one was lower. However, for Franklin Kea what made me go with him was his customer service. He was very patient and answered all my questions. It wasn't a call center it was his cell phone. He would answer right away or text me right away and being at work 12-14hours for me was very helpful.
My house was old and needed a pipe reroute and his explanation helped me to see he was being honest.
His guys were awesome and great work ethic. They never stopped on this huge project. In the end it came down to cost and Franklin was amazing and matched it. He did some other repairs he saw. TRULY TRULY BLESSED that I came upon his company on thumbtack and took a chance.

So if your thinking about a plumbing company I strongly recommend KEA plumbing and contractors.

I'd like to add an update- Joe E. is always so courteous and professional when I call. It's nice to call and have the same pleasant person answer the phone and remember you as a customer. That goes miles for me, as most companies have a huge turnover rate and you never seem to speak to the same person. Joe does a fantastic job of getting someone out to us quickly as well! He deserves 5 stars!!

I would also like to thank our service technician, Bogdan, for his time and professionalism today! He spent over 3 hours with us explaining the problems with our a/c unit, resolved multiple issues from filter noise to airflow. He also helped make our new a/c purchase affordable with a rebate and discount that he was not required to do. I will specifically ask for him for future service issues. Although, all of the technicians that we have had in the past have been great. I'm very happy with Alaskan's service on our heating and air and will continue to use them for all our heating and a/c needs!!

Being a single mom, I am naturally nervous about not knowing if I am going to get ripped off by contractors.  First off, YOU CAN TRUST SUPERIOR PLUMBING!!!  Not only were they honest but they are very nice and understanding.   They understand when you can't afford the expenses and do their best to get the job done and meet your needs.  They are fast to responding.  Just seriously overall nice.  Not only is the my review to recommend them but they were recommended to me by three other people before I called them!   Good service like this, can be tough to find in the city.  I suggest you use them!

Called this place on 2-12-2019 at 3PM to get a quote for some work done. The gentlemen I spoke to said it was not a problem and he would have a tech call me to schedule. As of 2-14-2019, 9am, no call. I called back. The young lady I spoke to apologized and said she would have a tech call me to schedule. It is now 2-15-2019, 2pm, and still no call. I give up. Guess they don't need my business! Waste of time!

Highly recommend this company! Small co., but quality workmanship. I had issues with my drain at my business. I scheduled appointment the very next day he was there to take a look for the problem which he resolved. MIchael D. was very polite and informative, he also is very reasonable to work out the best prices compared to other co. I'm glad I've chosen this co. Honesty & Quality work is sooo satisfying after the job is done....Mahalo Michael.

They are awesome.  Hottest day of the year and my air stops working and he was at my house within 30 minutes.   20 minutes later he had it fixed and I was blowing cold!  I can't say enough how much I appreciated him!  I'm from the Midwest and a little spoiled and not used to the heat.  On top of that I thought his price was fair.  He also gave me advice that next time that happens I need to shut it off.  Thank you!

Sadly this outfit was the subcontractor for a Lowe's same day water heater replacement. Scheduled arrival time at Lowe's was 6 pm. They called at 10 mins to six, and offered to do it 300$ above the Lowe's quoted price. If you have a Lowe's installed water heater, ask NOT to have Pain in the Pipe Plumbing as your subcontractor.

Would give zero stars if I could. Hawthorne replaced a water heater under warranty two years ago for 750. It started leaking yesterday and we called for an appointment since they said it was under warranty. Well today they came out said it would be 825 and no new warranty just old warranty. He also blamed our water softener for it only lasting two years. I've had water heaters and water softeners in many houses for over twenty years and have never had one only last two years. To be fair they offered a 10 percent off veteran discount. Told them no thank you and the technician smiled and sarcastically said well good luck. We called someone else ( Water Heater Pros) and they did a warranty exchange on the unit for 545.

Once again, these plumbers deliver the goods. They have done a ton of work over the years on my home. They are sweet,kind, get to work and are reasonably priced. Ask for Corky or Mic if you need more serious work and don't want a rookie plumber.

Had butter plumbing out to try and fix my fire place because we couldn't get it to turn on, long story short it was an additional $65 from the original call fee for him to show us it works (nothing broken)
The first time I try it myself after the tech leaves and it's still not working for us. So $130 later and my fireplace is not working. I called and tried to be cool and figure it out but they want $65 to send another technician out to do the same thing they already did.. Which means another $130 total, $260 to be shown how to turn my fireplace on..
Was referred by my aunt and we were really let down, I hate posting bad reviews but this is not fair at all.
