I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

This company is one of the few reliable and professional places you can work with. Walter showed up on time and finished such a massive, urgent project even before the deadline he gave to us. The quote they gave to us was fair compared to the size of the project they worked on. The owner Walter is honest and professional. Two traits we couldn't find in other places. We appreciate everything this team has done to fix this major repair on our property. They were very responsive and acted immediately to get things done.

We are super pleased with our new tankless water heater. James was excellent. He worked diligently to replace our two outdated water heaters with this new tankless system. We are looking forward to many years of hot showers and baths and highly recommend Vegas Plumbing Service and James in particular!

Life saver, life saver!  Dan met with my  husband today.  My husband who seldomly comments about service providers. My husband John raved about Dan.  Dan was on time, honest, and he fixed our plumbing issue!!!  My husband has enlisted Dan as our plumber!  Dan is knowledgeable and prices are great comparatively!  I'm sooooooo grateful that Dan knows the homes piping system and reassured us that despite our aged home, plumbing should be far and few between. Anyone reading this review should know; Dan explains to you what's going on. He does not keep you in the dark walking around you and then hands you a bill that is a mortgage payment.  Folks do yourself a favor take a chance on Dan and this review.  Honest people do exist. Thank you again Dan and the receptionist who called me and sweet the appointment despite my sleep talk.

LV Supreme responded to my request to have a toilet removed and new Toto drake toilet installed. They were very flexible and accommodating. Jonathan, was a very nice, respectful young man did the install and it turned out wonderful! I would definitely use them again.

My toilet wouldn't flush yesterday and after trying all the common remedies listed online, I started looking at Yelp for a plumber.  It was quite late when I reached out to a few vendors, but Franklin was the first person to reply that he can have someone here first thing in the morning.  He and his guy both showed up at my door at 8:15AM and was able to fix my toilet in less than 5 mins.  Since it was such a simple fix, he didn't even charge me.  A definite recommend for those who are in need of help - Franklin and his crew has your back!

Alaskan installed new AC and heating units five years ago for us. Since then they have worked great and Alaskan has serviced us honestly and without complaint. I would highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

Shower valves in both our bathrooms failed and I needed a quick repair before family was arriving. Superior Plumbing dispatched a plumber just 90 minutes after I called. Robert Scott assessed the situation and explained the work needed and cost. He arrived promptly as scheduled the next day and completed the repairs in just an hour. Robert was exceedingly professional, friendly, and left no trace behind. In the past we've had to clean up after contractors, but Robert removed his shoes  as we requested and tidied up when the work was done. I hope we won't have another urgent plumbing situation, but if we do I know that we'll be calling Superior Plumbing again.

So we used Thor on two occasions: a leaking toilet and a broken ac unit.  Both times they were able to send repair men same day. First time I paid $140 which I thought was fair and reasonable for one hour of work. The second time I paid $450 for the ac repair.  Before calling Thor I got diagnostic done by another company and they were pushing new unit for $6500.  I'd say spending $450 made me actually happy.  

Both times I was happy with the employees sent to my house; nice, polite, seemed knowledgeable and, most importantly - effective.  I don't know if they are the cheapest in town, but I would trust them on both - their work and their estimates. Will definitely call again if need be.

Beware Beware Beware.

My warranty assigned a sink drainage clog issue to Vegas Drain Masters. Service man came in on time, He has a terrible breath, i had to cover my nose to speak with him.

By the time i (landlord) arrived, plumber is on his way out and told me he snaked the sink pipe but it did not fix the issue and its a major problem as seen by his camera he sent down through the pipe, he also said the pipes requires jetting to fix the issue and gave me a bill of $1675 and further told me he is giving me a discount lol.

What he doest know is, I am handy too. i acted novice so i can listen to all the BS talk withstanding his stinky breath, i am not kidding, i have to look the other way while he is speaking.

After he left, i snaked the pipe and magically water started to drain without any issues. Its been almost 3 to 4 weeks and we have zero issues, so i am damn sure snaking the pipe worked.

What this tells me, the service man (Plumber) intentionally lied and tried to take advantage of us.

Well i am cautioning you,  if you are planning to use this company for your future  plumbing problems. use them at your own risk.

On a side note, i got a quote from another plumber for jetting the pipes and it is $300 , so they tried to cheat me on pricing too.

------ as there is no way i can respond to false response to the claims made by Plumber to my original review, i am adding this additional insight as a response to his false claims ----- asked him for the video evidence and he never shared it with me. Coming to $300 Quote i will upload it shortly so you all know whom to use for future business without being taken advantage.
I am not being silly by saying this, this plumber is a fraud and liar and dishonest person. Look at the estimate he gave me, you will know. Evidence is right infront of you.
I am also going to report this to Couple of warranty companies i work with, managing my rental homes so this guy does not get business , just for his bad attitude & dishonesty. He should have gracefully accepted his mistake of trying to take advantage of me rather  he is trying to further justify his false claims & dishonesty. Once again look at the estimate he provided and you will know better.

We've used this company twice in two months for two separate units. Their communication prior to their arrival is the best I've ever experienced for a service company. Both the technicians were friendly and professional. With temperatures hovering in the hundred plus degrees I was delighted with an almost immediate same day response. The problem was fixed in both cases within minutes. The technicians checked other parts and stated they were in good working condition.  They did not try to up sale me items I didn't need. Im a very skeptical person by nature however I would recommend this company to my family and friends. I expected to get gauged on repair costs living in Las Vegas heat, but I was delighted with extremely reasonable fair pricing!

Why isn't zero a choice! Purchased a water heater from Lowes and was told I'd have same day even early delivery, and installation. This outfit wanted 24-48 hours just to contact me to make an appointment for installation!! I had purchased the unit and installation from Lowes and was assured all the pieces were included. After hounding Lowes they told me they would be there between 4 and 6pm. Well they showed up barely at 6 and then told me there would be several up charges to bring my install up to code.  This would be my fourth water heater in my current dwelling, all have been inspected by the city etc. , they told me Lowes code was different from the City's.... lol. They were dishonest, rude and I basically got the impression that they didn't want to be working after 6pm. Shame on Lowes for having this subpar contractor. It reflects poorly on them as well!

My shower was not even turning on. Called Hawthorne late night to set up an appointment. They were quick to respond. Sent a technician out to my home as soon as possible. Christopher Arellano was a great technician. Really knowledgeable guy and fixed the issues immediately. I recommend this company for all plumbing and AC work. Thanks.

Just had my hot water heater replaced by Corky from Rakeman Plumbing. He did a fantastic job, was quick and efficient! I received great customer service by Dawn who scheduled my appointment, she was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Rakeman Plumbing again!

Butter Plumbing fixed our shower problem today and the difference is amazing!  Everything was explained to us beforehand and they did exactly what they said they would do.  They called 20 minutes before arriving (so we could put the dogs out), and even used booties over their shoes!
We used them once before for a problem with a pool pump and jacuzzi that was not functioning in a house we just purchased.  Two other companies couldn't figure out what was wrong - Butter Plumbing fixed everything and put it in perfect working order.  We will call them again with any plumbing need!
