Dan came to our home this evening on short notice and fit us in after a long day of visiting other customers.  He was extremely thorough and walked me through the whole process of hydro jetting and explained everything about how my plumbing worked.  His pricing is very competitive and transparent.  There are no hidden fees or costs.  I also want to compliment Lily on his team.  She was a delight to work with in setting up the call and went above and beyond in coordinating the appointment.  I HIGHLY recommend LV Rooter Dan!

I needed a bathtub drain cleaned out. They were fast, polite, professional and early, boy that's a change!  Very reasonably priced. Absolutely will use again.

What a way to start out the new year. Who expects to have absolutely gross sewage-y water coming up the drain of their bathtubs??!! But they say out of every misfortune there is a silver lining.

My silver lining? Franklin and Shane from Kea Plumbing. Not only a quick response time from first contact with Chelsea, but the guys were onsite soon after. Professional all the way around. The problem was discovered and the immediate work completed. I say immediate, because I was not the only unit suffering and the problem was actually a main line and the HOA's responsibility.

The gross water is gone and everything is draining correctly. Now I get to sanitize the two tubs.  Every home owner needs a good core of maintenance personnel; Kea Plumbing is a stellar choice. Thank you for  taking care of such an overwhelming issue.

Alaskan certainly exceeded my expectations!  I contacted 3 companies for quotes on a hot water circulating pump.  The first company never called back with the quote and I called to inquire.  They said the cost would be 1200 and were sure I wouldn't want to spend that much.  The second quote was even higher but at least they showed up.  Chops from Alaskan came out (on time) and was thorough, courteous and gave me a reasonable quote.  He scheduled me for the next day, and even came back at 6:00p.m. to finish a few small items and make sure I was satisfied.  Not only was the quote reasonable, but he also installed a kitchen faucet  and the cost for both was less than both of the other companies.  I couldn't have been more pleased with the work and the customer service.  I am putting Alaskan on my speed dial!

I hate to give a one star review but the professionalism of one of your employees really upset me. The confidentiality of your clients and should be priority as well, when you have an employee telling other business about other clients and causing drama this makes your company look bad and less referrals.

Thor Industries installed a top of the line Rheem Hot Water Heater for me in 2019. A few days ago, I noticed water in my garage, called Troy at Thor. He came out right away, said the water heater was defective. They drained and removed my water heater the next day and installed a brand new one. The installation fee was crazy high (as all things are since the pandemic) & I told Troy I simply could not pay that much. Long story short, Thor installed and completed the job absoutely perfect........and he gave me a discount on the install. THAT IS CLASS !! Please use Thor Industries for any HVAC, plumbing issues. You won't regret it.

Along the lines of car mechanics, plumbing isn't something that I would know anything about, especially as a girl.  All I know was that my gas bill quadrupled when the water heater of my unit was leaking.  I wasn't too happy and I wasn't happier when my landlord didn't want to spend money on a replacement and then wanted me to somehow pay a portion of it as a renter.  The property already had home warranty and their preferred vendors, but the price of the company was pricey for my landlord.  

I called Adaven plumbing to get a quote and the technician was nice enough to come  and take a look while also shopping around for better priced water heaters.  Unfortunately, the landlord decided to go with the other company even though Adaven was able to provide a cheaper one (smh...seirously?!).  Although, we didn't use Adaven, they still had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (which definitely is lacking here in Vegas), and was nice enough to take their time to do a FREE ESTIMATE and shop around for me.  If anything, I'll definitely consider Adaven for any of my plumbing needs.

Excellent service! On time and works fast. Billy is a genuine guy and shows up smiling even at 6am! It's nice to know they can come out on such short notice.

Called Dignity Plumbing and Scott was in our home checking out our water heater within 3 hours.
He immediately identified the issues. Gave us all options and pricing.
We agreed to a full replacement and warranty. Scott ran to get a new water heater and replaced it all within less than two hours.
Also we brought up one of our baths not deliverling hot water for months.
Took a look and replaced and fixed within 30 mins.
Definitely will be using Dignity Plumbing again, just hopefully not anytime soon.

I was canceled on by another company. I called Action and they sent out Rocky. He had my broken faucet fixed and water turned back on within a few hours.

Can't help but really LIKE these guys.  Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak.  He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed.  Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage.  Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob!  (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

I highly recommend George.  He was amazingly responsive and on time.  He came over to give me an estimate and started working on my project right away.  I was really impressed on how detailed and thorough he was in order for it  to look perfect.  He exceeded my expectations.  I am already recommending him to everyone!

I used Active Plumbing 3 years ago to install a new water heater. The cost of everything was a little on the high side. The work they performed was above average.  Recently I decided to take them up on a free water heater flush/home plumbing inspection. They flushed the tank and inspected the anode rod, the rod needed replaced and ended up costing me about $280. After the home inspection, they recommended about $3,500 in additional work.  I did some online cost searching, and had a couple more bids. I can get the same work done for a lot less and some of the recommendations aren't really necessary. I honestly believe they are another company that's trying to generate maximum profit and prey on the 55+ communities (easy targets). Bottom-line, I would shop around and find another company, you can do better.

If your looking for a honest reliable plumber, You can't stop looking! They can attend all your needs. They have great customer service. They were out here the same day and was able to take care of my problem the following day. Over all it was an amazing experience! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Joe and Marco installed a water heater. Not only did they call to arrange for an earlier appointment window,  but they also completed the installation quickly and efficiently. They were even able to trouble shoot and discover an electrical problem caused by the previous plumbing company. They also provided a temporary fix  and contacted the retailer to inform that installer sent previously created an electrical hazard and that the retailer needed to send an electrician.

After days of no hot water and another company's incompetence,  the guys from Pain in the Pipe Plumbing came through and saved the day.

I never met anybody so rude in my life this business should be reported to the better business burial! Guy hung up on me in middle conversation it wasn't even a dispute just ask for quote karma is a b !!

Terrible experience! Worst customer service ever. Had a routine check up on my water heater everything was working fine but after the check up coincidently the pilot light is out and won't turn on! So they sent back the technician Ivan who kept pushing a new water heater for 1800. So I told him that if they can just fix the pilot light which cost 359 which was working fine before that. Just seems really suspicious that it breaks when they did the check up before that. So I was pretty up set  I called the manager David who did not really care so the conversation went no where! We kept saying it was a coincidence. I used them for a while but after this experience I don't think I will be a customer anymore!

Should probably give your drivers a lesson in how to drive. Especially in a vehicle with your brand on it. It doesn't make the company look good at all.

Had a water leak inside a wall on my two-story house. We were able to pinpoint the leak but they would not fix the leak. They wanted me to replace the entire distribution box and go without water for a week and a half.  Called someone else and they had it fixed in 20 minutes
