Best Leak Detection in Henderson NV

Please be aware of this dishonest plumbing  company. Over the phone they quoted me $150 to clean my sewer line at a 30 day guarantee, and for an extra $100, if needed, they would use the camera. When the tech was done, he stated it would be $350. When I called the manager and told him he quoted me only $150, he told me that I had misheard him. I did not because I wrote it down while he said it initially. Make sure any quote you receive over the phone is in writing. He agreed to the initial $150 quote but rudely told me to never call them again. Like I'm going to call them again after this occurred. Please be aware if you have an accent with getting quotes on the phone! Ask them to email or give you a written quote when they come to do the job.

We had roots that split our drain pipe. We also had a separation from our main to the city street line.  Thankfully, Clark County Water Reclamation was responsible for that issue.  Their original markings were placed in 2015 but their crew never came back!  anyway,  after their repair and pipe replacement, I first called our home warranty folks. The crew was too limited and of course knew to get other estimates.  Had YES come out but had to have one more.  One of the CCWR folks suggested I call Drain Bear.  Jason and his crew were great.  Everything from start to finish was done well and also included the replacing our concrete driveway!!!  As for cost, for all they did, was definitely more involved for the basics only previously estimated by the other 2!

So glad I found Dan. He was very professional and got my bath tub drained very quickly. Genuinely an honest person and very fair pricing. Will definitely call him if I need anything else.

Our hot water heater bit the big one today. Water everywhere. I googled services available and saw Active Plumbing. I liked the idea that they were a local family business in Las Vegas for over 25 years. I called at 11 am and by 3:30 same same my old heater was gone and a new one installed. Our tech was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. I felt confident that our issue was addressed and completed to our satisfaction.

Woke up to a leaking water heater ..made a few calls and Kea plumbing picked up Right away..made the call at 8am and job was done before 1pm...Customer Service #1...they were patient and explained everything and also showed pictures and gave advice.

Clean and professional

I called because my heating system would not turn on, unless I turned it off and on 4 to 5 times using the control panel.  Alaskan came out and I paid $89.00 for a inspection.  They said it was an issue with a part not closing properly, and they fixed the issue. The next day, no heat again.  They came back out and said something had to be replaced, and it turned out to be $580.00 to make the repair.  The next day, no heat again.  This time it would not come on after turning it off and on, no matter how many times I tried.  They came back out, but this time, it's the outlet and they told me to call an electrician to come out, and not to call them back out for the issue?  Granted that this was in March, but I wanted to share this, because I am still not happy about spending so much money and it turned out to be the outlet as the issue.  It does not turn on at all, and I canceled their auto generated emails.  It prompted me to put why I am cancelling their emails.  I said I felt I had paid to replace a part to fix my heating issue, and it was a waste of money, when the outlet was the real issue.  No one responded, and I will NEVER use Alaskan again.  I cannot afford to pay almost $700.00, and still have the original issue.  I do not recommend, unless you have money to burn.

I called after hours.  Bryce called back in minutes and walked me through the simple repair over the phone.  I was mentally prepared to be buying a new faucet and spend money on installation.  Awesome and honest business!

HUGE shout out to Troy & Thor Industries for their quick response as our HVAC decided to malfunction last night shortly after I left for work. My husband called Troy & our HVAC was repaired first thing this morning even before I arrived home after working a 12-hour night shift which was a godsend! Thank you so very much especially since we are in for another heat wave this week

Michael was amazing , had a clog other plumbers not only charged me a lot to fix but were unable to ever fully clear . I've wasted a lot of money , and mike was Prompt , Professional and actually cleared it fully !! I recommend him highly , he will get the job done. No wait either, he came right out, very friendly and not pushy.

Jerry was highly recommended to me. His customer service is excellent which is why I give him 2 stars and not 1. I had just bought a house and needed a number of things done.

Jerry recommended that I get a new water heater because he didn't like to just bring an old one up to code. I bought the water heater from him. He recommended that I buy new toilets (which I bought at Lowe's). There were many other things I needed done.

I spent more than double what I was planning on spending. But OK, no worries if the work is good. I'm happy to pay for excellent work.

Jerry had an apprentice with him who was doing a lot of the work. After they left my dishwasher wasn't draining properly. Literally water SPEWING ALL OVER THE SINK OUT OF THE AIR GAP! They came back. OPPPSS - the apprentice forgot to do something - sorry!  I am not upset because I feel that everybody makes mistakes, no worries - he fixed it - no harm done.

Well, maybe harm done. The next day the dishwasher leaks like crazy - soapy water all over kitchen floor. He comes back - Oh your seal is bad. So I get a new dishwasher (more $$$$). I wonder why the seal went out? Could it be the previous plumbing mistake? We'll never know, but I have my suspicions.

Then the caulk he used on the sink pulled off after 3 days. The brand new faucet they installed was crooked and sealed with caulk (which I learned should NOT be necessary with a BRAND NEW FAUCET). And, that caulk pulled off.

When I called again Jerry was willing to come back again for the third time, but now I have NO FAITH in their work, so I told him not to bother.

I hired another plumber to fix all the mistakes, who did so quickly, correctly and at a much lower cost. I haven't had a problem since.

We were trying to help an elderly neighbor find a plumber to change out all the toilets in his house (two out of three were not functioning). Billy was recommended by a friend. When I called him, he immediately came out to give us an estimate.  He was able to to do the work promptly. Everything is ship-shape!  Work completed quickly and everything cleaned up and old toilets taken away. That plus Billy is just a great guy- he kept us informed of his arrival times and was genuinely pleasant to work with. If you feel like I do that dentists and plumbers are pretty high up there in terms of fair pricing and trustworthiness, I highly recommend Billy. He quoted what I feel was a fair price and there were no add ons. He wouldn't even accept a tip!  Great job!

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

Good folks. Came same day and got my water heater replaced quickly. Even helped with a water pressure issue for no charge. The least I can do is pay it forward with a good review. Recommended!

I needed a water heater replaced under warranty(that means the water heater is free) and all I needed was to have it installed. Hawthorne wanted to charge me $600 to install a free water heater. After asking for them to match one of there competitors prices they told me they could not that they were already giving me a break. So, I told them thanks for coming out. I did have the job done one hour later by that competitor who charged $150 less for the exact same job. The reason I am giving two stars is because the service tech. was on time and very nice.

I have been doing business with Butter Plumbing for several years now (I can't even remember how long!). This most recent job was for installing 4 bathroom sink faucets and 1 kitchen faucet, along with all the angle stops, and a toilet in my guest bath. I purchased the faucets elsewhere, using Butter angle stops (100-year warranty!) and Butter toilet (with warranty!). Kenneth and Terrence did an excellent job. It took 2 days, due in part to their prior commitments, but they did not skimp on their commitment or their professionalism. They also replaced a cartridge in the master bath tub. After all the removals and replacements, they thoroughly tested all systems to ensure a proper job. After discovering an unexpected leak in one bathroom faucet, they kept at it until the issue was resolved. I highly recommend Butter Plumbing, specifically Kenneth and Terrence, and Melissa on the other end of the phone line for an appointment. Owner/operator Shawn is always a pleasure to do business with.

This man literally blocked my car with my son and I in it from getting on the freeway trying to kill us !I have pictures and proof and will report him to the police. All because I honked at him for nearly hitting my car and cutting me off. Then wants to proceed to block me from going anywhere like a complete fucking asshole I will make sure no one goes to your fucking business and every no one knows what a psychopath you are! .. Then called me a bitch when I called him

Chris is unprofessional and has a problem getting to a job ontime. This the second occurance we have had with him having us wait all day and not show up. Has us over a barrell because they replaced the water heater and its under warranty. So we had to go with out hot water for two days.

We had a water pressure issue in our house the technician that came out did a great job fixing the problem. After a few days we noticed the pressure low again called a week after to have technician come back out. Their estimated time 8am-5pm is ridiculous, we're supposed to wait around all day long for someone to come out , and on top of it no one showed up for our appointment. I called after 5pm to see where the technician was they apologized and we reschedule for today it is 2:30pm just got a call from them. So much for being the first house schedule for their morning rotation. Not reliable!
