DO NOT GO HERE.. called this man out told him of a pre existing issue before service he charged me then instead of using a snake basically stuck a water hose down my main line. Then gave me a thirty day guarantee, we left on vacation not using the facilities at all. Upon returning my home smell like sewage none of the facilities are working so I called him back because he gave me a 30 day guarantee and now he wants to charge me $200 to run a camera down my line when in fact that's what he should have done in the first place. Once again my kitchen sink was overflowing in six months I had my home warranty company send these guys that don't even have the right equipment and finally I got on Yelp I contact the company LVRD I live in Southern Highlands lady over the phone book me right away even though they were busy A guy name Dan showed up at my house within one hour vacuum all the dirty water out from the kitchen sink empty out the whole Bottom of the sink put his cable machine in there within 20 feet clear the line very professional very clean had shoe covers when he walked into my house which that's a big deal to me and my wife this is our first time dealing with Dan amazing job they deserve every five star thank you again have a great Monday.

I recently had Lorenzo and his trainee do my air conditioning maintenance on my unit that was installed by Alaskan Heating & Air about four years ago. They did a thorough job checking everything in the attic and at the unit. They also sprayed down all the coils. This check is part of the maintenance plan that I paid for up front. It is important to do this so I will definitely renew the plan when it expires after this winter.

Lorenzo found that the testing of the capacitor indicated that it was not within 6%. Rather than waiting for it to fail during an inconvenient, uncomfortable time in July or August, I decided to just have it replaced now. The part is covered since I am within the ten year parts warranty of my unit. And since I have the service membership, I get 20% off labor which made the total cost $160 instead of $200. I found that to be reasonable.

I never seem to get an email receipt whenever I get service, The technician will always tell me that it is coming, but when it doesn't I have to call the office to have it sent. So I called to get it for this repair. But it would be nice in the future to fix the system so that I get it automatically by email instead of having to call. I would also love it if I got a receipt each time I have a maintenance inspection so that I am able to have a record of all the readings and findings for my records.

Over the past few months we've had three separate incidents requiring the help of a plumber. For all three incidents, Superior Plumbing and Drain sent out professional, courteous, efficient plumbers to help us. Their office staff is excellent, their 24 hour emergency line is prompt and assuring, and we have received high quality work on all three occasions. I can say with all certainty, that if were to have anything new pop up (let's hope we don't) we would definitely call Superior again, Very highly recommended!

Called several plumbing company's, please don't use  Benjamin Franklin, or Yes plumbing, or any of those big companies that steal your money. Had a couple clogged toilets, and I got charged 900 and 800 and another company tried to sale me another toilet. When simply Micheal came out and solved the solution and problem within 10 minutes. Don't need a new toilet and definitely didn't pay close to the other quotes. Gave me a great price, great service. I will 100 percent use Micheal in the future for all my other plumbing needs. Again thank you Micheal for being honest and fair.

They take real pride in their work and followed up with us at no additional charge.  We had to have our hot water heater replaced which was a very big project because our home is heated using the same water heater as the one that heats the water for our home. Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

My wife and I called Plumbing Pros LV to diagnose and resolve a continually running toilet. Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with. He had warned me that if he needed to replace the guts of the cheap toilet installed by the builders of our house, we would be better off just buying a new and better toilet -- but he found that the only problem was a leaking flapper valve, which he quickly replaced.

I talked with him about the high mineral content of our local water supply, and after some Internet research, we decided to have him install a water filtering and conditioning system to reduce scale and remove existing scale deposits in our plumbing system. He sent me information about the system he recommended, and once we decided to have him proceed, he was able to order the system components and get them delivered within just 2 days! He installed the system in our garage today and did a neat and thoroughly professional job.

We are very pleased and will undoubtedly call Larry to have Plumbing Pros handle any plumbing-related tasks that may arise in the future.

We just moved in and needed some small things done.  We asked for quotes on water softeners and good a quick response.  Due to the age of the house (about 20) some things were not done to code.  Long story short, Chris our repair person, had to do extra manual labor to get the system installed.  Mr. Shawn Butter, the owner, upgraded our unit at no additional charge and no extra service fees.  The customer service was excellent from office staff, repair person and the owner!  Never have I had such a great experience!  Thank you!

Whoever was driving this vehicle fails to yield to emergency vehicles. If they don't obey the law what kind of work will they do on your house? This person hauled ass passed an ambulance with lights engaged on lake mead  and Nellis. Tisk tisk.

I had really high water bills. Hoping I had a leak in my irrigation system,  
I checked on it. Actually, I had a leak in my main water line from the meter to the house. I called the Yes Man plumbing. 2 guys showed up in squeaky clean trucks and ironed shirts. I' m sure they could have replaced the line, but they were just too expensive for me.
A buddy at work gave me a card for Advanced Leak Detection.
Nelson and Phil came out. I was immediately impressed with their confidence and knowledge. They explained what was needed and gave me options. I went with total line replacement. These guys don't fool around. They went right at it ! Everything was cleaned up and I couldn't ' be happier. Good job guys !
Now I am thinking about having them put a sink in my garage. Money well spent...5 stars for the company and the employees.

This Plumbing Service is the worst experience I've ever had with any type of Plumbing Servicing. The receptionist when taking the call did not inform me that I would be charged to move any equipment closest to the hot water heater. While I was moving the shells in my garage it began to collapse. The technician (Corky) stood there and watched as the shelves begin to collapse. He was very condescending with his comments, in which I didn't appreciate. I would highly recommend NOT using this service for the lack of customer service.
