I received a quote from another plumbing company without detecting the source if the leak and quoted me $8000! I them called Silver State for a leak detection and was met with Larry, he was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and upfront, he showed me the exact source of my leak amd even educated me on the invention of the AC. I greatly appreciate his service and it is great to know that GENUINE service technicians do exist. Thank you Silver State for being that company I can count on.

So I have been having Sierra come service my system every year for 3 years now. I just wanted to let everyone know how great their service is and how awesome Eric Otero is. They arrived promptly and were extremely courteous and professional. Eric even had dog treats for my dog Pebbles so they became fast friends.  They proceeded to tell me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. They also put booties on before entering  my residence.
In addition to providing me excellent service on my unit, they offered me some other options to make my unit more efficient and to maintain My system for maximum life. I was extremely happy with their service and will use them again as well as purchase their home air filtration system and other system saving products they suggested. Well done Sierra!!

Wow! What an awesome company filled with honest, kind individuals.

Today, I needed their expertise to determine if I had water damage from my briefly leaking water heater. They came out and informed me that I really didn't have any damage and it would dry just fine. Why was this so important? See below.

On yesterday, a company (Emergency Restoration Experts) came to my house and tried to convince me that I had $4000-$5500 worth of damage. They even pulled out the little scope and walked around telling me it showed the water inside the walls. Basically, it was a scam. Their colorful scope happens to be something I used in the military. It doesn't show water in walls and it cannot show you water in walls. Had I let them do the work, they would've gouged my insurance company. Then, they attempted to help me by getting my insurance company on the phone to file the claim. I put an end to that.

Zhuliyan and his crew did a tremendous job with my kitchen remodel. It included throughput new flooring, removing a divider wall , rearranging plumbing and electrical and installing a brand new kitchen including countertops and backsplash.
They were always on time, worked hard every day and finished within a very short time period. The pricing for this project was very reasonable. I will definitely work with Zhuliyan and his crew again on future projects. I can highly recommend his services!

Worst customer service. They came out have a bid for a job.  Showed up late started job and then left.  Office called later and stated they wouldn't return.  Left our office not working.  Very unprofessional.  DO NOT USE THEM.

The Star 5 team was excellent!! Daphne the receptionist was so friendly over the phone, answered calls almost immediately, answered any questions we had, and called us back promptly with answers when she didn't have them. Mitko came in diagnosed our problem within five minutes and promptly sent the report to our home warranty company, resulting in all parts being covered. On the day of service, when Mitko got held up with another job, Daphne asked if we could reschedule and when I let her know that that wouldn't work for us. She let the team know and another technician was at my house within an hour. Stan was very efficient and installed our new valves and disposal within 45 minutes. I will be requesting this company for all of our plumbing needs to our warranty from now on!

A to Z were true professionals.  They were on time, helpful and most of all honest.  There was no pressure to go with their services and insisted to get another estimate, so that we feel 100% comfortable.  They were easy to contact and always on time.  They let us know our options and exact amount.  No surprises.  Thank you for you help and I definitely recommend A to Z.  They do an awesome job!

I got my water heater replaced yesterday through this company based on all the great reviews, but I do not recommend this company.  

The overall service was okay, and they were quick to respond to your call.  However, when they replaced the water heater, the technician damaged the dry wall and the paint where the water heater stands.  So I pointed out to the technician and his response was oh, this happens all the time.  Okay, so if it happens all the time why don't they use a towel or some thing to prevent it from happening?  Not sure about others, but I don't expect to have people come over to fix something but break something at the same time.  Especially when I paid $1035 for the service.  

I've asked to speak with the manager, and he too said the same thing...that it happens all the time.  Okay, then fix it!  The manager said he'll call me back to schedule an appointment later to come and fix the damage.  Of course, he sounded a little irritated like I ruined his day.  

This company might have good reviews but I wouldn't use them again.  How can they call them professional when they damage your place when they are just replacing the water heater.  And if it happens all the time, then have the supplies ready to fix it.  To me that's the sign of professionalism....especially when you paid them $1035.

Now I'll see if they will actually call me back to fix the damage.  May be they will if they see this review.  I'll update in the future.

Update:  They came back a week after and fixed the problem.  Very prompt and courteous.

My father in Las Vegas needed his water heater replaced.  Danny did a great job.  He gave us a very reasonable quote over the phone and replaced it the next day.  Good communication and very conscientious.  Definitely saving his number and would recommend him to our friends.

I reached out to Nick via Yelp and he was quick to respond. He came to my house within a few hours and tried to snake the toilet. Our toilet was pretty old so he recommended we just buy a new one from Home Depot. I placed the order online and Nick offered to pick it up! He was very professional. I would definitely recommend Nick and True Drain & Rooter! Thank you!!

The service was fine. The plumber, Ian, was great. The price quoted was very high, but with a leaking pipe in a multi-unit condo I couldn't let it go overnight or I would have gotten another quote. That is a professional opinion as I am a retired general contractor and facilities maintenance professional.

Update:
The service manager called me a couple of days after the service regarding my initial lower rating  and said that they had mis-classified the charges for my service and I would be getting a $298 refund on the $708 initial bill. This is more in line with what the charge should have been. I have received the refund and I am now very satisfied with this transaction.

When Ral Donner sang that you don't know what you've got until you lose it, I'm pretty sure he was talking about hot water. Specifically losing hot water in the middle of your shower on a cold late fall morning. Yeah, that was a shock. The pilot on my aging water heater went out. So I finished my frigid wake up call and went to work. When I got home I started looking for a replacement and somebody to install it. I found Anytime Plumbing on Yelp and saw it is a 24 hour business. That was good since it was about 8:00 PM on Monday evening and nobody else was open to call. So I called them and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. I was quoted $1150 for the new unit, removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Kind of a lot but, from my research, is actually the low end of average. I went for it. They said they would call Tuesday morning when they had somebody available to come out.

Flash foward to Tuesday morning and I got a call about 9:20 saying he was on his way. About an hour later David showed up ready to drain and remove my old water heater. He took it away and brought back the new one a bit later. He got that one all hooked up and filled. The sound of the pilot coming on was the sweetest sound.

I had to take a bit of time off from work for this mess but David and Anytime Plumbing made it relatively painless. It took about 2 hours, maybe a bit more, but it is done and I once again have hot water to look foward to in the morning. The cost in the end was $1220. I opted for a drip pan at an extra cost. And I needed a hose extension to make the new unit work where the old unit once stood. Another little extra cost. A painful way to begin the Christmas season but necessary home repairs don't care about that.

Our Air Conditioner broke during the middle of the summer.  Through our home warranty AHS, Air Squad was called to do the repairs.  Alex showed up and was very professional and diagnosed the problem within an hour.  Although the repair process took about a 5 days total due to the home warranty, Alex did the best he could.  As soon as the home warranty process and the part was received Alex spent the entire Saturday working on our unit.  Anyone who can work for entire day in the middle of July in Vegas deserves a great comment on yelp!  We appreciate all that Alex did to get our repairs done.

Two weeks later our air compressor went out.  Alex came to the rescue and got our air conditioning up and working again within a day!  Alex is the best and I would refer him to anyone.

Do not recommend them at all. Their techs will come out, without looking at anything, and say they will get a quote over. How are you going to look at something from the OUTSIDE and say that you know what the problem is. The company then sent over an estimate that the problem was within the pipe for over $2,000. I got it fixed for $200 with a plumbing company who actually took the time to asses the situation. When I asked what the plumber did to asses this they did not have a response for me.

Office staff is not any better. After putting me on hold for over 30 minutes I had to call back and ask if they forgot about me, then they put me on hold for another 15 minutes. How do you guys function? Better companies out there who are actually honest and care.

Mechanical Express was enlisted by my home warranty to come to my house and make repairs on a toilet that had an issue draining slowly over a period of time. Cameron (I think was his name) showed up this morning and then proceeded to inform me that he would measure the tank and pick up a replacement toilet.

Cameron even told me that the tank sitting on my existing toilet was loose and needed some sort of work to fix it.

Cameron stated that he would call the warranty company for approval on his way to the store to pick up the toilet. I received a text from my home warranty company stating that my claim was now closed. Looks like these folks are no longer answering calls and are trying to cash out on a quick claim. Please heed caution when using these people.

Currently I am looking at the toilet they were supposed to fix and see that it has completely drained out again..... I have asked my home warranty to ensure Mechanical Express is not called for any further claims with my warranty company.

Professional, courteous, punctual and very clean. HSA contractor - Nationwide Plumbing, returned our call for service request within 30 minutes; appointment scheduled for the very next day. Rick and his assistant made short work of the plumbing tasks at hand, then scheduled a follow-up service call when additional ordered parts arrived. Taken care of like a VIP!

Scam company whose plumbers are just high pressure salemen.  DO NOT BUY A LIVING SOCIAL certificate (or similar) for them.  They don't honor just doing that amount of work.  They upsell ridiculous amounts.  Don't let their name FOOL you like I did.  Before I bought the coupon, I called for a quote first.  It would have been more than coupon....but a fair quote.  THEN when I went to use the coupon, they said the price had doubled and the employee who quoted no longer worked there.  Then I called them out for a very small job that might have fit in the $150 coupon labor....they couldn't do it - they had to do more (of course)  I am tearing up the coupon and I am out $65.  
BUYER BEWARE.  Get the work in writing. then think about it first (don't let them sell you on the spot)  They are HIGH PRICED
