Best Emergency Services in Henderson NV
We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing! They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work. I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! You dont have to use a huge company to get great results. I highly recommend this business and they have all my future business! Thanks Sam and Team!

Our technician Johnathan Escobedo was fantastic. Very professional , respectful, and prompt. Also, what really made him stand out was the time and attention he took to explain items to my wife and I. Instead of simply sounding like he was selling us something , he took the time to truly consult and advise us on our options. Because of Johnathan, we will continue to do business with Sierra.

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

I run a local small business and I've had major plumbing issues at my location for months on end. Multiple other plumbers came out and tried to snake my mainline with no luck. They would come out for 5 to 6 hours at a time and cannot get the line cleared. Finally I called discount drains they came out one time in under one hour they had us cleaned out and not one issue since truly amazing company they got the job done

At 7:30 AM I went into my garage and discovered my water heater was leaking. I called Vegas Plumbing Service and was surprised that someone answered. They told me someone would contact me between 8-12 and would be able to look at my water heater. I was contacted by 8:15 that the technician was on his way.
My technician was Nick Perry he went over 3 options and price, no pressure sale. Nick was very professional, and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased at the job he did. Thank you Nick

Having issues with my 8 yr old gas water heater. Brandon came over and gave me an estimate to replace, and he also included some useful tips that saved me over $200...I did the permit application on-line with the City of Henderson and had the inspector come the day following the installation. Passed with flying colors! Quality of work was outstanding, as was their patience with me watching and asking questions. would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Awesome! Had a shower emergency and Troy was at my house 30min later. Very polite and professional. This is a small family run business that charges based on repair and not by the hour. No extra expenses or hidden fees. Made my stressful morning a little easier. Thor Industries also repair ACs, so I will most definitely save their number should I ever need another fix.

I can not say enough good things about Michael Day and his helper. I called several companies all that said they had Emergency Repairs! They did not, Vegas Drain Masters did.
Michael and his assistant where early, professional, explained what they needed to do and why. They then went about doing the job as quickly as possible and were very through. Part of our cleaning of the pipes included a camera so that we could watch the progress and see the issue for the future and our maintenance plan going forward.

Tim and Vardan did a very good job on our furnace. They came same day we called and even arrived 3 hours earlier than the scheduled time. They cleaned the flame sensor and replaced the igniter. Most of all, they gave us a reasonable price. Will definitely call them again if we ever encounter another hvac problem.

Steer Away!!
Sent them to attend a clogged pipe, they ended up perforating (making a hole) in the pipe, which flooded the downstairs. they just packed up their stuff and left. called them several times. No answer. Damage is such that property owner will have to file a law suit against them.

We use Hawthorne to check our air conditioners and furnace every season. When we had a plumbing issue arise, a claim was made through Home warranty of America and we requested Hawthorne. Jacob Godzak showed up on Tuesday to take care of the issue. What we thought was a small plumbing problem behind our fridge, turned into purchasing a Halo filtration system, after discovering the plumbing problem stemmed from a water filtration system that wasn't being used and would most likely need to be replaced. Jacob was so professional, kind, informed us of the military discount available to us,which we so appreciate! and worked all day to get the new system installed. He is such an asset to Hawthorne and we will continue to use them for our plumbing, cooling, and heating needs. Well done!

I really despise calling maintenance workers at anytime. It makes my stomach hurt. When I had to call a plumber on Mother's Day this past Sunday, I just wanted to whine AND cry and throw a tantrum.
So at 5:00 pm I went online and searched for a plumber that knew manufactured homes because my dad lives in one and their parts and machinery are different. James at Rakeman Plumbling answered the phone immediately. I cringed when I asked the price because I knew it would be ridiculous. He said $112 an hour plus parts. Not too bad, but I did start to sweat a little. Two things were wrong: the water heater had a leak, and the sink in the master bath had a leak. James says he'll be there in a few. And he was. And let me add that the website was honkin and he came loaded with every part in a very big impressive truck. Their motto, A flush beats a full house. My marketing ears were perked.
He looks at the water heater and tells me what's wrong and I was thinking how happy I was that my ex-husband was an engineer with a degree in piping who builds refineries at Chevron. Yup. I am in the know. Well actually, my ex-husband is German and has three degrees in engineering but who's counting....
At the same time James checks out the master bath and tries to repair the leak but that is fruitless. I know because I replaced everything I could but it needed a whole new faucet and hardware and he had tools that would rival my fathers antiquated ones.
Well, he fixed the water heater and said it would be cheaper for us to buy the new faucet and he would come back the next day and install it. We said yes please! So my dad and I hightail it to Home Depot before they close because now it is 8:00 pm. We get the faucet and we're back in time for The Good Wife. That's right. You heard me. SEASON FINALE and I'm not gonna miss it. Leak or no leak.
Next day as promised, I get a call asking if James could come by to finish the job. Not to mention he hasn't been paid yet.
He arrives as promised and installs the faucet. I get a call from my dad wanting to know if the amount was right and should he pay. He tells me $360. $112 per hour (2 hours) plus $120 in parts and tax. I said pay the man. It was worth every penny. And toke him too... that's tip in Vegasese....
BTW my dad is 86 and the last time that faucet was changed was over 22 years ago when my ex-husband changed it out. We had been visiting from the bay area and my dad couldn't go gamble with him until the faucet was done. My ex changed it in less than 30 minutes and off they went.
Good times..... ; )
