We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! You dont have to use a huge company to get great results.   I highly recommend this business and they have all my future business!  Thanks Sam and Team!

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

I spoke to Walter this morning and sent Terrance over a couple of hours later. Both understood the problem and were friendly and reassuring. Terrance had all the equipment and explained what he was going to do. He was finished within 15 minutes and I could not be happier with the service. I hope I don't have a clog like that again, but if it happens again in the future,  I'm going to be a regular customer. Thanks!

At 7:30 AM I went into my garage and discovered my water heater was leaking. I called Vegas Plumbing Service and was surprised that someone answered. They told me someone would contact me between 8-12 and would be able to look at my water heater. I was contacted by 8:15 that the technician was on his way.
My technician was Nick Perry he went over 3 options and price, no pressure sale. Nick was very professional, and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased at the job he did. Thank you Nick

Our kitchen faucet was leaking and we called them for an estimate. They were very fair on pricing and came to perform the job on time.  I would say he was one of the most polite and efficient plumbers I have had. I would recommend LV Supreme and will definitely use them for my next project.

This company let a cat into my house when doing work in our home. Then said it was our fault even though we were out of town. Then told us to fuck off. Needless to say horrible experience. Avoid at all costs

I am 91 and a widow.  My toilet had a leak.  Superior Plumbing gave me an estimate of $364 to fix the leak.  What they did was replaced water shut off valve, fill valve and installed a new flapper which I had purchased recently.  The bill included aa 3% discount and a $10.00 fuel charge.  The toilet continued to leak.  They returned to fix the leak. The plumber trimmed the flapper saying it was catching on the fill valve and the toilet was working perfectly.  The toilet then was not a leak but a flow of water.  I had my handyman come look at it and he replaced the fill valve, as he said it was inferior product and would eventually cause more problems (he showed me the problem on the fill valve and then when it was replaced showed me again how the new fill valve corrected the problem, and replaced the flapper which was not contusive to my brand of toilet.  Toilet fixed - finally. Expensive lesson learned.

So we used Thor on two occasions: a leaking toilet and a broken ac unit.  Both times they were able to send repair men same day. First time I paid $140 which I thought was fair and reasonable for one hour of work. The second time I paid $450 for the ac repair.  Before calling Thor I got diagnostic done by another company and they were pushing new unit for $6500.  I'd say spending $450 made me actually happy.  

Both times I was happy with the employees sent to my house; nice, polite, seemed knowledgeable and, most importantly - effective.  I don't know if they are the cheapest in town, but I would trust them on both - their work and their estimates. Will definitely call again if need be.

I am so happy with Nevada Residential Services! They are excellent and so honest. I had to run my AC very cold for 7 days in the last week of May due to being very sick with a high temperature. My AC stopped running cold, It was Sunday evening(early) and I called Nevada Residential Services and talked with Timur, the owner, who said he can come out the next day between 7-8am. I was so happy since the appointment was early in the morning. I figured I could make it through the night. Soon after the call, Timur called me back and said he could come over that very night by 8pm. He was true to his word and arrived  right on time with his helper. He diagnosed the situation with my AC, which was an easy fix. He and his helper were wonderful and explained everything that they did. I highly recommend Nevada Residential Services. They are the Absolute Best!!!

Steer Away!!
Sent them to attend a clogged pipe, they ended up perforating (making a hole) in the pipe, which flooded the downstairs. they just packed up their stuff and left. called them several times. No answer. Damage is such that property owner will have to file a law suit against them.

Terrible experience! Worst customer service ever. Had a routine check up on my water heater everything was working fine but after the check up coincidently the pilot light is out and won't turn on! So they sent back the technician Ivan who kept pushing a new water heater for 1800. So I told him that if they can just fix the pilot light which cost 359 which was working fine before that. Just seems really suspicious that it breaks when they did the check up before that. So I was pretty up set  I called the manager David who did not really care so the conversation went no where! We kept saying it was a coincidence. I used them for a while but after this experience I don't think I will be a customer anymore!

Rakeman did a great job replaceing a water heater a year ago. They tried everything to fix my old one before I was convinced to buy a new one. Thankfully it was in the summer so the water was always warm. They had me up and running with a new water heater the next day.

Wow! I've hired over 20 plumbers in the last 18 years to work on my fourplex in Los Angeles, so I have a solid foundation on which to rate Mark at Butter Plumbing.

This week, I've paid $70 each to three Las Vegas plumbers to come out and give me a quote on plumbing repair, additions, and bringing my plumbing up-to-code. That's $210 I've invested this week in finding a plumber worthy of my business.

Exceedingly beyond compare, Butter Plumbing, by way of their professional plumber, Mark, who was the person who came out, impressed me as the most honest, thorough, genuine, and trustworthy plumber I have EVER met.

Mark is clearly an experienced and detailed plumber, and an employee of Butter Plumbing. The other two plumbers who came out were commissioned, independent contractors neither of whom were thorough or transparent. I was as knowledgeable as they were - truly, because I've done a lot of my own plumbing work for almost two decades, in addition to watching and learning from the many plumbers I've hired in the past to work on my fourplex.

I feel confident that Butter Plumbing will continue to demonstrate the quality I have already experienced from Mark.
