My wife and I have been remodeling a house with an incredible amount of issues...the plumbing was a nightmare. The bathrooms and the kitchen were in need of desperate help and Mike came through every time we discovered the next problem. When we finally were ready to build and not demolish, he helped reline the bath drain system to create a wonderful bath retreat instead of a 70's alcove tub. I thank him and his crew for making our house five stars.

Had a huge leak on our water heater, I called Big Dawg Plumbing. The office was open early on a Saturday, fast response, and spoke to an actual person, they came out right away. Pricing was a lot less than I would have thought! They are very professional, took care us.

I had a major job for them. Got an estimate, price seemed reasonable, signed the contract and scheduled the start date. On the very first day he did not show up, would not answer any calls or texts or emails. Waste of time and very unprofessional behavior.

Family owned... Great service! They go out of their way to do the extra! From the first phone call to the completion of service... this is the only plumbing company I know I can trust! The are accommodating, friendly, competent, efficient and thorough in their work!

We purchased a 2 story home and the tub in the master bedroom had a leak from the overflow valve into the living room ceiling. I spent 2 weeks attempting to resolve the issue with plumbers the home warranty sent out.
Finally my sister referred me to BIG DAWG PLUMBING.
Customer service was kind and very professional. They called when they said they would. We made an appointment and they arrived on time. Mike and Spencer came out evaluated the problem and resolved the issue in under an hour. They even assisted me in repairing the damages done by the other plumbers. BIG DAWG PLUMBING went above and beyond the call of duty. Job well done.

Big Dawgs Plumbing came out the same day I called and installed a water heater for me. They did a great job, gave professional service, and for a fair price. I would highly recommend them, as they will be my go-to-plumber from now on.

It is a failure of a business to receive 1 star from a customer. It is a business decision to care more about keeping every dollar rather than caring about the human being.

I hired Dig Dawg for the plumbing of my custom home. Mike dug the basic main plumbing wrong and he came out of our house 5 feet below grade. It was too low to hook up to septic. So he offered to fix the problem for 12000.00!!! His mistake costs use over 6000.00 to make of sewer system work. We had no hot water to many facets; my spa tub did not work and still does not. I have a facet in my master tub that never worked and still does not work. We have a sewer smell throughout our yard because he installed a too short vent. And his fix for the septic wasn't installed at the finished elevation so we have to build something to hide it and keep it working properly (This is in my front yard by my house). Throughout Mike denied any wrong and gave me a lot of grief to get issues fixed. My custom home looks like a patch job because of this company. I wish I never hire him. BEWARE

I'm happy to say that I was able to place a call and receive service within the hour. I had a leaking facet on the side of the house that I tried to fix myself and ended up with wrong part from the store and needed this to get done asap since I had cut off the houses water supply. I was really pleased with the service and quick response time. Highly recommend Big Dawg Plumbing. They will be my local plumber for my future needs.

Big Dawg Plumbing was great! I called on Thursday afternoon & they were out Friday morning by 11a to fix our toilet. Both guys wore masks, were efficient & very reasonable on price.
