Although response time is amazing the promises of being there for you every stop and getting the job done is not. Communication is horrible and you have to track them down every day to try to get anything done. Took a month to put my house back together. Not even sure if the water leak was ever found, very untrustworthy.

We call them for a leak under the kitchen cabinets. They told us they were not able to find the leak so they want to dismantle all the wall and cabinet to find where the leak was. They said the insurance could have cover the expenses. I was suspicious so I took some times to think about it. I spent 10 minutes -please note that I am not a plumber- under the sink to find out the leak was from the garbage disposal! How is possible that the plumber didn't see it??? Reading all the other reviews I guess this company tries to make big deals whit very small issue to try to get more money from the insurance! And then if the insurance does not cover they came to the owner.

I was looking to have a grease trap Interceptor pumped out and the Lady on the phone said they don't pump grease traps.  I asked her if they were Rooter Man, she assured me they were but they don't pump grease traps.  I gave them 2 stars because she was polite.  Their website says they have been pumping in Las Vegas for 40 years...

STAY AWAY! They partner with Bolmer Restoration scam artists. They will  rip you off..check the BBB and contractors  board before allowing any contractor into tour home.

We had a horrible bathtub valve / faucet break and rooterman was the only service around that could come in early.  Thanks to them I didn't have to deal with much larger water damage.  All contracts and services was explain to me by their guy, Eddy (Eduardo), and I'm glad I picked their services over the other guys who were supposed to come in like 6 hours later after our incident.

Very un professional. I call today at 5:30 for water leak on my meter. The operator said we gonna send technician 6-8 pm. I called back at 6:30 for follow up same operator said I call technician then I call you back. Waiting till 8:30 she never call me back no technician show up. Call operator again she say desame shit that she gonna call technician and call me back. Now is 9pm nobody call me back and nobody show up. That's how they do business.

Had an issue with my sewage line was clogged had it cleaned out by a company I won't mention and was told I needed a new clean out unit $1000 because back flap wasn't installed right. so I called rooter man they can by looked at it clean around it replaced the same back flap in all good no charge! Take that all back ! Had an appointment for Sunday they never showed up called again Monday never showed up!!

They instil fear in you, telling you you're going to have major future problems unless you pay thousands to have it fixed now. I was quoted at around $13,000 to fix a leak and remove mould. I received a second estimate from a different company, which turned out to be 1/3 of what Rooterman quoted. Rooterman may counter argue by saying no one does as good a job, well, I've never had a plumber as rude as Alex from Rooterman who was arrogant, condescending, and rude. So, I get to pay too much and have bad service? No thanks.

Extremely over priced. Wanted 5800.00 to install a tankless water heater, that did not include the unit. Was just an install price. Who hires these people?? I guess people who don't know any better. Don't bother to call them!!

Well, Dan did not wear that super man outfit in the picture but he might want to consider wearing an S on his chest, since the service was, well..SUPER EXCELLENT! Yes, I am afraid I am understating how good the service was!!! He was on time, he was professional, he did everything needed and spent plenty of time explaining what he was going to do and also even took time to check another toilet.

With the last plumbers I used we just flushed money down the toilet, with these guys we can now flush water down the toilet! :)

By the way, we didn't get a discount for writing this, I don't know these people, never met Dan before, I am just the sort of person that is impressed by timeliness, professionalism, and excellence in workmanship.

Please make sure to get other estimates before hiring this company. Our water heater broke down the day before we went on vacation and we needed hot water in our home so our children had hot water while my wife and I were on vacation. They took advantage of us in our desperation. Come to find out we were completely over charged and taken advantage of. They did the work as it needed to be performed but at way over market price. I would recommend you go elsewhere.

DO NOT use this business. I made a schdule a day in advance after being stood up by climate control. They said they would come to my house to give me an estimate and see what was going on. They never showed up. When I called the business to get an update, they hung up on me 4 TIMES!!!! I highly reccomend finding someone else to help you with plumbing. While waiting for them to respond, I called Yes Plumbing. They responded and showed up to my location with in 2 hours and fixed the plumbing. Yes Plumbing was very professional and responsive. A day later and guess what, I have not heard a word from Rooter Man. Customer service = 0 stars! Go with Yes Plumbing.

The owner is a scammer.

I've never had a worse experience in my life with any company ever than I have had with Rooterman. First, I was threatened to sign paperwork or Alex said my insurance would not cover me if I didn't and I don't have a choice but to accept their prices or they would leave and charge me anyway since I signed a work start order. Second, they never informed me they were going to subcontract out the job to another company and they wouldn't actually be performing the work. They overcharged me and said whatever insurance doesn't cover then I'll have to pay. The workers working on the house said it wasn't that much damage but it somehow came out to 30k for a small amount of mold that took them a couple of hours to remove...not including the 30k they charged to remove the drywall in one room of the home.

Keep in mind I'm a military member that had to leave for deployment that week which they took full advantage of. I was even told not to read the paperwork they wanted me to sign which had an alarming amount of errors and misstatements. I can't express how bad this company is and I hope that no one has to go through what I did and end up paying an additional 10k out of pocket after insurance costs because they felt the need to triple charge. They didn't even fully replace/fix the pipe that leaked, and had to come back because it was still leaking. After Alex got me to sign the work order and I was on military deployment, he ignored my messages and calls to figure out what was going on which is mind wrecking when you're overseas.

I called them in the morning , explained that my tankless electric whole house Titan water heater not working properly, make appointment for repair between 5 and 7 pm. At 7-30 pm after long day of waiting  I called again to find out if someone is coming...and clearly they lost all my info because they asked me to spell my name and address again. Got text right away that specialist is coming and ask them - did he know how to fix tankless water heaters? They say yes. Come young guy, look at water heater and make video of how it glitches and send somewhere ...but whoever he send that video to - don't know nothing about tankless water heaters, because advice is to buy new one and install, will cost 1200... He don't even try to reset it, not open the cover, where red reset button is!!! He and his manager don't know about those water heaters and don't even googled  on how to fix them! I don't recommend this company, they not professional.

My water heater was leaking all over my garage when I got home. I called and they said they would have someone in route in about 30 mins. They did just that, and fixed the problem instantly. Being a single mother with 4 little children this could of been a disaster for me, but they made this such a quick easy process. Thank you for great service !

Toilet sprang a leak; they had someone out within an hour.  He didn't have the part needed, but returned the next morning, within the time frame quoted.

Did a great job at a very fair price.  Highly recommend!

These guys were amazing! Great customer service and very timely. They took their time and they were very thorough.

The rooter man company was a grade a rating in unclogging my shower drain. Very professional and Fernando Soto was very friendly and professional. Great coupons and will be sure to call for my future plumbing needs.

NO WAY could these reviews be accurate, I will see if they are by if this review is posted or not!!!  Chris arrived on time and was very polite, however the cost was soooo out of line that it was almost embarrassing...   I actually laughed and stated...you are going to charge me in excess of $1,900 for replacement of a 40 gallon gas water heater (AO Smith)...  Chris then called his supervisor who confirmed that they could not do the job for less.  I then promptly called Lowes and the job was completed for just over $1,100 inclusive and I got a $50 store credit on top of the price, for the purchase of a 40 gallon AO Smith Water Heater.  I do not recommend using this company, what a rip off!!!

Alex Meyers came in and quoted me a price to fix a drain that disconnected from under my house he said to the main street. The price of 4200.00 once he was under the home and started construction he came back and changed the price saying I was on a sinkhole and that he now had to go through the floor. He changed the price to 18,000.00 and said it was covered by the insurance. He told me he was a  specialist and that he would follow me all the way through the process.  What he did was swindled me through the process. He did not report the claim until after he totaled my home. I had to vacated it and during the first 7 days he gutted my home to the 2 by 4 studs without my knowledge. He said they found asbestos. He opened 2 credit cards in my name the very first day he started work and maxed them out for 40,000.00. I did not find out about this until I was sent a bill through the mail.  He would not return my calls and my insurance rejected the claim because there was no proof that the work had to be done. Three weeks after the rejection of the insurance company he and his co-conspirator Bolmer Restoration billed me for 292.000.00 for what they said was asbestos removal. This put a plumbing job at a cost of more than what the house was worth. I am a 78 year old senior and have no way of paying all of this back. I am out of a home which I can not pay to have fixed. He latterly left me homeless.  Beware of this company and especially of Alex Meyers

Called and set up an appointment a week ago today. Fellow was supposed to show up between 10 and 12. Nobody showed up. Gave them a call about 10 after 12 said they'd be there within an hour. Nobody showed up nobody called. Then we called again at about 2 o'clock they said they'd have somebody return our phone calls still no phone calls now it's 530 no call no show. Therefore BAD review. Only wish there was an option for no star since they did nothing and we had to chase them.

I never like giving a review to a company that's so negative but the 1-star as I'll explain is quite deserved.

After repeatedly trying to clear a blockage of my guest shower drain( in fact, nothing was draining on that side of the house ), I gave in a called this company on the recommendation of a friend. The plumber showed up in the time frame they said he would. He was polite and listened to what was going on and explained he'd need to come in from the drain access on the outside of the house. Once we found the access he started working and I left him to it.

I don't think it was even 25 or so minutes later that his manager showed up. I say that because I'd prefer to call him a plumbing hit man. He started right off with this rapid fire explanation of how I had this problem but I was lucky because his company offered a service to fix the blockage in my main drain line but that they could possibly get my homeowners insurance to pay for it. He took me in the house and showed me where the pipe was where they'd need to dig into the concrete subfloor to get to the problem. Mind you, up to this point AT NO TIME did they tell me the problem was already fixed and everything was draining fine.

When I started asking questions about the cost and the exact problem he was being evasive with answers. He then took me outside where they put the camera down the pipe and he kept trying to show me where there was a problem but I couldn't see any problems ( I'm not a plumber but I'm no way stupid ). Again, they STILL haven't told me everything is draining. We went back into the house and I asked why we couldn't get to the blockage ( I was still under the assumption it was still blocked and, seemingly, that we couldn't reach the blockage from the outside. ) from a couple points inside the house.

It was at this point the manager started getting irritated I kept asking questions and at one point intimated I wouldn't understand the problem and that I couldn't even if he tried to explain. I completely lost it and told him to get the heck ( I used much harsher language ) out of my house. I had to walk outside I was so freaking angry. When I came back in the tech/plumber FINALLY told me everything was draining fine but just to be careful what gets flushed in the future. Insane.

So yeah, my recommendation is to never, ever call this place unless you want to get sold bs work you don't need or deal with, sorry, a real A-hole who doesn't want to deal with your questions or your utter ignorance of plumbing issues.

My water heater was leaking in the garage, so I contacted a plumber (ROOTER MAN) con artist that works with Bolmer. They came and removed the old water heater, connected a new water heater (leaving it on the floor of my garage) for which I paid $1000, and referred me to Bolmer Restoration stating that water had leaked behind my walls.

Upon meeting with Bolmer I was told that all the work will be covered by my homeowner's insurance. They removed a portion of my kitchen cabinets and the lower half of the wall in my kitchen and garage, then stopped showing up.  They stated they would not return until they received full payment.  Eduardo and his company proceeded to charge my insurance company for almost $12,000.  When my insurance company proceeded to pay them a more than reasonable $5k+ they placed a mechanics lien on my home for the remaining balance. After a year of litigation, I am finally rid of this nightmare. It's unbelievable to me that these con artists are allowed to stay in business.

STAY AWAY FROM BOLMER RESTORATION & ROOTER MAN PLUMBING.

Charles was great. He was respectful and explained everything about our plumbing issue clearly. He went above and beyond to fix the plumbing issue. I highly recommend Rooterman as a company and if you ever get Charles to fix your plumbing issue, good to know that you'll be in good hands.

My plumbing clogged on Sunday. No one was available. They are not open 24 hours. A girl from answering service set the appointment for 9am Monday. Noone showed up.

It was on the TV news how they cheated a woman by tearing her house apart amd 702 plumbing saved the day by fixing the mess.

Sooo expensive. More than twice expensive. They charge me $2,400 Just replace 50gallon water heater.
Do not use here. Do not trust them.

Worst company right next to Mr. Rooter. I was told I would receive pictures of all the work and that they would handle all the insurance paperwork! I did not receive anything! Alex will not even return my calls not to mention he is extremely rude. They are scam artists plain and simple. Now I have a lien on my house because of them and their co partners at Bolmer! Be smart and choose any other place!

Do not use this is a Rip off company. Called them in for a clogged line. The tech said he ran 75 feet of snake but that wasn't the issue. He said his boss told him he had to put a camera down there to see what the problem was. I said uh, no to run a longer snake. To do that I was told he'd have to go get it and charge me more. I sent this putz on his way and called another company (Larkin) who came and snaked my line. Problem solved!!
