Had them come do an ac tune up and must say their professionalism was outstanding! They even went in the attic! They showed me the before and after pictures of their cleaning of the system and showed me possible problems with the system and guided me how to avoid a major breakdown in the summer. After carefully going through the options my wife and I decided to just replace the system. It was already 14 years old and had the old Freon in it. New system is working perfectly and it's very quiet!!

This is a very unfortunate review that I have to write due to the fact that a good friend of ours works for this company currently and the work that he does is great. Unfortunately, he wasn't assigned to complete this installation.

The gentlemen that were assigned to install my mother-in-laws new AC unit were the most incompetent workers that I've ever witnessed. The installation took place on a Saturday, the installers came around 8:30a and started working. Around 2p they seemed to be running into a few issues. I asked the men how the installation was going and they stated that they were having issues with the unit kicking on and staying on. They said they would have to have a technician come out to take a look since they only do the installation. I said ok let's have a technician come out and they said ok he should be here in about 30 mins. About an hour later I ask if the technician was still on his way and they stated that yes he's on his way. I was getting a little suspicious of the situation so I called the office to see what was going on. The office lady tells me that the installers called dispatch to cancel the technician because they had figured out the issue. I said no, the issue hasn't been fixed and the house was still 100 degrees. She said she would have to have a supervisor call me back to get this figured out. I waited about an hour and called the office back, the office lady offered no further assistance as to when the supervisor would be calling me back so I walk over to the installers and ask for an explanation of why the technician was cancelled. The installers then stated, 'oh, you never confirmed that you wanted a technician to come out so he's not coming'. I was very upset after he made that statement since it was a lie. I stated to the installer that I actually called the office and they said you cancelled the technician on your own with no consultation or direction from us, the clients. He had nothing more useful to say and even doubled down on his lie.

I then asked for this supervisors cell number. I spoke with their supervisor and let him know that his installers literally told me a bold faced lie, they were just messing around wasting time at this point since they didn't know what the issue was, and we weren't happy with their service. The supervisor let me know that since his installers had cancelled the technician, the technician was now on his way to another job and wouldn't be available until the next day. He had his installers leave and at this point it's 5p when they left. The AC is not working and now we have to wait another evening in a hot house.

The next day, Sunday, the technician comes and discovers that a wire was bad. He fixes the issue and the AC unit is now working properly.

About a week and a half later, a Wednesday, my mother-in-law discovers a leak coming from the attic. We call Fetch-a-Tech back out to see what's going on. The guy that comes out for this instances discovers that the installers didn't put the correct size drain pan under the unit and that's why there's a leak. Since the installers were incompetent, we now have a contractor coming out to fix the dry wall, paint etc from the leak in addition to another Fetch-a-Tech installer coming out to lift the AC unit up and place the correct size drain pan. Fetch-aTech is definitely footing the bill for this work since they caused the issue and we will NEVER be using this company again.

Please be aware that their installers don't know what they're doing and they will spin a story to take the blame off of themselves. The office workers don't have the best customer service either.

I can't not tell you how disappointed I am in this company, mostly in their manager Dennis Thompson. I had a leak in my bedroom wall, they came out to fix this leak but I was told I had moisture in my wall. I was recommended to a restoration company from them. So Eco Dry came out and took out my bedroom wall. I still had water coming out of the wall. Was told by a Jacob a sup from FAT that it was my roof and the needed a roofer, got a roofer. Needless to say I still had water and now my bathroom ceiling had a water bubble. Had Dennis come out to my house after techs had been out here 5 times, been dealing with this since July 21st, telling me we can't find the leak and had the ac tech come out again bcuz maybe it was my air conditioner. Dennis comes out looks at the wall and says it's right there, he says it's so obvious, HIS WORDS, I'm thinking he understands my frustration, I say, I work hard for my money I just need my house back together. That was sept 9th today Monday sept 12th when calling Dennis this morning it was like I was talking to someone different. My bathroom is ruined I now have to replace the whole wall and ceiling of my bathroom, to be told by Dennis well we will come out to fix the leak but it will not have a warranty and we will not be responsible for the line. Really my bathroom is ruined bcuz the techs couldn't find the leak. I had to take the ceiling down myself and low and behold their was the leak. If they were already cutting through walls go the extra mile and FIND THE LEAK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In fact one tech Jesse told me to use another company. This manger had no integrity. I know a lot a people and I will be letting them know to stay clear of fetch a tech so disappointed. You put your trust in companies to be treated like this is bad business

Yesterday, Jason from Fetch-A-Tech serviced my pre-paid water heater. He inspected and flushed the system. He also found the anode rod about 3/4th eroded and told me that it won't last a year. I paid him $300.00 to replace it. Later, checking the prices at Amazon, I found the rod cost about $30.00. That's 300% mark-up. I am posting this to let people know that this company rip-off senior citizens on fixed income.

Last December I had this company install a new furnace and air conditioner. After installation, the installer told me to wait a few days to see if the furnace would heat my house! It didn't, and I called to complain. For the next four months installers came to my house weekly to try and fix the problem. The upstairs was at least 4 or 5 degrees hotter than the downstairs, so that I had to buy another heater to keep the downstairs warm enough to live there. I requested that the company refund my money and remove the units, and I was told that was possible. That was in April. Now it is July, and the problem has escalated to the air conditioner, with the temperatures being up to 8 degrees different as the day progresses. I really want my refund/removal of the defective units, but I am getting stonewalled by the company. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!

Came out and looked at the roof unit from the ground and said I needed a new unit. The quote was high and I asked if there was a different unit or a more cost effective way and he blew me off

First thing when you fall for a mailer special pricing, your going to get what you pay for from this company. To also assume that there will be repairs to be done is not the way to win your customers over. Basically Less then twenty minutes to grab a ladder go up to your rooftop Ac unit to open it up take a few pictures then close it back up, and then tell you that your circuitry board will probably be needing replacement estimated cost $2000.00. No freon taken up in case it needed a recharge. I could have done a better job. when you speak to the customer service over the phone and they tell you that they receive payment in cash or credit. Now when paying in cash you ask for a receipt but are told that it will be emailed to you, except nothing was sent... you get a call from the company telling you that you have a open invoice, something shady is going on. It looks like the technician is pocketing payment. It shouldn't take a week to clear this up. All you get is the run around about having to research the matter and get back to you is so unprofessional. Now after several phone calls taking to multiple people now the manager will be calling you back on this mater. He's going to here the same thing I told the people over the phone. All I want is a simple receipt for the service work if you can justify that. If you have a internal problems with your employees handling cash don't make it the customers problem. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would . I can't say enough great things about all of them. From my dealings with the office to the gentlemen who installed my new unit. They showed up on time and stayed until every last thing was taken care of. They were really nice and respectful. They left my house spotless. I only have a few of their names but honestly I don't think it matters who you get the staff there is amazing . Adrian, Luis, Reyes and Joseph are the 4 names I remember , but there were several others that worked tirelessly and I'm sorry i don't remember their names. All of them wonderful. My new system works so well and honestly I'm 100% happy. Thank you so much. This company will not stop until your problem is solved. They are committed to service and they are wonderful

Do not use fetch a tech ! They tried to convince me that I needed new ductwork and insulation at a cost of $16,500 and told me it's necessary because my AC unit is working too hard and that there were crimps in my ductwork . None of this was true I hired another company to come out here Air Supply is the name they checked out my brand new AC unit only 2 years old and said it's working fine he looked in my attic at the ductwork and said there was no problem and he told me that all the customers he goes to that were with fetch a tech were told they needed a new duct system and insulation. Do not use this company they are bad news ! This company fech a tech is looking to rip you off !

This company took over Climate Control Specialists who installed a new HVAC unit for me a few years ago. Recently, the unit quit working and leaked water through the ceiling in several rooms so I called made an appointment with them to find out what was wrong. The technician told me I needed all new duct work to the tune of $10k. (This is a 1,000 sf 2bed/2 bath house). He said the duct work was collapsing because it wasn't sized properly for the new unit. He didn't mention anything about the overflow pan being full of water and not draining or the possibility the drain line could be clogged. I talked to a supervisor who went along with the tech. When I saw the pictures there was one small dent in the duct work that was likely caused by a foot. I didn't see any signs of collapsing. They refused to do anything if I didn't agree to replace the duct work. We ended up emptying the drain pan and using a fish line to clean out the drain line on our own. We also saw that the pan needed to be leveled and moved slightly to catch condensation. Everything is working now, no thanks to them. I called several times to speak with the supervisor/technician and he will not call back. I spoke to someone else who says he is a customer representative and who promised to speak to the supervisor and figure out what should be done. Neither of them has called back.
I had a friend who is knowledgeable about HVAC installations look at the pictures and he noticed there wasn't a secondary drain so I wanted to talk to this company about the warranty on the unit and look into getting the secondary drain installed. They completely refuse to call back because they don't want to honor any part of the warranty. Save yourself time and money and find a reputable company. This company has terrible customer service.

Mr. William Harris was nice, courteous and professional. However he tried to overcharge me by 300 percent. He wanted $2700 to replace the furnace motor (See the invoice that you emailed me) or $15,000 to install a new HVAC system. Of course he tried to nudge me toward the 15k solution. (Gee I wonder why) Thus putting me between a rock and hard place. Totally unreasonable. I just wanted it fixed so the house can be warm again, not to be scammed to the extreme like that. He also said the control board was fried too (See invoice screenshot below), but when I called another repairman for a second opinion, he said the control board was fine. Hence Harris must have tried to deceive me. I don't appreciate that. That's not nice. I thought Americans were honest with Christian values?

Also, upon further research on Google I found out that furnace repair should cost between 300 and 1000 dollars at most in 2022, according to sites like Forbes and HomeGuide, etc. So 2700 dollars is way off by 3 times the high end. I don't understand how someone can be that extreme like a bloodthirsty shark to charge me TRIPLE price? Do all your techs do this, or is Harris a rogue tech? Other companies I called said they could fix my furnace for 900. That's still a lot, but it's one third of what Mr. Harris wanted. See the invoice he sent me for proof. (In Asia, a service repairman can fix most things in your house for 30 dollars or less, so service repair costs in the US are crazy and insane!) I ended up having another company fix it for 900 dollars. All they did was replace the blower motor. The rest of the furnace was fine. Geez.

Moreover, people told me that to replace an entire HVAC system (which I didn't even need) costs about $5,000. Not $15,000. So even this figure by Mr. Harris is TRIPLE what it should be! Wow. He must have been going for the high roller, rather than being humble or modest! How do people like this sleep at night? How come they have no shame? I sure could not sleep at night if I did that.

As a rule of thumb, truth should be simple and to the point, but both your techs that came to our house used a lot of techno babble to confuse me, which is a red flag and means they are trying to confuse me in order for me to pay for unnecessary repairs. Good honest repairmen usually explain things simply and to the point without techno babble. A few months ago, Jimmie Rivera (another Fetch-A-Tech repairman) during an AC tune up, wanted an extra 400 dollars just to top off the coolant in the HVAC, which makes no sense when I researched it.

This doesn't look good for Fetch-A-Tech. Just being honest. I don't mean to offend anyone but these conclusions are inescapable. I'm pretty shocked. I thought Americans were hoenst and had Christian values. This is very disappointing. I would like an apology for this deception and cruel attempt at scamming me for $15,000 or $2700, both of which are outrageous and way out of the ball park. I've attached a screenshot of the invoice they sent me for 2700 dollars (yikes!).

This company sent out mailers for a free AC and water heater flush. There are better companies that do more with an AC System check, the tech even suggested a system failure and purchase before the hot season got started. Regarding the water heater check, I had told them beforehand that I just wanted the water heater checked because I had a doctor's appointment to go to. The plumbing techs who showed up refused to do just the water heater check, they said they had to go thru the whole plumbing system in the house. Why would I allow two male strangers to go thru my bedroom and then check my bathroom? I did not tell them there was a plumbing issue in my house.
This company was the one who offered a free water heater flush, and then refused to honor it if they could not go thru the whole house checking for plumbing problems. Do not deal with this company, they're fishing for business the wrong way!

Called Fetch-A-Tech to come out for a preventative maintenance at my office/warehouse. We have one swamp cooler and one AC unit.

They quoted $180 for the preventative maintenance service. During their preventative maintenance, their tech advised a part needed to be replaced on the swamp cooler. We were charged $1,600 for a part that looked like a clamp plus the $180.

A week later after never having any issues with our AC unit, it went down. I thought after having a preventative maintenance service the week before, we would not be charged, or it would be a minor charge.

We called them back out and the tech was up there for an hour. Showed us that there were melted wires and a fuse that needed to be replaced. Our business buys these kind of fuses and deal with melted wires so I know the cost of these two things is under $10. The tech advised the fuse was $250 and with labor the total bill would be over $700. When I questioned the price, he got angry and kept asking, you don't trust me?? I got his manager on the phone and again questioned the price. The managers response was, we have a lot of overhead. 50 employees and 50 trucks to pay for. The manager eventually reduced the price to $250.

I walk in to my office less than a week later and the AC unit is not working again. Obviously, the tech did not diagnose the real issue. He just reattached the melted wire and replaced the fuse without identifying the real issue. I am now out $2k and still don't have working AC. Horrible experience!!

Back on July 1, me and my older brother met with Brent Buckley, one of the owners of Fetch-A-Tech. He provided us with information concerning the different heating and cooling systems currently on the market, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each system. Brent discussed the efficiency of an (inverter system), builder and mid-grade systems, just to name a few. Of course, the cost was a factor, and we were offered several financing plans that we could manage and stay within our budget. We did receive a senior discount which helped to defray the cost a bit!

My brother understood the HVAC language, and we moved forward with the installation of a DAIKIN air conditioning system in our mother's home in Las Vegas.

Fast forward to the day of the installation. The young men arrived half-hour ahead of the 8:00 a.m. hour. They were neat, clean, and greeted me at my mother's door with an introduction and a welcoming smile. The men worked in pairs, two outside, two upstairs in the attic, and two in the garage area. The technicians: Chris Y., Jamie T., Richard M., Carlos C., and Derean T., were no nonsense about getting the work completed in a timely manner.

Las Vegas was extremely hot back in July, and we had little or no down time as it relates to air conditioning in my mother's home. The guys were knowledgeable about their expertise and was willing to answer questions that my brother and me posed to them about how certain mechanical things were being connected. As a woman, I did not feel that I was imposing on any of the technicians by asking questions; they were eager to answer my inquiries.

With the job completed, we had a few areas that needed drywall attention and holes that had to be repaired. Brent set-up the repairs immediately and those were handled. We have one final repair to the vanity top, and I expect that to happen soon as a contractor came out before I left Las Vegas to survey the damage and submit a bid to Fetch-aTech.

Since July 3, the date of the HVAC installation, my mother's home has been cooling nicely, both upstairs and downstairs. I'll need to update this review come wintertime!

Nice guys and very professional; hard to find those qualities these days!

I seldom would hand out a 5-Star rating. This was easy and well deserved.

2-years ago we had purchased an AC unit from ACLV 2 years ago (now Fetch-a-tech). Our unit began blowing warm air. We didn't know if it was something we were doing wrong rather than it being an issue with the unit. So we decided to stop by the Company to talk to someone. Sometimes it's best to speak with someone face-to-face rather than over the phone. From the moment we walked in it was the most pleasant experience. The Manager Gabi was so extremely friendly and professional. She arranged for a Technician come out to us that day between 2-4. Our Tech Juan arrived approximately 2-2:45. My Husband dealt with Juan. He said Juan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly, our air is working again thanks to Juans patience and deligence. Their customer service was top notch.

I highly recommend them. Thank you again Gabi & Juan!

ATTENTION! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Let me start off by saying that I am plumber so I know what I'm talking about. I got a call from an old clients son asking me if I installed a water softener in his mom's house. I couldn't recall so I told him I wasn't sure as I have done many. He told me that this company came in and told his SENIOR mom and dad that their softener was old 2005and not working. They charged her over $5000.00 to remove and install a new one (about a hour of work). I called my old company and found that I had installed one 8/2020. I have spoken to other companies and got rough quotes of 2k for this work. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS WHAT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SENIOR CITIZEN IS AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.. I have spoken to the clients and suggested they take legal counsel. I have the invoice on my install and theirs.

I have never had an issue with the techs they send out and they are always professional and willing to answer any questions or concerns. They have great mannerisms and not once have they not known what was the problem and always were able to fix it promptly. There is no other company comparable and my mind is always at ease when they come to do anything we need. They are prompt with calling, texting, and arriving in the 2-hour window they give you so, you're not just waiting around long before they show. If they have to reschedule due to emergencies that had to be handled first, they give you a call right away and schedule you quickly. Never a disappointment. Highly recommend!

Quality work at a reasonable price. I had all my duct work replaced and new registers added to two rooms. The technicians were very knowledgeable and did the job right the first time. One of the owners actually stopped by during the initial consult (Brent) super nice and down to earth guy. They completed all the work then a week later sent out another tech to do a quality control check on the work performed. Very satified!

STAY AWAY!!
4 months ago, I contacted Fetch a Tech to come and repair my main powerline that has exploded. Attack came right away and said I need a brand new part. As I was literally desperate I paid everything they said and he change the part using glue and tapes which was a bit odd but I let it go. Now, four months later that part has exploded once again and it is the main waterline of my house. I called them to come immediately and fix this as I have no water in the house and the Lady said they cannot and will come maybe tomorrow. As I was expressing my extreme disappointment - she hung up the phone to my face!! this company is an insult to this profession and luckily there are serious and professional companies out there - stay away from Fetch-A-Tech
