I have complicated plumbing in the house, called Mountain Park Plumbing, got a hold of Matt, I texted Matt a picture, and he was able to give me an accurate quote and a good description of whats required, he was very patient and friendly.  The price is very reasonable, he was on time and did an excellent job.  Thank you Matt.

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

Called PlumbSmart to take a look at my main water line as it was backed up. They were able to schedule a free consult the same day I called and met a nice gentleman Hernan.
Hernan was very friendly and honest. What I love most was that he wasn't trying to sell me services I did not need. I ended up scheduling a Hydro Jet to clear out all the lines. They were able to schedule the Hydro Jet in 2 days. My technician Gary was super helpful. He took the time to look at the leaks and even fixed a drain under one of my bathroom sinks for no extra cost. The Hydro Jet took about 45 minutes and my drain lines are all clear. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and even better I saw they also help with any HVAC needs. Will keep them in mind for the future.

Javier with American Home Water & Air came today to replace the filters on our R/O system. They installed our system 7 years ago & have faithfully come out every time they need to be replaced. Javier was very professional, personable & informative. He's a great asset to the company & also a good representative for them. Anyone needing a water system should definitely check them out. Thanks to the good reviews on yelp, called them for several issues including garbage disposal, clogged sewer line. They were fast (very important especially when there are tenents involved). The price was fair. I would use them again.

I had an issue with my plumbing leaking due do a faulty product from when the house was built.  Plumbers of Maricopa was prompt to come out and assess the damage.  I was quickly provided a reasonable quote.  The respectful crew came out and repiped my entire house.  No more issues for me.  I highly recommend Plumbers of Maricopa.

We had some contracting being done and found out that we had issues with several hose bibs and a valve.  We needed these replaced really quickly and I didn't think this was going to happen today, but Rocco responded right away and I was in luck.  He got the job done at a reasonable price and so fast there was no delay to the other work being done.  All I can say is damn!

Today was a contract AC check.  Leslie Citrone and Ricardo were here for a detailed and thorough check for my AC unit.  They both were very informative on their findings explaining terms that I did not understand.  My house is being inspected tomorrow for the sale and this scheduled visit was so timely. I waited a few weeks to post my review on this company. Our hot water heater went out and we had some water damage to the drywall and it was an absolute mess. I called this company because it was highly recommended on Nextdoor. They came out, got the situation assessed, and got me a quote. They were not pushy, they were friendly, and they got hired on the spot. There was a relatively new technician with the company that did some less than great work when the job was done. I called, complained, and just about wrote a bad review. Gold star was able to turn things around. They answered my frustrated calls, there was always someone to answer the phone, they communicate effectively through text and phone call. They came out and fixed everything that needed to be fixed and did what it took to make sure the job was done the way they pride themselves in the work being done. It's beautiful.

Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

Found Big G thru my home warranty company. The service I needed wasn't covered by my home warranty so I requested that they complete the work and I would pay outside of the warranty. The plumber quoted me a very high price. I asked for a breakdown of the costs and he said the valve he was replacing was $300. I found it online for $50 (Charging me 6 times the cost??) and I asked that if I purchased would they install? They agreed and installed for $100. I had to leave the house during completion of the job so the plumber said he would call me to coordinate payment when the job was complete.

The plumber called and he asked for my credit card number over the phone. I mentioned I'm not comfortable (Who would give someone their credit card number over the phone??) and was wondering if I could mail a check or make payment through paypal or venmo. The plumber had me call the office where I reached the owner, Greg. Greg started yelling at me saying the the job was C.O.D. and if he knew I wasn't going to give my credit card number he would have left the plumber on site demanding payment from me. He insulted me for not being willing to give me credit card number over the phone (I guess this guy hasn't heard of credit card fraud or identity theft before) and refused to give me his mailing address and who to make a check payable. He held me hostage on the phone without providing the info for a few minutes continuing to raise his voice, threaten me, and insult me. I finally told him I was going to hang up and just contact my home warranty company to figure out how to get him payment. He finally gave me his mailing address and who to make the check payable.

I would avoid this company at all cost. The way I was treated by Greg the owner was completely unacceptable and really unnecessary. There are way too many plumbers in this town who do good work and know how to treat their customers. Big G Plumbing is not one of them!

The service I received from this company is absolutely amazing. I was unable to use my bathroom/dishwasher/washer for two days and called these guys and I am so thankful for them.

Mason and Jonathan are so awesome! Both of them are communicative, efficient, personable, informative. They not only fixed the issue with my plumbing extremely fast, but they provided me with tips to prevent it in the future.

They also don't make you feel embarrassed about your most private moments.
