We hired them to get some work done for us and they rescheduled. We agreed and said that it is fine (first red flag) they told us they were going to come the next day. Cleared our schedule and waited, I thought they were just running late. Called them and no one answered or returned our messages. We still didn't get a call back. If you're unable to do the work a professional company should call us back at the very least.

Highly recommend ! Professional  and quick . Fair prices and quality  work. I will always use Paradise  Plumbing  & Gas !

I had them add a gas line for my dryer and they did a great job! Professional, friendly, and on time. Couldn't have asked for more.

Paradise came out and installed two new toilets for us. They were friendly, quick, and the toilets are working great! I would call them again for any other plumbing needs.

These guys are top notch. I have worked with a couple other plumbers in the area but none of them compare to the quality of service from PPG. The owner Ron is prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and really cares about the service he delivers. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a plumber.  I had a gas run from my bbq line to my sotove in the kitchen and they also re-did some work I had done on my sink that the prior plumber did a terrible job on.

This is not about quality of the job which they did not do much, only took one fitting from my old stove to the new one. 2 min for $125 not to mentioned that wanted to ask for extra $100 to hook it and put my grates on the stove ?? Clearly he wants to take advantage of anyone  ..Rip off ..I understand they came over but a $40 would be sufficient for 2 minutes.

Made a cold call with no references from anyone and am so lucky to find Ron Christen at Paradise Plumbing. Ron turned out to be one of the best sub contractors we hired building our new home. Great guy, great service. Now I refer to Ron as my friend for sure.

A friend recommended Ron to me. I called him and told him I needed to replace my main water shut off valve. Ron quoted me a price on the phone. He got to me right away and inspected my problem, then made a different recommendation saving me well over $300. He could easily have done the work I requested and I would not have known the difference. I can highly recommend him.  Wish I could rate with 6 stars!

What a great way to start the month of September!  My daughter needed a new water heater before the holiday weekend. After reviewing three bids I selected Paradise Plumbing and Gas LLC. and Ron the owner came out with his crew and did a great job. They were punctual and professional with their installation. Ron was very knowledgeable in his field of expertise plus took the time to explain what needed to be done. Ron and his crew left the area spotless. We will be definitely be using Paradise Plumbing & Gas for any future projects at my daughters home as well as mine. I highly recommend this company if you need any Plumbing service. On time, great price quote, courteous. I would give more stars if i was able to. Ron is the best and will always be my Plumbing and gas expert.

This organization stands behind their work. I got advice to get new toilets, rather than repair two older one's. There was a problem a couple times with the one, that seemed to run often. Well it was fixed no charge a couple months later & the problem arose again a year later & fixed again no charges & made appointment & it was kept.

Great communication throughout both telephone in beginning & then texts.
Total suggest this company, because solid work & way above average people skills. They valued my business & cared.

I ran into problems installing a new kitchen faucet. I called Ron and he was over the same day in just a couple of hours. He was friendly, professional, and his rates were very fair.   I have his card on my refrigerator for the next tine I think about doing something myself.

I had a great overall experience and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Ron and Alex were great. Got a quote over the phone about a month ago and called them back to come out and give me a more solid quote. Ron said if I was happy wth the price they could start the job right then! I had a gas line put in to run to my stove, I am very happy with the work. They were friendly and courteous. And I'm especially happy to have a gas stove!

Price was super reasonable! Another company wanted to charge me 3x more for the same job, ridiculous.

They did what I needed them to do in a reasonable amount of time and for an reasonable cost.  Came out promptly to address a temperamental hot water heater a few days later with no fuss or charge.  Overall a positive experience.

We would highly recommend Ron and his crew from Paradise Plumbing and Gas. They arrived on time and were extremely courteous. They remedied the issue quickly and in the most economically efficient way. It was a distinct pleasure to have honest and knowledgeable professionals in our home. I would not hesitate to call them the next.

Had a leaky water heater, called several different plumbers and Paradise Plumbing had the best out the door price. Quick service and friendly employees.

I found Paradise Plumbing when we were still living in New York state and needed an estimate on work needed for the house we were buying. I called Ron and he could not have been more helpful.
Jumping ahead. We are living in the house in El Mirage and called Ron. He sent out 2 men to give an estimate. Both were very polite and thorough. We felt the cost to be very reasonable and decided to schedule the work to be done.
They were on time, completed everything efficiently and could not have been nicer.  Ron is a great guy to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paradise Plumbing and Gas.

I hired Paradise Plumbing & Gas to install a hot water recirculating pump and repair my propane outdoor fire pit. They arrived right on time installed the pump and repaired the fire pit. I am very happy with the service and I will use them again.

I asked for an estimate and he charged me for his time estimating.  A real rip off.

This company is not timely and over priced.

The first time they came out they were extremely late without letting me know they were running behind. I had to constantly follow up with them. They did good work once they actually completed the job but may have been over priced for what was done.

The second time they came out they weren't on time either despite me letting them know I would be making my work schedule around the time they gave me. However, they again did good work but probably over charged me as well. Again, very tardy.

The third time I decided to deal with them was my last. They originally didn't get back to my request of needing work done. So, I had to follow up with them? Then they came out and didn't have the tools needed on the day of the initial appointment. They then made me wait another two weeks to reschedule due to the holidays, and then didn't show up despite telling me all day they were on the way. When I got in touch with them, they had me confused with another customer who in turn they were deciding not to do the work for (they fired the customer lol- not me, he had the wrong person, but ironically they were turning away the other person they thought I was after he paid them a large deposit). Then I was told I was on the schedule for the following week despite the fact I stayed home from work that day so they could be there. Zero remorse. Never one apology or rush to get out to me.

Ultimately the work was good but there is a lot of run around and lack of communication. Also, I got the work done for 1/4 of the price from a contractor I found on thumbtack. Same work. Beware, the pricing is high and they don't honor the time block that they give you.

This company came out and did some work for me and way over charged me.  They asked me to write a review on the website that recommended this company.  When I did and didn't give him a good review he turned around and denied he even did work me.  Is this really a company you want to hire.

I feel so lucky to be living in the same neighborhood as Ron, the owner of Paradise Plumbing. He and his team are so kind and so prompt I would never recommend another company. The guys that have been over with Ron are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are always on time and leave their work space clean when they finish. I feel so comfortable with them in my home and confident when something is worked on it is fixed properly the first time around. They have been to our house, my mothers house and I just referred them to a couple friends who will be contacting them. Do not hesitate with Paradise Plumbing- You will be glad you called them!

Ron was my go=to guy for many years. Honest, fair price, on time, quality work. Unfortunately, this last week I found Ron had retired and sold his business to 100% Plumbing. They are nun of  the things Ron was I would warn you away.
