Our AC went out yesterday, the hottest day of the year so far!  We came home to an excruciatingly hot house.  Called Forrest Anderson and the tech Landon was so great!  After dispatch contacted him, he called immediately and was on his way here.  In and out with the correct part and we were back in business.  It was a Saturday night and would have been a long night and Sunday if we would have had to wait till Monday.  Thank you for the fast and courteous service Landon and Forrest Anderson!

Temperatures above 115F required fast service and we got it.  Our thermostat was faulty so the technician replaced it and the ac filters after finding the roof component in good shape.  We were afraid we might have to replace the whole unit which would have cost thousands of dollars- whew escaped the bullet!
Thanks Forrest Anderson!!

Terrible AC company. They sent a worker out to my place because it wasn't cooling below 80. He said that was normal for ACs in the summertime. I told him that wasn't normal for any AC I've ever had and he just stared at me, confused. He said sorry, it's working great, don't know what to tell you. I got a second opinion and they said the compressor was overheating. Two days later, the AC wasn't working at all. Needless to say, this place is incompetent and doesn't have very skilled technicians. Avoid.

I have used Forrest Anderson for 9 years in my business and my home. They are always on time and use quality components that you don't have to replace again a year later. I tell everybody to use them.

Overpriced and not willing to even come close to another quote I received from another West valley company. I paid them their call out fee and said thanks but no thanks. Ended up getting a water heater for $200 cheaper even after paying them extra for the call out fee. Staff and service technician were nice enough.

A big THANK YOU to Forrest Anderson Plumbing and HVAC!!! My water softener quit working so I added two more bags of salt. Still did not soften the water so I went to the garage only to find the water heater had leaked all over the place.  Not a good morning.  I called Forrest Anderson and expected a machine to answer...a real person answered and offered to have a  technician come out right away.  Matt arrived in less than an hour with a replacement water heater and proceeded to install it.  I told him about the lack of soft water so he checked it out and discovered the original plastic fitting had cracked.  Instead of saying I needed a new softener, he replaced the fitting with a metal one and now it is perfect.  Matt was knowledgeable and fast.  He explained everything to me in terms I could understand.  I recommend Forrest Anderson for any plumbing or air conditioning needs.  They are fast, honest and experts in their field. Thank you!!!!

I was disappointed at the 411 dollar quote for a coil cleaning the tech was not quite sure if they would wave the service fee if I agreed to do the work a quick call to the office would have answered that I passed on the work also they did no have my current records showing I just paid 600 in June for 2 new capacitors yet the tech was telling me they were wearing I don't know about that anyway I don't know if I will use Forrest Anderson again

We used Forrest Anderson to add a hose bib to the back or our building, Mark came out to give us our quote. He was very thorough with his inspection which gave us better options for tie in locations resulting in a lower cost job. Aaron was the plumber that came to do the work and he awesome. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to all.

I've been working with Forrest Anderson for over 5 years.  They impressed me first when I had gone through three different companies to diagnose a problem of why the air was not flowing and cooling a space I was renting.  They came out and said it was nothing to do with the AC units but with the leaky ducting. No one else even considered that.  They fixed the problem immediately and it was reasonable.  Since then I think I've used them a dozen times at different commercial locations and every time I get the same great service.  As far as price goes I usually don't compare anymore because I really do trust them, but if I have any questions about costs they are always open to saving me money by doing things a little different.  You will not go wrong by trying them out.  Branden is the person I deal with but the staff are equally nice also.

Very pleased with the service I received.  Javon was up front, honest, and pleasant.  Forrest Anderson was originally hired by the owner of the condo unit below me to find where a leak was coming from, it was determined that it was coming from my drain, and since Javon(the plumber) was already out for the problem I was confident in speaking with him that his company would be a good choice to hire for the repair; it was later determined by Javon who used a camera to determine that the HOA may be responsible.  Javon took the time to fill out his report so that I may email his findings to the property management company as soon as possible, which was a great help in getting back to the HOA for determination.  So, now I wait for the HOA to get back to me.  I was impressed by Javon & his skills in determining the true cause of the leak; I will not hesitate to call them again should I need them for any other services they provide.  Outstanding customer service, would highly recommend this company.

With the recent cold weather we have experienced, my mother a senior (who is spending the winter here now) using the guest section of the house stated that she had been really cold the night before. Sure enough it was quite cool in her bedroom, I checked the thermostat and it was set properly, but the heater was not kicking on. The unit for that wing was down and in need of a repair. I called a local company that had serviced that unit a year or so previously (for the A/C portion) and they indicated they would be out later that day - a Friday. As the time came for the appointment, I got a call from them to inform me that their tech would not be able to make it. The earliest would be the following Monday morning. I accepted this as the house has two other units warming the house, plus I had put a space heater in her bedroom.

When Monday rolled around, their tech showed up, proceeded to analyze the unit and indicated that it would cost $1800 to repair but would not recommend it since the unit was at least 12 years old and thus will give me a quote for replacing it - for $6000. I was not prepared for this diagnosis for which he charged a fee of $90.

I then called Forrest Anderson for a second opinion. I was informed that it would not be any problem having a tech out that afternoon. Technician Kelly Bridge was on time and analyzed the unit, came back down from the attic in about thirty minutes and told me it was repaired. He indicated that a wire had come loose on the heater and that was why it was not coming on, and by the way someone had serviced the unit previously and had not put all the screws back in on the heater cover and that may have been why the cable had come loose. I was very happy to pay him $150 for the repair.

Kelly, you have won over a new customer for any future work on our home.

Our tankless heater was on the fritz. We had one plumber out from a company with a radio jingle 3 different times and not only didn't get the problem solved but had $500 of equipment installed that we didn't need. Another plumber told us he wouldn't work on our product. I found Forrest Anderson online through a Rheem recommended technician search. EJ came early, got on the phone with technical support, got an answer, took apart our tankless, cleaned it, put it back together and, as of now, he fixed everything.

More than that, though, he took to time to actually work the problem through & through. Forrest Anderson won our business

We have been using Forrest Anderson for a while now.  We have multiple properties in Phoenix and they are always dependable, accommodating, and knowledgable.  From the first initial contact to the last process of online bill pay it is always a pleasurable experience!!  Jose, the plumbing tech, whom we just worked with on the last job, was amazing to work with:)  His communication was clear and impressive and he was able to get the job done in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend this company for your services.

I jabe been having a big problem getting a dishwasher installed through a big box store
I called Forrest Anderson who have always been there for my plumbing and AC needs.
For the second time they sent Hunter.
An outstanding employee who spent so much time with the nightmare installation and had a sense of humor through it all. He went above and beyond for me as there was some cabinetry work involved.  He is an outstanding employee for an outstanding company.

EJ came out the same day I called to make repairs to the water line on my new refrigerator.  I also had him check for leaks on the toilet and utility sink in the garage.  I always have peace of mind after Forrest Anderson and their technicians come out for repairs or new installs.  Thanks again EJ.

I had Forrest Anderson come to my home October of last year to fix plumbing in my kitchen. In order to repair the plumbing, we had to demolish the counter, sink and tile flooring. The first time they came out they demolished the kitchen and told me they fixed the problem with the piping by replacing a part of galvanized piping with ABS. I then had a temporary sink installed and the first time I used it there was water leaking out of the wall. Obviously, they didn't fix it correctly the first time and had to send another tech out to install a vent in the wall. This should have sent up a huge red flag, but unfortunately I know little about plumbing and have to trust the company I hire.

Since then, the same problem is back. I have had 2 separate companies come out and scope the area that was previously repaired, and they both advised me that Forrest Anderson didn't use the correct adaptors to go from galvanized to the ABS pipe causing the pipe to shift, so it is now causing a lip and catching everything hence causing the blockage and flooding again.

I called the Forrest Anderson, not only were they not willing to accept any responsibility or offer to come out and verify it wasn't their faulty work, but they were incredibly rude.

Their parts state they have a year warranty. They will not honor this. It has only been 6 months since their apparent repair.
I am disappointed not only in the lack or quality provided by this company, but also their lack of accountability to take any steps to review their previous job.

Stay away from Forrest Anderson unless you want repeated problems due to botched jobs, they won't be willing to correct.

Worst. Worst ever. A/C out. 9pm at night. Call for emergency help, quoted 127.50 fee. Ok. Guy comes out about an hour later. Says I'll go figure this out. Comes back in , hey your fan motor is out causing it to overheat and shut down. Ok. 944.00 to fix it. Ok. I ask Fabian, service tech, what  happens to the service call, oh that's included in the repair, ok. I sign, let's do it. 30 mins or so later, guy comes in and says, I changed the motor but it's still not working. We will call you in the morning with 2 quotes, 1 to find the blockage and 1 to replace the unit.
1000 in cash and we're still sleeping in a 95 degree house, no fix. Took our money and left.

Next morning, I call. Yeah we're working on it. So I pick up the phone and start calling around.
What I learned: 1. Fan motors run 500-700 to replace, 700.00 are OEM and 500.00 are off brand. 2. To clear a potential blockage, 1500-2100, difference is some companies apply that fee to the new unit if it doesn't work and some don't. Some won't unblock it so you have to buy a unit. I found a company who would unblock it and apply 100% to a new unit.

So, right now I'm Arizona, it's tough to find a new unit due to Covid. This company quoted 8700 for a lesser brand because its available not because it's the best for us. Another company said hey we can loan you a cooler for your house and we'll wait the 5-7 days to get a brand name best for you, 8700.

Different company comes out, 4 hours later, 1500.00, Air is blowing cold.

I do owe this company money, I will fully admit that. They did come out and they did install an off brand fan. BUT, I feel a FAIR fee should be paid.

I have an off brand fan. 500.00 installed.
I have an after hours call, 127.50. Fair.

I paid 945.00. I call them. Nope they inform me had I waited 10 more hours till 8am that same fan would have been 600 installed. No one told us that. We slept in a hot house as it is, morning would have made no difference. Although, Fabian clearly stated to a direct question the service call is applied to the repair. Of course no receipt arrived for my cash as   I write this.

I asked for a partial refund of this absolutely ridiculous amount stating that gouging people is not how to do business. They declined. I said fine I'll file a complaint with the BBB. I was put on hold and they said they would send me a check for 127.50.

( I did find a quote in my junk mail quoting 2040.00 to see if there was a blockage, another company did it for 1500 and my A/C is blowing cold right now)

I have been working with these guys about 5 years now and 2 days ago my a/c went out. They came out that day and had me back up the next morning. The problem was just an electronic part that went out. $250.00 and I was back up and cooling. I love these guys and you can tell they really care about your finances.

I finally figured out that the buzzing sound echoing through the water pipes in the middle of the night was coming from the back-flow prevention valve when one of the irrigation zones was on.  A little research led to the Phoenix.gov listing of companies authorized to to test and repair such valves.  I cross-referenced that with Yelp ratings and came up with Forrest Anderson.  Not a lot of reviews, but all 5-star and all looked legit.  Actual service was beyond expectations: fast, courteous, knowledgeable.  E.J. found the problem and REPAIRED the valve, replacing an internal part rather than the whole (expensive) valve.  How rare is that these days where most shops can't fix something as simple as a cracked side-view mirror without replacing an entire $600 module.  He also provided some help and advice with a situation our cabinet installer encountered around the dishwasher.  We are impressed with both E.J. and with the way the company is run.  They are now at the top of our list for any future plumbing issues.

Very dependable, high quality work, you get what you pay for.

We did a kitchen remodel in which we moved a sink, drain, water lines etc. Mark gave a market competitive quote. He also took extra time to walk me through the steps and answered a lot of questions.

Aaron did the work in 2 phases based. Both days he showed up on time, was very clean, professional and worked very hard.

Of all the contractors we used, Forrest Anderson was by far the best with no issues. Other plumbers quoted slightly less, but also felt much less professional. I will absolutely use these guys again

I had the pleasure to use the services of Forrest Anderson for a water heater replacement. They sent a plumber for an estimate in a timely manner. The next day, Matt came and replaced two water heaters and two valves on the remaining water heaters on my rental property. He tried every option before suggesting the replacements, but as the heaters were really old left over from the previous owner (one was 17 years old), they had to go and he spent the necessary time to make sure everything was working really well for everyone. I had a recent experience with a bigger plumbing company for a simple valve change on a washer in the laundry room, a short job for which these people changed me an astronomical amount of money ($376), and the price that Matt charged for his extensive work was so much more reasonable. I highly recommend Forrest Anderson Plumbing if you need an honest professional estimate, fair pricing, and a great performance. Thank you, Matt!
