For almost 50 years, Albiero Plumbing Inc. has provided Washington County, WI and surrounding areas with a range of plumbing, heating, cooling, and remodeling services. We are proud to offer our customers in Washington, Ozaukee, Eastern Dodge, and Northern Waukesha Counties 24-hour emergency service, 7 days a week. Over the years we have expanded our sales and service to include air conditioning and forced air systems, and work hard to make sure our employees are fully trained, efficient, polite, and courteous. Jon Bohn, Travis Roell, and John Backhaus have been the owners of Albiero Plumbing since July 2015. I highly recommend Albiero for all your plumbing needs. My sump pump went out in the middle of the night, I left a message asking someone call me as soon as possible. Dylan called me first thing in the morning, he came and replaced my pump all before 9 am. I so appreciate it, especially since I have a finished basement, and my sump pump was still running every hour. Thank you Albiero....I'm so lucky I can count on you.

STAY AWAY! We had them come out for our water softener 3 times and still not fix it! In fact the guy had to call to see how to take it apart and put it together. He took the liberty of ordering and replacing a valve on our water heater, because it was leaking and charged us. Well it worked just fine despite the leak but now not even a month later the water heafter he fussed with doesn't work AT ALL. Yet the other one he didn't touch, works perfectly fine. (Same age, same model) Albiero plumbing is a bunch of crooks, I would never ever recommend them unless you're looking to be ripped off.
Always prompt and professional. I have had them do three bathrooms, kitchen, septic system and various small jobs. Always done right.

Outstanding work!! I contacted Albiero Plumbing on New Years Day (Friday), after rupturing a water line while trying to fix a dripping faucet in my main floor tub/shower. I twisted the mixer valve trying to remove the retaining ring (seized from hard water deposits), which caused water to spray behind the wall and down to my finished basement. I had to shut the water off to the entire house because there are no individual shut off valves to the tub/shower.
Because I need water and couldn't wait til the following Monday, I had to bite the bullet and call a plumber at Holiday Rates. The Albiero Receptionist was very nice. She had the on-call plumber contact me where I explained my dilemma. Armando was great!! Because I have an older home, that particular mixer valve was not readily available or easy to replace/adapt to the existing shower. Armando went to the basement and added shut off valves to the hot/cold lines. This way I was able to turn the water back on and just shut off the lines to the tub/shower til I could get it fixed.
Armando added the shut off valves in less than an hour, which wasn't an easy task. He had to become a contortionist working in a finished basement with limited access space. This saved me a lot of money, which Armando was just as concerned about as I was.
I don't care what anyone says...but when a company busts their butts to save their customers money, on a holiday, this says a lot. I have used Albiero before in the past and will continue to use them in the future because they care about their customers and do excellent work.
Now time to schedule an estimate on a tub/shower remodel.........

We needed a faucet fixed, in January. They Replaced washer and 2 springs. We were charged $204.00 and now in April it's doing the same thing.
I called them on Friday because I was going out of town and needed a shower mixing valve replaced for my basement shower. I was gone for military duty and didn't know when I'd be able to return to fix it, so I called them and asked them to come out to replace it. They said they could be at my house Monday to fix it, I had already purchased a new valve and all they had to do was cut out the old one, glue up some cpvc lines and would be simple enough. They would also have to attach a copper line to one of them as well. It was an inside wall and there was an access panel to get to it and shutoff valves so accessibility was not an issue.
Well, I was shocked when my wife told me the bill was $767.25 and the plumber had charged us 5 1/4 hours worth of work for a simple job that should have been 1 hr, maybe 2 max. I felt like they had taken advantage of my wife.
I have used them before in the past and they do nice work, but considering how much they charged me I'll use another plumber.
Make sure you get a quote and shop around first.

I have used Albiero for all of my plumbing and heating work for over three years because they do great work and price very fairly. That being said I am very bothered by my recent work order that was completed. When I called in to have someone sent out to my house for a backed up floor drain, someone was dispatched right away and got us all fixed up right away. He did great work and was very fast and left the area clean, and for all of that I am very grateful. Where this bothers me relates to the fact that I was not notified in advance that this would be considered overtime and subsequently result in a bill nearly double what it would've been. The call center rep was very courteous and assured me I would be taken care of right away, which I was. It would've been nice to know prior to sending someone out that this was going to cost as much as it did due to being a weekend. I was under the impression it was open for regular business hours due to the fact that someone answers the phone right away and took care of me. I am very happy with the work and have zero issue paying the man for his time. This could have waited until regular hours, and had I known it was not a regular work day I would've simply scheduled the visit for a workday. Do not avoid this company; they do good work as fair prices. But DO ensure you ask about the hours of work and billing BEFORE someone is dispatched. Lesson learned, I will do that in the future. I do highly recommend the company should be training the call center employees to disclose this information up front. Kind of feels like a bait and switch. Let my hard lesson learned help you to avoid falling into the same trap and get the rates up front.

We've had work done several times by them. They are on the pricey side but well worth it. Will use in the future.
Excellent! While in town to help my elderly parents, I discovered that their two bathroom sinks were draining slowly and the disposal not working properly. I was only in town for a few days and Laurie was kind enough to schedule the repairs for the following day. AJ was on-time, friendly, very professional, courteous, fast, easy-going, very knowledgeable about Seinfeld and according to my Mother, a very quiet plumber. Two years ago, they installed a walk-in tub at a very fair price according to my very frugal Father. He also added that he was treated very well.
We recently had our garbage disposal replaced. They were able to come the morning we called to make an appointment. The plumber was prompt and professional.
We've done business with them for a number of plumbing needs. We would highly recommend them.
