This was the third time we've used Wilde and once again we couldn't be happier. Our hot electric water heater had begun to fail at our lake cottage. I called Mike and explained the issue. He said he suspected one of the heating elements has failed. Because of schedule issues told him it would be difficult to meet him at the property. He told me not to worry about it and he would take care of it. Mike came out a day or two later first to diagnose the problem. As he suspected, the elements needed to be replaced. By the end of the day the elements were replaced. He contacted me to let me know the status and left the bill on the table. I thought that was it, I was wrong. Early the next morning Mike text me that because no one was at the house he was stopping by to check and make sure everything was operating properly. Now that's taking the extra step. Thank you Mike.
