Mark responded immediately when I texted him and set up a convenient time. He called before he arrived, arrived on time, and cleared two drains and went through the basement to the sewer. I would recommend him!

Prompt reply, came over in a few hours, prompt fix, reasonable charge w/discount for cash. In talking to him, he mentioned that he is retired and this is a sideline for him, doesn't want big jobs, more of a handyman-type service now.
