Superior Plumbing in Norfolk VA has helped me replace toilets and an emergency issue with my water heater. They are friendly, have great response time, reasonable prices, communicate well about the problem and how they will solve it, and do an excellent job!! Will continue to use them. Call them if you have any plumbing issues! You won't regret it!

I believe this company has a good reputation and genuinely cares about its service. However my situation can only bring me to providing three stars. Was told that I had a bad motor in my exchanger and so I agreed to a $400 service. After the service it was identified I needed another service it would cost four times as much.  At the same time I also agreed to have my furnace exchanged.  The job cost me over $4000. When the old furnace was taken out I was looking for all the damage that I was told the furnace had and I could not find any. In the back my mind I cannot help but think I was told I needed a $4000 piece of equipment when in fact I did not. The Takeaway be sure to get second opinions and be sure to double check the recommendations.  Again I just felt there was an integrity issue involved in my transaction. This could be the exception but it's my experience.

Way too expensive at 95 dollars a hour per person broke my bank, I will need to go to the salvation army for toilet paper. Sad.

I have used Ron's for years to help both my Grandmother and Mom (both of which were elderly and living alone in their own homes.)   There aren't many companies that I trust to take care of my family but Ron's is definitely one of them!   They provided and continue to provide reliable service, fast response times and a level of professionalism that is rare today.  I would recommend Ron's to anyone.   They have worked on plumbing as well as heating and HVAC issues for my family and it is repaired or replaced correctly the first time at reasonable prices.   Ron's is an outstanding company with great people.

Kings Plumbing was very quick to respond when I first reached out for assistance with the leak in our bathroom. Mr. Ron came out and was extremely professional and helpful. He fixed our problem immediately and was extremely knowledgeable, explaining things as he went which I appreciated. I would highly recommend for any plumbing job and he will be the only person I call should any other problems ever arise.

Conner treats your family as thought it's their own.  I called with an urgent plumbing issue.   Mr. Conner, who happened to be in the neighborhood of my home, (not on business, but with his wife), was at my home within minutes remediating a plumbing issue that could have become huge problem for me.   Conner Services is the best!

Initial contact to finish was outstanding. Brandi answered the phone each time I called during business hours. My text were responded to in a timely manner. The new gas water heater was installed in less time than expected. Dillion and the gentleman with him cleaned up and hauled the old water heater away. All around professional, courteous and knowledgeable. No issues. Thank you!!

These guys are great! They have been there for me since I moved in. No job too big or small. They have been great from fixing leaks... to creating my second bathroom! So happy with their work.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service.  When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away.  The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home.  They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems.  I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then.  I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all.  I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call.  I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

The price was very reasonable and the service was great. Communication was great and there was no pressure when negotiating the price. I will definitely use this company again and I recommend!

So we had a couple different jobs done by them. They were done to property we own but currently have a renter in, as we are on military assignment. It's an awful feeling to have your home being flooded with water and you are so far away. So I did my best to find a reputable plumber. First 2 jobs, no problem. This last time, huge issue. The suspected problem is tree roots. For which they 'think' is the problem and want to build me a new plumbing system, circumventing the old system, for $7,100. My insurance said no way. The new plumber scoped the line properly, found the problem spot, and is doing the job for under $3,000. Since my portion to pay is materials, this is way better for me too. Also sounds way more honest. The guy was there for less than 5 minutes and wanted $7k? No way. I would suggest a different plumber.

My kitchen sink was draining extremely slow on the side the disposal was on.  I called, Bob arrived within the hour and had it fixed within an hour for a good price. This is the third time I have used Bob and will not even call other plumbers in this town. He is the only one I have run into that refuses to charge extra for night or weekend trips. He is always punctual and so nice. The only time he was ever late was when he got hung up on another job. But you have to expect that will happen from time to time. He is a one man show. If there were more stars I would give them.

Do not call these people unless you want to be frustrated!  They are so unprofessional including the female who answers the phone.  I see another reviewer said they called at the end of the day stating they would be there until Monday on Friday.  At least they called.  I didn't get a call.  No phone call at all.  These people are under contract with my home warranty company.  First they scheduled me outside the turnaround time under the contract which requires 48 hour turnaround.  Next they didn't show or call after waiting from 12-4pm.  I called at 3:50 and nasty Donna who answers the phone said I was next and they were coming.  She was very disrespectful earlier this week.  Well it's almost 8pm no Ellsworth and no answer.  If they don't care about a contract which brings them lots of work, they won't care about someone who is not under contract.

DON'T EVER CALL this company. Price gouging is the least of what you will get from them. Three other plumbers told me their EMERGENCY after-hours price would have been HALF of what these guys charged me on a weekday. When I called about it, they came down $175, which was NOT half, and then threatened collections when I pushed back. STAY AWAY.

They are the worse...plumber  came to fix water heater thought he was gonna run the hot water until it ran cold which made no sense instead of checking the thermostat which found out that was the problem. I would never use their company again and I would advise anybody else if they had them on a contract to take them off.
