These guys are the best. Reliable, prompt and courteous. They did the job on time and on budget. My AC is blowing cold and we couldn't be happier.

Definitely recommend Stokes Plumbing. He was quick to respond and fit us into his schedule faster than I thought possible. He was a pleasure to work with and taught me a lot about our plumbing situation as well as handy tricks to know for later. I had two problems.  My clothes washer would have soap suds back up from the drain pipe.  Drain Wizard was the third plumber who snaked this out and when they were done it worked fine draining water from the fill hose.  However, it still backs up suds when spinning a load of wash.  I am now convinced this is problem with the speed my washer spins water out and/or the soap used and not a problem with the drain.
The second problem involved a bathroom sink drain.  They worked on this from ~ 9:30 AM till ~ 4:15 PM, snaking through the sink drain, up from the crawl space and down from the roof vent.  When done the drain worked better than it has in a long time.  Unfortunately the clean up of the considerable mess that was involved from the gunk that came out of the pipes was less than I would have liked.  They did not stop and put up any floor protection when it started to become much more of a mess than I think would be considered normal. I also found later that the access door to my crawl space had  been left in place using some bricks and they had not mentioned any problem getting it secured with the attaching screws.
This was a very expensive job for me and readers should realize, the problem was fixed, my rating is primarily based on non-pluming details of  the work.

My dad needed a specific part for a sink repair and was told to try Comet Plumbing Supply, as the part he needed was not carried at the big box stores. We looked online, but the price was pretty high for such a tiny piece! Thankfully, my dad was able to try out Comet and within a few minutes, an employee got him the part for almost half the price of online and even gave him advice on how to put the sink back together! My dad was so impressed and thankful that the service was so friendly, which is apparently hard to find nowadays. Comet has a TON of supplies for any plumbing projects, so definitely give this place a try if you're looking for any parts!

So I called on Wednesday afternoon about leaks under my kitchen sink and was told that a dispatcher would call me in the morning to schedule something. On Thursday morning she called and said that someone would be there on Friday morning at 7:30am for sure. At 7:30am on Friday she called and said they were having a meeting and she would call when someone was heading over...At 9:30 someone showed up, replaced a part that didnt need to be replaced and charged me an arm and leg.....argh. Not a good experience.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. What started as a repair for my hvac system, turned Into the need for a new system to be installed. (Which I now question and think this could be a predatory company)  When they came to install the new system, they broke a pipe, couldn't locate the water shut off For 20 minutes, flooded my entire 2nd story condo and the unit below. Their employees started off very nice then Quickly turned to not returning phone calls, yelling at me, cursing at me and were absolutely zero help in dealing with their insurance.  The water shutoff was right next to the pipe they broke. take this experience for what you will but I would never recommend this company to anyone. it took 2 months and threatening with a lawsuit to get their insurance To settle so I could begin the repairs on my home.

After walking around Home Depot without any help, we tried this location. Service was immediate and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. Recommended as a one stop shop.

Sarah explained all the details and gave me a quote. JOE arrived at the house Sunday, called me and did the work. I know I can always count on your company to be there when needed! My experience with Curtis Key Plumbing was very distasteful and left and extremely bad taste in my mouth, April 18, 2017 I had a scheduled appointment for 0700 and at 0721when the contractor had not shown up I reached out to the company and I was given the total run around for 15 mins and then told someone would be at my house within the hour, so my already planned out day had to be readjusted to meet the needs of this PLUMBING COMPANY I thought it was all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. When then contractor finally showed up I asked was my appointment sent for 0700 and he acknowledged yes it was schedule for 0700 and he had no explanation of why there was a no show and that he was tasked with coming over to my residence at 0730 so that is why he is over a hour late. throughout the wait process I spoke with the organization 3 different times and requested for a supervisor to call me and as of now 10:02am I have not spoken to anyone or a supervisor for compensation for the work being done at my home. After finally getting a hold of someone (not a supervisor) I was told that the owner Curtis never reaches out and speak with customers and it rare if a supervisors returns calls. I believe this to be UNSAT. I do not recommend others utilizing this organization for future plumbing jobs.

STAY AWAY!! Ridiculously expensive. Get a quote in writing BEFORE you use them. Total rip-off company!!
