HISTORY

Hi I am Shanna and am Ron's daughter and office manager. The business was started the year my father got out of the navy and I was born. So it's always been in my blood so to speak. I came to work for the company in 2004 after the birth of my first son. At the time I was teaching but was offered the position to allow myself to be home with my son. We have always operated as a family business and try our best to treat our customers as if they were family.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. I was referred to Ron's by the electrician I use. My technician Armando arrived on time and was ready to work. He went thru each of my concerns and explained what he was doing and why. He made sure I was comfortable with the process and pleased with the results of the work that was completed.

I have used Ron's for years to help both my Grandmother and Mom (both of which were elderly and living alone in their own homes.) There aren't many companies that I trust to take care of my family but Ron's is definitely one of them! They provided and continue to provide reliable service, fast response times and a level of professionalism that is rare today. I would recommend Ron's to anyone. They have worked on plumbing as well as heating and HVAC issues for my family and it is repaired or replaced correctly the first time at reasonable prices. Ron's is an outstanding company with great people.

I cannot say enough about the level of service we received by Ron's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning! I had a leak under my sink and needed a new kitchen faucet replaced as well. They came out and fixed the leak, but in order to replace my faucet, the water to the house needed to be turned off first (so they could also install a shut-off value for my hot water-old house-didn't have one!). The city turn off was ceased and so I had to call them to have them loosen it. When they finally came out-they actually shut my water OFF-and it was after hours. When I called in a panic to Ron's-the technician had just got home from a hard day of work, but put his shoes back on just so I didn't have to wait on the city to turn my water back on! Did I mention it was right a dinner time? They came back out the next day to install my sink and all was well! Thanks for going that extra mile!

Ron's came out and supplied us with tip top professional work. We had a heater problem, and their crew was able to fix it quick and cheap. AND while the tech was there he took care of some plumbing issues and looked at our gas logs. Great company! Were to our house an hr and a half after we first called. Thanks RONS
