So very unhappy with Expert Plumbing! I was helping my son who lives in Corpus find a plumber. He is a first responder and has been very busy with all the weather related problems. He has a serious leak and couldn't find anyone to come out. I was told they could come out by Wednesday or Thursday of this week and would call when on the way. By Thursday afternoon, nobody had called, so my son called them to find out the status. He was told they don't usually come into Corpus and wouldn't be able to get to him unless they had to come into Corpus for parts! My son relied on their commitment to come and now has a bigger leak with no options in sight. Terrible customer service.They didn't even bother to contact him to let him know they weren't coming! Very disappointing.
