White Electric

Had these guys do some outdoor electrical work recently.  It was a small job, but yet they took it on and did it right.  Hard to find electricians willing to do the smaller jobs anymore.  Also, after seeing the difficulty in some of the work I am very glad I paid the money to have it done by professionals rather than attempt the DIY.

Found my go to electrician in the area.  The pricing is fair and the quality of work is great.

Quick update regarding price. We called them back out, paid another $100, and got a waaay high bid this time. We have NOT gotten other bids, but we felt $17,000 might be a little excessive to run electric wire to an outbuilding. Or has inflation gotten that bad? Keeping the five stars bc I can't compare and it's the right thing to do!

My breaker box had pulled away from the wall.  James came out and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes.  He made sure I don't have to worry about it anymore.  He also gave me a quote on replacing my 3 smoke detectors with ones that are newer (upgrades).  Mine are much to old.  He was quick and cleaned up after  himself.  A very nice guy.  I'm happy to have found electricians I can call on in the future when I need them.  They also have an excellent reputation on the NextDoor app.

Had to replace my electric range...upon removing the old one found that it was hard wired in due to space...called White Electric and was given a fair quote to wire the new one in...after having to reschedule due to delivery issues with Lowes...James with White Electric came out...he was super friendly and explained the work he was doing...my new range is installed and working great...work area was left clean ..I will definitely use White Electric for all my future needs. I highly recommend!

Way too expensive. I have 3 outdoor fans that had pull chains that weren't working properly. The electrician came out & helped remove the fan light globes for cleaning (which I washed & cleaned), he added some WD-40 & got it all working.
One indoor fan which has slowed down needed to be looked at if the capacitor needed to be changed. He couldn't find the capacitor & had to reassemble the fan light back.
End of it, I paid $410.

Awesome job (Emeison), the Company has been here three or four times. The small jobs were the same day. Replaced fans and lights and he was very quick about installing them. The people in the office were Very helpful and polite.
Will definitely use in the future

2 guys came out today to hang a new chandelier for me. They were super nice and did a great job. I would use white electric again.

Used them to install outside and inside lights. They did a great job and made sure that the area was straightened up and cleaned before they left. Their prices were reasonable and were way less than the others I had contacted. I will be using them again and I highly recommend them.

Honestly, I couldn't have wished for a better experience. I needed a pendant lamp installed which needed to be hung from the attic and also needed troubleshooting for an outlet/dimmer switch conundrum in the kitchen. Todd was efficient, easygoing, clean, and very quick. The service was far better and less expensive than I anticipated. Plus, he was enjoyable to interact with. Great service is hard to come by these days. This is a company that still offers it.

this place is awesome!!!!!  I had several outlets and a ceiling fan suddenly stop working.  I thought I had tripped a breaker.  When I tried to reset the breaker still nothing.  I called to make an appt for them to come out and look at the problem.  But Jorji was able to walk me through a fix on the phone.  I had a GFI outlet in the garage that had tripped and I just needed to reset it.  I never knew the garage outlet would be associated with the indoor outlets.  I learn something new everyday.  
Thanks again to Jorji.  She saved me a $180 . This is definitely my new go to place for any and all my future electrical needs.

They have the best service!! I called and spoke to Juan and he sounded knowledgeable over the phone.  I  decided to give them a try.  I wanted to automate my home with smart devices.   I was so impressed when he (Juan) came out.  He was able to install my smart switches and Ring doorbell.  I can now control my home with Alexa.  It is totally Amazing.  I have some areas that are more complex and he told me exactly what we needed.  I have placed the order and plan to finish my smart home this week.  If you need any work done;  don't hesitate!!  White Electric is more than capable and priced affordable!!! Was very prompt in responding to my request for quote on a fan installation, and were very easy to get responses and feedback when coordinating the service schedule.  Best of all, they finished the work ahead of schedule and saved me additional costs.  Very happy with their services and would heartily recommend them as a reliable and responsive electrician!

I've sent pictures, sent texts... left phone messages. I called today at 1130 to check on the order... the woman kept asking if I wanted to send a check... I gave up and hung up

My experience with Juan (technician) and Jennifer (call center) has been very good. Only one service call so far but I have them coming out again.

White Electric does fantastic work!  Jeff C was very professional and a pleasure to work with.  He assessed the situations we brought up, explained what was wrong, what he was going to do to resolve the issue, and fixed both issues!  Very timely and even made our appointment early.  They have earned a loyal customer!

Will just left our home after installing a whole house surge protector. Will is very personable, knowledgeable, and very willing to explain exactly what he was doing. I have used White Electric in the past and have never felt like I was being set up for more work than was required. I have used other well known outfits where that was not the case. White is our go-to for electrical work.

I don't know what is going on at this company, yes my birdcage chandelier picture is still up there and Mr. White did do an excellent job with that and with the work he did more recently at my store (about a year ago), but they need someone to answer the phone and not a voice message every time I call. AND if I leave a message, someone needs to call back...I have called many times and gave up on leaving a message and gave up on the company. I have had two rental properties that I needed work done on in the past couple of months and the work would have been yours, but you forced me to find others. Get your act together!

Pretty cut and dry experience with White Electric for me, I called them up to see about having someone swing by my home to take a look at an outdoor outlet that had been down for a couple of weeks since a storm had rolled through my neighborhood as well as a GFI outlet that was refusing to reset inside the home which seemed related but I could not confirm. I spoke with a lady that was very nice over the phone that asked some basic troubleshooting questions and provided some possible suggestions as to the issue and potential cost for the service. I made the appointment for the following day with her and Loren from the company showed up at my door on time first thing in the morning. After showing him the problems he troubleshot and diagnosed both issues quickly, from start to finish the whole process took about an hour give or take. Loren was a very friendly guy that took the time to explain and show me the underlying problems with both outlets to go along with some casual conversation while he was working to repair physical wiring and hardware.

The price was a little steep but it was explained to me beforehand over the phone when I originally called that since I lived outside of service area for their business the hourly rate was higher to cover gas, tolls, and whatever else which I have no issue with. I purposefully chose to pay a slightly higher rate based on the outstanding reviews on Yelp as I never mind paying a little more for quality, I am happy to report that this was indeed the case with White Electric and I would not hesitate to do the same again. Overall this was a very positive experience and I thank Loren from White Electric for his quick and outstanding work as well as his customer interaction skillset.

Wow, these guys were incredible.  Responded first out of the 3 I reached out to, called to confirm appointment, very courteous.  They arrived on-time today and not only fixed the issue but proactively addressed 3 other minor things that I wouldn't have known to ask for help with.  He also provided some information about our electrical system and gave some friendly advice.  This is one of the best contractors I have used.  Great job!!

I definitely highly recommend White Electric! We called them to replace 2 GFI outlets and install a ceiling fan. Not only was the work done quickly, but the electrician took the time to explain to me just what was going on in a way that made sense. He also recommended some other products that will help keep our electronics safe in our home. I have no complaints and was very impressed with the level of service we received.

Called to have 2 outlets added (1 in each of 2 bathrooms) because we purchased a 1955 house and didn't realize we didn't have bathroom outlets.  Jorji was amazing - totally knew what she was talking about when scheduling.  Was able to call back and had squeezed us in for the next morning.  The guys met my husband at property, did an amazing job (his words) and we would totally hire them again.  Mind you back in the day my husband was an apprentice electrician and has wired a few homes before so he has some experience in dealing with the trade.  If husband was thrilled with their work, you should know you can't go wrong with this company.  We will use them exclusively for all our future electrical needs.

Wow!  I have to say these guys are wonderful.  I called them about a GFCI problem. I talked with Todd on the phone and explained the problem and he had an electrician that was close by.  So, literally an electrician (Will) showed up 20 minutes later!  Now, that is amazing and great service!  Will took a look at the wiring and the GFCI and immediately found the problem.  He added some additional wiring that was missing previously in the wall and everything now works great!!  Wil rocks :-)  I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my bathroom outlets not working.  When I called, the person on the phone tried to tell me that GFCI ( or something like that) needed to be reset and didn't want to charge me an hourly rate for 5 minutes of work.  I still had him send someone out to check it out. Juan came out and completed the work in 5 minutes. He was so courteous and asked if there was anything else he could help with. Juan set up my Ring doorbell and new smoke detectors I had around the house. I really appreciate the fact he went above and beyond the initial service request. I would definitely use this company again.

Horrible company. Charged $160 to come out, knock a few holes in our walls, and tell us they couldn't move the light switch. Does that sound like a good deal to you? There's tons of other electricians in the area. Don't go with this one.

Our dryer stopped working and the LG technician said it was an electrical issue in our panel.  The electrician from White came out less than an hour after we called and diagnosed the issue in five minutes.  He quickly replaced the dryer wall plug and tested the dryer.  He was very professional and friendly.

White Electric has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I had gotten their information through a friend, used them in my business and then later for my personal home. I was in a huge bind with some electricity loss and Todd White came to the rescue. He was able to expedite and help me out in my situation fairly quickly by setting up GFIs and temporary power for my upcoming project. Later he came with his team to restore everything back for my home that was under construction (All my wires had been cut for another project and the previous electrician had left me high and dry). Very thorough, informative, and reasonable. I am now a customer for life and highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work, minor, major, etc. Thank you!!

Needed some electrical work for the master bedroom.  Reached out on Facebook and good friends of mine, the Winterringers, highly recommended white electric.  I called over the weekend and left a voicemail.  Got a call first thing Monday morning and they were out there and had my issue resolved before 10:30 am.  In addition, just received a personalized thank you note from Todd the owner which is a nice customer service touch..  I will definitely use them again.  Business card going on refrigerator .

It was nice to get a tech(owner) who had the knowledge and background to do an electrical inspection on an older circuit breaker box. He explained what he was doing and gave me recommendations. Phone staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Our home inspector found a few problems in the breaker box, and suggested an electrician fix them. We were worried about the cost, but the tech fixed the main issues in the breaker box for a very reasonable fee. He was very friendly and gave us a call 20 minutes before he arrived.  What impressed me the most was that he explained why we didn't need the additional work done to our breaker box.  Nice to have the honesty.

White Electric is always prompt and very polite.  They do great work, we are a commercial company so we need work done asap.  Always here at the start of our day!

Prompt call back and service.  I had some issues with a few breakers tripping (not what the service call was for) and the electrician replaced them and tested all the others and tightened the connections throughout the panel.  He went above and beyond while doing the work in my house and took the time to explain things to me.  I highly recommend White Electric and am calling them soon for additional work I need done.

Wonderful company.  They were recommended to me by a friend and I have not been dissapointed.  I have called them out several times, they are always incredibly friendly and prompt.  Service members are nice and clean and always answer any questions I have.  I trust their work and their prices.  I get a hand written thank you note in the mail after every visit.  Highly recommend!!!
