We called Good's when our air conditioner coil unit went bad in May.  They came out the next day, and gave me an estimate.  I weighed my options with a few different companies, but found Good's to be the best company to go with.  I called to accept the offer and they were out within 2 days.

The man who put it together was very nice and did a very good job.  The whole process was a very good experience.

This is the first time calling Mark A. Redinger for plumbing work.  
I came up with my rating (2.8) ...
Response time / time to complete was 4.0 - responded in a timely manner to phone call and to get to the site to perform the work.
initially showing up on site was within a day and evaluation of work took less than an hour.
Completed work on the second site visit within 3 days and completed work within 3 hours.
Work completed was to remove L-shaped (copper) pipe of 9 ft. underneath 2nd floor tub and upstairs toilet in 2nd floor (same) bathroom and replace connections with new PVC.
Cost to repair rated 1.0 since price was $925.  Again, this included material (PVC) less than 4 hours of work including 2 site visits within 7 miles of Aliquippa PA (headquarters).
Quality of work 3.5 -  leak has been fixed with no signs of issues now for one week after work completed.  As not expected but work did not include fixing cut out of plaster in below kitchen ceiling to get access to fix plumbing work.  I would have given a better rating if they would have provided a referral to complete plaster/drywall work.
Overall, Mark A. Redinger would not be my first or second choice to complete future work since the price was 1.75X what I expected the final bill.

This is the 3rd time that I have used Plumber Plus.  Al is the owner and has always been very responsive.  He does great work and his prices are very fair.  Before I started using Plumbers Plus, I was using a corporate chain plumbing outfit.  I had a plumbing emergency a few years ago on a weekend and it would have take 4 hours to get a plumber from the chain ... so I looked in the Yellow pages ... and found Al and have used him ever since.  I am so happy that I made the switch!

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Very grateful. Awesome work!!!! Thank you

I was overjoyed to have Brian finally complete the half-finished baseboards in my house that I'd been staring at for several years. They now look beautiful. He was really quick to get back to me after I initially contacted him, and he was willing to come out and look at my project before giving me a quote, unlike some handyman companies I called that just threw out really high numbers without even looking at my house. Brian is communicative, polite, amiable, experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate his honesty too--his prices are fair, and he is clear about what kind of work he can do. In addition, I found that he is the kind of person who will always do a job right just for the sake of it. For instance, my baseboards were very hard to match, but he took the time to come back to my house a couple times and go to several different stores to get the exact right materials, whereas someone else might have just found something close and called it a day. I would definitely recommend Brian as a handyman, and I will be calling him again in the future!

I've called Adam for issues with plumbing in my 100+ years old home for at least a few years now. He's urgent to respond to inquiries, extremely knowledgeable, (even with super old plumbing) efficient, and reasonable with pricing. He explains the issues efficiently and is very to the point. Extremely respectable. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the plumbing in my home.

I am extremely satisfied with Arnold & Sons.  I had a large sewage drain problem.  Doug and Greg were always so professional and respectful.  They explained everything to me and were very patient with me when I had questions.  They were here when they said they would be.  I would never hesitate to use them again and won't even bother getting another estimate because nobody can beat their price and professionalism.  I can't say enough good things about them,  Thank you Doug and Greg!

2 issues:  Water leak through ceiling in garage also looked at bathtub drain. They arrived at their committed time, worked efficiently to identify the source of the leak, diagnosed the issue and implemented the solution. Polite, professional and patient. Impressed by their workmanship and teamwork. Cleaned up the site prior to leaving and made sure any questions that I had were answered.  Can see why my neighbor recommended this establishment so highly.  Thank you to the duo of Chris and Travis!

if I could give this company zero stars I would. I put a request into my home warranty on Sunday 8/12 for our hot water tank. Note said we'd be contacted within 24 hours. I called Thursday and they said they'd call me back in the AM. Friday comes and they don't call me back. so I call them later in the afternoon and the person was very rude with a sarcastic tone stating, you need to contact your home warranty. I contacted them and they sent 2 messages to them. Today is Monday 8/21 and I have not heard a thing from them. Put in a follow-up service request with my home warranty today. If you need something fixed, DO NOT CALL RDN PLUMBING. INCOMPETENT FOOLS.

I hired Steve on a fixed price of $750 to file my County plumbing permit and facilitate the inspections.  In addition, he would provide on site consulting services for $100/hour.  I performed the plumbing installation myself.  He came out on 2 occasions for consultations so I paid him a total of $950.  It took him over a week to schedule the rough in inspection.  I failed the rough in due to non-compliant fittings on my toilet lines that he specifically directed me to use during one of the consultations.  When I fixed the fittings and tried to schedule the follow up inspection, he went AWOL.  Steve refused to answer calls or text messages.  At one point I phoned him from a different line and he answered, said he was busy and hung up on me.  After nearly two weeks of this, I asked him what I needed to do get this done.  He responded:  $500 cash, or get someone else.  After contacting 5 other plumbers, I had no choice but to pay Steve and get the inspection done.  The County Plumbing office was of no help in resolving this issue.  I paid him a total of $1,450 for no more than 6 hours of work.  When I confronted him about our agreement, he said what agreement?.

Horrible and incompetent . In 1995 we hired them for extensive AC DUCTWORK  and the morons covered spotlights with insulation causing a house fire and hundreds of thousands in damages.

Our insurance company Liberty mutual sued them. They eventually settled out of court. They were guilty but never acknowledged their guilt.

There was a very long fire report.

Beverly put out lives in danger.

They were wonderful!  I purchased my Roda shower door system thru them as well as a light for my bathroom and it was fast, efficient, and the people were super friendly.  Definitely worth the trip to Cranberry!  Great showroom as well!

Not pleased, at all, with Christy. We had them out in October to deal with a backed up basement drain. Charged over $200 for materials and labor. 2 weeks later we had the same issue. When calling to discuss, we were told that the owner of the company would call us back in 1-2 days. Another week went by....no call from owner. Finally got them to come back out today, and it cost ANOTHER $222. This was (supposedly) with the cost of the eel being waived. Different plumber out today....his response, well maybe the first guy wasn't as thorough.

So, overall experience? First plumber may not have been thorough enough, according to the second plumber. Owner will call you back today or tomorrow to discuss translates to no phone call, at all, until I call again the next week. And, of course, no guarantee on clearing drains. So, if the first guy's lack of thoroughness resulted in the job not being done right, that's unfortunate for the customer. Makes me wonder if TODAY'S plumber was thorough enough, or if we'll have a problem again in 2 weeks.

The best part? Their labor guarantee on the receipt reads, The labor charge as recorded here relative to the equipment serviced as noted, is guaranteed for a period of 30 days.

VERY disappointed, and will be sharing with friends and family.
