Ferguson Plumbing Supply

On my quest to replace shower door rollers, I said to myself, Self, where should you go for replacement shower door parts? And self agreed, Plumbing supply yes! Ferguson was my first choice bc it makes the most sense to seek replacement parts for a shower door at a plumbing supply company. After being turfed from the showroom to the parts department and then back to the showroom, nobody was able to assist me with replacement rollers. So I then went to Splash (across the street) and the story gets better there...

They were wonderful!  I purchased my Roda shower door system thru them as well as a light for my bathroom and it was fast, efficient, and the people were super friendly.  Definitely worth the trip to Cranberry!  Great showroom as well!

Living in the area, I passed the showroom hundreds of times and it always looked so beautiful from the road. So one day my husband and I took the time to check it out. We have a bath Reno in our future. I was incredibly sad that the view from the road is much more inviting than stepping inside. The layout is strange and things seemed dated. We passed a desk and no one said hello to us. We walked around awhile and no one came to talk to us. I could hear employees talking about a troubled transaction loudly. The prices seemed insane. Several items I touched moved and were not properly secured. Light bulbs burnt out. It was a totally underwhelming and disappointing experience and we won't be going back inside. Now I look at the lights from the road knowing I'm never missing out.
