We needed a plumber to connect our new sink to new faucet and garbage disposal.  We had gone with a deeper sink, so that caused a few issues, as our piping was a bit high under the sink.  Ed knew about this possibility and was able to take care of everything.  His price was reasonable, and he called me back each and every time I called him.  Unfortunately, customer service is so lacking with so many businesses these days, but this plumber is extremely responsive.  Should we have any further plumbing needs, we will call him again!!  Highly recommend!!

I called Brett since I had no running water in my house due to a leak. He wasn't available to come out that day due to being fully booked but he gave me advice on how to temporally resolve my issue. He even gave out his personal cell and said to send him photos of anything that I'm stuck on and he would walk me through it. That's unheard of since most people want paid for their time! I will be using Brett's Plumbing in the future!

Update: Mr. Miller took the time to call me and I was so surprised since no business has ever done that. I am very appreciative of that and it totally took away my frustration of my experience he was very nice and said he would refund me, I don't want refunded I just wanted a job done and not to be thought less than. He took the time to talk and explain and not make me feel taken advantage of, thank you.

Please be warned about hiring plumbers in the New Castle PA area, they are crooks. After having to pick one of these crooks (Ron Miller plumbing) I thought I picked someone honest. The quote was $160 an hour and then you pay by the half. The job was to snake the hole by the wash machine, he wasn't down there more that 5 minutes before he said it couldn't be done, I really didn't hear the machine. He was only on the job for 30 minutes and most of that time was spent going up and down the stairs and in an out the house for what I didn't know, he said he had to snake the main drain but that was impossible the floor was completely dry. And then the pitch came, they conveniently can't do the small job so the can force you into a way bigger more expensive job. What he didn't know was that my husband usual do this because we live in a wooded area and we have to keep our lines clear but because my husband couldn't get off work I wanted to do something nice for him and have it done. Not only did I have to pay the $160 for him doing nothing but he constantly kept trying to up sell me and I had to keep telling him to just leave my house. Sorry for the length of this but that's what these plumbers are doing, over charging then forcing other jobs on you that you didn't ask for. Please do your research and be adamant about what

I can't say enough good things about this place.  Friendly, fast & professional service done at a reasonable price.  They are someone you can trust to fix your plumbing.  They are the only plumber that I will use for my house!

Normally I don't write reviews, but I saw that Bob's rating on yelp was not representative of his work.  He just left here after replacing a bunch of pipes in my basement.  We are having a large electrical box installed.  All the pipes in the area needed moved.  Bob did a great job of doing the work and explaining what he was doing.  I would recommend him without issue.

Clean, efficient and affordably priced.  He could tell from a picture what the issue was.  He was here, fixed the problem and gone within 45 minutes and left the room looking like there was never an issue!  Highly recommend!

We had Fady come by to make some repairs and we were so impressed by his professionalism, respect, and work. He showed up with a mask covering his face and booties in his shoes before I even answered the door. What a really nice man, too. Highly recommend, all around great experience.

Had a pipe burst in the evening. Did a quick search for a plumber. We found Ben. He was at our home within an hour and had us fixed shortly after arriving. After talking with him for a while we decided to hire him for other jobs around the house. All his work is done with care. He was patient and took the time to explain all of our options. He saved us a lot of money in the process of getting the work done due to his philosophy of making sure he helps the customer with their issues as well as saving them money. I will call no one else without consulting with Ben first. He has a customer in us as long as he owns his business.

They just replaced our water heater today. Good communication, stuck to their price, and were incredibly professional. They also unclogged a drain and replaced a valve, all within an hour.

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly, professional. We had a plumbing emergency, they responded very quickly to the call. Came out the next day and fixed the issue. The price was great, and the job was done really well.

Rob has done several jobs at our house as well as at my husband's office, and we can only say good things about his work. He has always completed his jobs in a professional and timely manner and stands behind his work.

Our toilet was leaking a bit and we had water in our basement. They charged $950 to reset the toilet with parts that cost less than $10 and didn't even fix the leak in the basement. It took 2 hours, that's $475/hour for labor. I do not recommend them for any project.

no recommendation from me.  I was charged $240 hr for a snake on my downspouts.  The time starts from the time they leave their business till they get back.  Is this normal?  I did not ask the price up front but really at this price it should be disclosed.  I told them before they got here what was needed and yes I did not say how much is it to do that.  When I questioned this charge I was told well  you didn't ask and many times when we do this job we break things and nothing was broken at my house but it is added into the cost for everyone.  I am totally dismayed with this company and fine it awful,

I'm not happy with the service that was provided.  A simple sink malfunction turned into so many other plumbing issues, that I began to question thei r Integity.  After I drew the line when my kitchen faucet began leaking, I called their bluff and asked them to leave.  Magically, the problem was gone.  So beware those Plumbers who can create problems in your house for more work:)

DO NOT TRUST!

I hired Go To Guys to complete a number of improvements at my house. The first couple of weeks they were very responsive and Joe got involved in the supervision of the work. At some point only his son Sebastian and an apprentice would come, often at random times. Sometimes they would not show up to work. When we were closer to completion I pointed out a number of issues with their workmanship and all three Joe, Carolyne and Sebastian cut communication. They did not answer my phone calls, texts nor emails. They had been paid promptly and whenever I had raised any concern on site they would always agree to fix the issue and assured to take care of it. Eventually they left with those issues unresolved and the work unfinished.

Just to name a few:
- The drywall work did not look professionally done. Dents, bubbles, uneven surfaces, awful shadows everywhere.
- Inaccurate framing. They framed the opening for a closet too small and ended cutting the hollow core door without my consent. They must have free handed it because the cut does not look straight. To make matters worse the bi-fold door does not stay in the track.
They framed another door, a pocket door, but the framing is not plumbed, it bows and the door hits when closing. They left without installing the door hardware.
- The casing was not properly installed, it looks wavy as opposed to flat with the jamb. The mitered corners do not match, there are gaps. They left without finishing all the trim work.
- They did not replace a window that was within the scope of work.

I even had more work for them (that would have been paid in addition to the initial estimate), but I was left with an unfinished project days before having to move in to my new place. It was very unprofessional.
I would not hire them again, not just for their lack of proficiency, but because a company that walks away from a job without response cannot be trusted.
