Had a customer's chandelier shorting out so I took it to Stadium.  They diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time and the cost was very reasonable.  Lots cheaper than replacing.

George is a true professional and his jobs are done the right way everty time. He replaced our service panel on two different houses, wired up 2 kitchens for us among other smaller jobs and we will call him again next time we need some work done.

Excellent service!  John and his team came out on a Saturday morning and diagnosed two electrical problems that we had.  They made the repairs in a very professional way, neat and clean and everything is up and working great again.  I highly recommend them due to their knowledge and professionalism!

My heat pumps weren't working so I contacted a large Lehigh Valley heating company to come out. They failed to show up - had to call their office & learned the guy was out sick (they never called to tell me) and then they agreed to send someone else out. Wasted my entire day waiting for them. They eventually showed up and said they made the repairs and left. Fast forward 3 months. It's now summer and I now I have no AC. This time I called Artisan. They came out within an hour, exactly as promised and quickly figured out the problem. Someone had apparently opened up the drain valve on my AC coolant! I later learned that this tactic is used by some unscrupulous companies - they open the valve during a visit so there's a slow leak - you then call months later with no AC and when they come back they tell you that you now need a whole need system. The previous company had likely opened up the valve (and no way for me to prove it). Artisan figured it out and instead of telling me I needed a new system they simply replaced the coolant. Impressed with the great service I called them again - this time for a leaking toilet. It was a Sunday and just as promised they showed up on time and made the repair at the price quoted. Great company that I would definitely hire again.

MLEC handled a number of electrical repairs/upgrades following a home inspection prior to selling our home in Wayne. They were professional to work with and seemed to be priced fairly. The work quality exceeded expectations and I have since referred them to several friends in the area.

Fair pricing and friendly people to deal with. I had a balance due for a few months as I couldn't get in touch with anyone for a while despite trying. Got a call concerning the amount due but not in the tone you'd expect. As someone who has experience in customer service, I can say with confidence Donna is a good example of how customer interaction should be done. The gentleman that did the job was also very friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Small local business that has been around for a long, long time, which made me think they would be able to deal with the older houses that predominate in this area.   Mistake.  We had them come to fix a circuit that kept shorting out -- fairly important one, serving the lights and electrical outlets on the 2nd and 3rd floors.  The job requires two people, and it seems to be very difficult for McClelland to schedule two people for any project.  There were two occasions when they thought they had located the problem and fixed it, but the problem recurred.  Each time that happened there was a long wait (latest more than a week) for them to come back and try again.  And you would never know until they called up in the morning whether they were coming or not.  They also seemed to be more and more uncertain about what to do.   So after wasting a month, I'm trying another company.

I had a Nest learning thermostat installed. Everyone from the receptionist who takes and schedules your appointment to the technician were simply awesome. Thru even send you several emails/text messages. My installer was Mr. Williams, he was friendly, professional and very helpful with assisting me with loading the application on my phone. I can't say enough about this company. I will both be using them for future projects and recommending. Lastly they work with your schedule. I needed a 6-6:30am, they were there on time. Great company

This man does good work and he is very reasonable.   That is first and foremost and should be said.   HOWEVER, he is all over the place.   His ever changing policies, his ridiculous rants on Facebook about customers who aren't satified (which he usually ends up deleting ), his constant patting himself on the back, the confusing and ever changing communication is enough to make you NOT want to like him on social media any more or use his services.    His FB business page is like a users online diary, it is all over the place. Just stick to your job.    Stop posting dumb stuff constantly and let your work speak for itself.   You are destroying your reputation with this nonsense and your all over the place rules that seem to change daily.   Chill.out. my dude.  You are legit starting to look like something is extra sus.

This review is being given by someone who has had Blake do work in my home, recommended to others both personally and in the community,  and also had Blake screw me over not following up when contacted for an emergency after initially speaking to him.   So I have had it all.
