Had another company tell me I needed a major overhaul done on my septic tank. Turned out they were trying to take advantage of my ignorance. Was referred to Blue Lightning through a friend. Troy spent more time telling me what I didn't have to pay for. Feel I was very fortunate to find this company.

The shower wouldn't fully shut off. It was more than just a drip and we needed it fixed fast. I had spent good time and money tiling the shower and didn't want to have to do a major repair job after the plumber finished.
Horizon sent Scott the next morning. He had the correct parts with him and had the repair done to perfection within an hour. He didn't damage the tile. He was professional. And the total repair cost was very affordable. I have a new plumber for myself and to refer to the clients of my business, Charlie Jones Farmers Insurance.

Called for a drain snake for a clogged pipe. They quoted more than double others. Over $200 for 15 min of work is ridiculous. Also wouldn't give a time just a date.

EDIT: Filed another claim for a separate issue 6 months later and was assigned this company again. (My husband filed it so I didn't know). Three days went by with no contact from them.
Pretty disappointed. Filed a claim with my home warranty company on Tuesday around noon, gave them about 24-28 hours to contact me to make an appointment (they are supposed to be out within 48 hours).
Anyway they never called so Wednesday evening I called and originally she booked me for Thursday, called me back and said they were busy and could do Friday 10-2.
I said that was fine and come 2 pm Friday I had heard nothing so I called and she didn't even have record of my appointment it seemed, so she said it would be 2:30-4:30. Never got a call so my husband called and they said probably tomorrow (Saturday) because they were so slammed. We called the home warranty company back and have switched companies.
We don't have a properly functioning toilet in the house and I had initiated this process Tuesday. If you schedule a service you should make sure to make that service!! Don't schedule if you can't handle it!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. We filed a claim, they were assigned to us. They called me and were very difficult to work with. They gave me only mornings from 8-1. I explained I worked mornings but could get somewhere out there to meet them. I confirmed multiple times that they were going to call before they came. I called this morning. Confirmed the phone number to call and that they'd call me. A while later I notice someone is at my door through the ring doorbell. Attempt to talk to him, can't hear me. Call the company and they say they aren't sure if he's there and may or may not be able to get a hold of him. At his time I can see his car still in my driveway. I get upset not terrible just saying this isn't my fault. No one called to tell me they are on their way. I have someone that can meet them but want to confirm he's staying. I had explained to the lady on Thursday my situation. They say they'll calI on their way. I have my phone records to prove it.I guess the lady called the guys that was supposed to meet me. He said he called multiple times. He did not call. I have phone records to prove it. However the company didn't call me back to tell me anything or what they found out. I call back, the owner REGINA yells at me. Tells me they have 50 people to today and I'm not the only one. They have no responsibility to me and if I'm not willing to be 100% available to them they don't need my business and hung up on me. She was the worst. She said I treated her employee terrible. I did not. I simply said you guys promised me someone would call no one did. I have never been TReated that way in my life. I am appalled shes the owner and gets away with this. If you want to look at any of my previous reviews I'd say 100% of them are positive so this is very unlike me to write a negative one. WORST COMPANY EVER. Would never recommend them

My husband is out of town two hour time difference and the call didn't go through He called my husband. Even though I called at 8:01 am this morning and gave them MY number to call and confirmed they would call that. We had also given them the correct number Thursday. When I made this appointment they assured me we WOULD get a call before they came. Once again. I did everything I could to ensure that it worked out. Even though it was their fault, I had someone running to our house to let them in as I could still see them in our driveway and they would not wait. And then man still chose to leave. Also, it's astounding they fit 50 people in one day. Seriously doubt you get good service that is done competently with having to do 50 people in one day by one person as they stated to me over the phone.

I could write a novel about the horrors I had to endure because I chose this plumbing company. But, they are not worth that much of my time. So let me boil down the basics to you, no exaggeration, 100% honesty.

- not complete the agreed scope of work? Check
- take 5 weeks longer than the original time frame given? Check
- in my house on Christmas Eve with jackhammers? Check
- not put up plastic, dust containment or even clean up after themselves? Check
- overpriced invoice to the point of ridiculous, check (though I payed the full amount invoiced right away, it was an insurance claim so I didn't fight it)
- after the inflated invoice is paid, try to invoice me an additional 25%?!? Check, seriously. This was the invoice they showed up and did a completely different scope of work than what was agreed. What they did accomplished nothing.
- take me to collections using the grimiest, nastiest collections company in Oklahoma, check?
- continue to pursue and threaten me with lawsuits until I finally I contacted BBB ANDDDDD had a lawyer write a letter of intent to sue them for improper or illegal collection tactics? Check
The owner, Micheal....he is the dirtiest, most scheming, unscrupulous contractor I have every dealt with. And I am a GC in another state now and deal with hundreds of sub contractors, good ones and bad ones. I've heard of terrible human beings like Micheal, at least 2 other of his employees, and his collections team, but these are the only ones I ever encountered.
Stay away...I promise you. Dirtbags, and I do not use that term lightly

This is the worst plumbing experience I ever seen. This plumber named Jack showed up and I asked to see where the pipes are broken. He crawls under the house for 5 minutes and said there is numerous breaks. Then he said it would be $85 for him to come out. I wasn't done asking questions and all he does is asking for that $85. When I paid him he took off and said he'll be back on the weekend or Monday to fix it. That POS never called back. I called the company the following Monday and they said he'll get to me. It's been a week already. He kept telling me the Company is a 5 star from better business bureau. Fuk Jack and the POS better business bureau.
