Best Plumbing Services in Tulsa, OK
We have worked with a a handful of contractors (big and small companies) in the last few years and none of them can compare to Scott and his team. Scott was professional, reliable, had excellent communication, and his workmanship was outstanding. Our experience from meeting him for the bid to the final walk through was amazing. Most important- our bathroom looks amazing! Hope this crew and their families enjoy their holiday season... because we can't wait to schedule more work with them in the new year!

This guy is good. He charges a reasonable flat rate and knows what he's doing. I have used him before and will use him again.

They went far above and beyond.
Price was very reasonable for the time and work they put in.
I am happy to add another great review for them.

We had a clogged main drain line. Called AAA that morning. Jason said he could be there by 10. Showed up at 945. Assessed our problem. Fixed our clog within an hour. Friendly fast and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

They're amazing!!! Honest and professional company. I just called today, with an urgent issue, I had a plumber in less than 2 hour, and my plumbing issue was resolved. They were fast, efficient, and believe it or not reasonably priced. I previously had called five plumbing's companies for 2 days before and none of them could do the job without extra charge for an urgent plumbing problem.
Many thanks! To Alan the crew great job!

I was going to have them do a lot of work for me but this is how it all started.
They show up and water is seeping from the ground. They tell me its the main and they can dig it up and fix it real quick. They never checked the main under the house to see if the water was even going to the house.
I told them I have 2 meter spots and thought the city could have placed the meter in the wrong one... They said its pointing towards the house your good lets dig this up.
The apprentice starts digging and then the foreman\teacher leaves. The apprentice says he had to deal with a crazy gf\wife and he'd be back to pick him up.
An older guy shows up and says to the apprentice WTF are you guys doing this is a meter for an old sprinkler system why are you digging this up did you even check the main under the house? The apprentice didn't know what to do he is learning so I have no ill will about him he was doing his best with bad supervision.
I canceled the rest of my work through email since after 4 phone calls not answered it was the only way to contact them.
They charged me nearly $400 for their apprentice digging for 2-3 hrs and putting a big ugly hole/spot in my yard for nothing.
If they can't be trusted to even check to see if they are digging on the right line then how can I trust them to move a gas line under my house where my girlfriend and kid are going to live.

My wife and I were satisfied with the job performed by Plumbing Service Company, but have serious issues with the calculation of our bill. The entire job consisted of fixing a running toilet by replacing the flapper/etc. The plumber was at our house for less than an hour as you might have expected, so we sere surprised to receive a bill for 1.5 hours of labor. The bill was $135 labor plus a healthy $32 for the parts. Upon calling, we were informed that it's standard practice for them to start the clock when leaving their previous job. I think it's fine if you want to charge a service fee, but then you would have to disclose that upfront. It's just sneaky. You will be paying $90 an hour for your plumber's commute time, so it might be smart to find out where he's coming from.

We are on a fixed income, so even though we have been happy with rotor rooter snaking our drain every couple of years, we thought we would try someone a little less expensive. Huge mistake. Bryant people came out, but told us that the drain that obviously was over- flowing, was not the problem, but they didn't know what was. So they said they needed to come back in 3 days with different equipment. Meanwhile, we couldn't do laundry, were using paper plates for dishes and desperately trying not to flush the toilets. YIKES. The third day was a Friday, and we still hadn't heard from them, so we called and had to leave a message. NO RESPONSE. So now, we are faced with paying double rates for someone else to come out on a weekend, or suffer several more days, until we can get an appointment on a weekday. There is NO excuse for leaving a customer in this position. Completely unprofessional, and inconsiderate! There was no misunderstanding, miscommunication, nothing like that. Just an uncaring, unprofessional company. If you are looking for a reputable, reliable plumbing company, look elsewhere.

If I could less than 1 star I would. Pierce Duckett came to take care of a clogged line at my house on a Saturday, for $150. I was at work, my sons were there, Mr Duckett agreed to come on Sunday or Monday to collect payment. He was to call first. He showed up early Sunday, no phone call. My son gave him half in cash and needed to go to the ATM. Mr Duckett said he would come back. He called the next day, early morning, I was no home. 17 phone calls in one morning. 3 days of playing phone tag with him I thought he showed up for payment, no more calls. I found out 4 days later he attempted to put a lien on my home for $70. He hadn't come back by. He contacted the home owners we're lease purchasing from. Quoted them $300 and said I hadn't paid and he was going to file a lien. The home owner is a licensed plumber and electrician. He agreed to pay $150. I had no clue he contacted them until 3 days later. They were furious he failed to tell them I had already paid half. Attempted to contact Ducketts several times to resolve the issue. After several attempts he finally called back, yelling and cussing, threatening to file harassment charges for bothering him. I asked why he overcharged my landlords and failed to mention I had paid half. He said did you hand me the payment? I said I was at work, my husband have it to you. His response was I don't know nothing about that then hung up on me. Attempted to talk to him 2 more times, hid wife got on the phone and started cussing me out. Highly unprofessional, mediocre work, and very dishonest!
