Great Experience! Big thank you to Jess the owner) who came to our rescue. We actually had two issues and I wish I had found Abstract Plumbing first!  Our issues started with a pinhole leak in our hot water heater closet wall plumbing that was apparently leaking for a while.  Once we noticed, the water had flooded the hot water heater. The first plumber repaired the wall plumbing and said he could replace the gas control (instead of replacing the hot water heater).  This was the lower-cost option, so we decided this was our best option.  However, after repairing the plumbing issue, the first plumber left us with another leak because he did not tighten the fittings properly.  He came back the next day to fix his mistake and said he would have the part for the hot water heater overnighted. 7 days later, he still didn't have the part and wasn't sure he could get it so we asked for a quote for a new hot water heater.  His quote was about $5000.  After sharing this information with some friends, we realized this was a very high quote. I decided to request several more quotes using the Yelp app.  Yelp sent my info to 5 plumbers and 3 out of the 5 replied. Abstract was the first to reply and had clear pricing and quick availability. The overall final price quote was a little higher but, we have a 'not so standard size/type' water heater (we understood the different prices and we're reasonable people!)  We also learned that the other plumber had actually installed another part of the plumbing incorrectly preventing our 'instant hot water' line from working properly.  This should have been a 'no-brainer' for the other plumber as the part actually has an arrow to show how to properly install!  Jess repaired this for us and installed the new hot water heater.  I will definitely call Jess for ALL my plumbing needs from now on and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

They came on time did the work explained what he was doing and problems I may have later and the prices where reasonable compared to the other plumbing companies. The tech was friendly and I would use them again. And would recommend to others.

Scheduling was prompt and the appointment was on-time dead-on. I had Eric out at my home to install a water line. He listened intently with what I wanted and met or exceeded my expectations. He's pleasant to work with and competent at the work performed. Overall, I'm exceptionally pleased with the service provided. Half Moon Plumbing has all the signs of a very well run business. You are working on a project, your house is flooding from a water pipe, or you just realized the wiring on your home is old as the New Testament and you need to get it fixed.  I will keep this quick.

1.  I placed a request for quote on yelp.  W/n 12 hours Ready Services Responded.  

2.  Someone out to quote the project.  Not only did he give an honest and accurate quote, he gave suggestions that kept the cost down and would look professional.  

3. Within the week, the project was complete per the quote. No hidden cost or cost increases.

The only reason why I didn't give a five was this was my first time using Ready Services.  I will be using them for future projects.

James and the crew did a great job of replacing our electric panels. They performed a lot of troubleshooting during this time, brought up other issues in the house, and were able to fix them with no problems. Excellent job

Crooks. All they care about is money. They have ZERO customer service. If you call them about fixing a problem they created, they will yell at you and call you names. They were hired to replace a tub. They did, very poorly. They cut a hole in the floor (going to under the house) and left the hole open. When asked to fix it, they refused and called me an idiot. They clearly stated (at least 40 times) that they don't do Sheetrock. Last time I checked, floors are made of wood. The REFUSED to come fix the hole and told me to call their lawyer. Both father and son yelled at me when I tried to explain the problem. Don't use them unless you like throwing money away and being treated like crap. What a horrible company and sad excuse for humans.

Worst company ever!!!!!  Set up appointment and they never showed up.  Called and spoke with Crystal she was rude and short with me, apparently she made a mistake and never dispatched our service request.  She got so nasty with me and hung up on me.  I called and spoke with the Owner of this company and was even WORSE!!!!  What??????  Never again will I call thus company.  What a joke!!!!

I used this company and feel I got ripped off.  I will tell everyone I know not to use them.  Their story changes everytime you talk to them.  They claim they are a Christian based plumbing company which should have put me on notice before I ever hired them.  Read the review of Ann J. to confirm everything I have put in this review.  0 stars.

Called this past Monday morning.  No live answer, just leave a message.  I did.  No response Monday.  Called again this afternoon over 24 hours later.  No live response, just leave a message.  It's 8:08PM.  No response.

There is no option for selecting a ZERO star for NO RESPONSE.  How nice it must be to just throw away potential business.

It will be very heartbreaking for me to call the excellent business person who referred this business to us and give him an earful.

The five star reviews are from people who must live next door to this one.

I hired this company to come repair my toilets. They came fairly quickly and finished the job in good time. The problems started when one of the repair jobs started leaking again. I contacted the owner and was promised two (2) different times that would be back to fix the problem as was given a warranty on the work. The first time they didn't show, the owner texted back was unable to make it. The second time, the owner ghosted me and hasn't replied back.

Had the owner just made it right, I would've given a much different review as my initial impression was a good one. Very sad when a business treats you this way. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau.
