EDIT: Filed another claim for a separate issue 6 months later and was assigned this company again. (My husband filed it so I didn't know). Three days went by with no contact from them.

Pretty disappointed. Filed a claim with my home warranty company on Tuesday around noon, gave them about 24-28 hours to contact me to make an appointment (they are supposed to be out within 48 hours).

Anyway they never called so Wednesday evening I called and originally she booked me for Thursday, called me back and said they were busy and could do Friday 10-2.

I said that was fine and come 2 pm Friday I had heard nothing so I called and she didn't even have record of my appointment it seemed, so she said it would be 2:30-4:30. Never got a call so my husband called and they said probably tomorrow (Saturday) because they were so slammed. We called the home warranty company back and have switched companies.

We don't have a properly functioning toilet in the house and I had initiated this process Tuesday. If you schedule a service you should make sure to make that service!! Don't schedule if you can't handle it!

I am amazed R&R Plumbing is still in business. They are unprofessional, rude, poor communicators who fail to show for their appointments. It took me more than 5 days to schedule an apt after my home warranty assigned them to us. My wife took a full day off of work to accommodate them coming to the house, and not only did they not show, but they didn't even try to let us know they weren't going to make it. If it were possible to provide less than 1 star I would. Don't waste your time.

R & R Plumbing is wonderful! We had them come out awhile back when our hot water heater went out. Regina and Rob were both super nice and very professional. I have recommended them to friends and family in the past... And am happy to finally refer on Yelp, too. :)

Used them through a home warranty company. I was pleasantly surprised. I contacted them a couple hours after I called the warranty company and they were at my house within 4 hours of the initial warranty call! They were very quick with the repair and friendly!

Filed my claim with my Home Warranty of America on February 18.  If they give you R & R Plumbing as the company to call for diagnosis and service - RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!  R & R came out and diagnosed the problem and collected my $100 payment and sent information to HWA.  They scheduled the install for Feb. 28 and never showed up.  I have been calling them several times a day and they won't answer my calls.  I got my realtor involved and they answered when she called (I assume because they didn't recognize the number as mine).  Now they say they will install on Friday, March 9.  That is almost 3 weeks since all this started.  I don't trust them that they will actually show up.  Would you?  My next review will be on Home Warranty of America!!

R & R Plumbing was chosen for us through our Home Warranty. We weren't sure what to expect, but Rob & Regina were great. They worked around our schedule and got to us right away. He took care of two of the items in short order. The 3rd item had to have a part ordered. They weren't able to make it during the weekday to complete the repair, so they volunteered to come out on Saturday morning. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone else who needs a plumber.

I wish I could give less than one star. We set up a time last week for them to meet us on Monday (today) since we have had leaking toilets and towels can only go so far. Their window of time was 10-2 with them letting us know when they were on their way. 2:30 rolls around, nothing, so I call. No answer. 3:30 rolls around, still nothing, so I text and left a voicemail. Have received no word back and no correspondence. This company is very unprofessional and shouldn't be in business since they have zero concept of customer service.

Update: the lady who works there tried to tell me that the warranty company cancelled the work order and that's why they didn't come. When I asked her when they did that she said around 3:45 which was almost 2 hours after they never showed up. I was the one who called and cancelled the work order since I wanted a different company. God I feel bad for that business if she is the brains of that operation.

Don't expect a phone call..

Placed my warranty call in November, never received a call to set up an appointment, or a return phone call after I left numerous messages to try and set an appointment. I had to re-submit my claim through my warranty, and promptly called to refuse to work with this company. Luckily, my plumbing issue is not a severe one, so I can be some what patient; this however is ridiculous. Apparently they don't need the business.
