Don't expect a phone call..
Placed my warranty call in November, never received a call to set up an appointment, or a return phone call after I left numerous messages to try and set an appointment. I had to re-submit my claim through my warranty, and promptly called to refuse to work with this company. Luckily, my plumbing issue is not a severe one, so I can be some what patient; this however is ridiculous. Apparently they don't need the business.
