Best Plumbing Services in Oklahoma

Had another company tell me I needed a major overhaul done on my septic tank.  Turned out they were trying to take advantage of my ignorance.  Was referred to Blue Lightning through a friend.  Troy spent more time telling me what I didn't have to pay for.  Feel I was very fortunate to find this company.

The shower wouldn't fully shut off. It was more than just a drip and we needed it fixed fast. I had spent good time and money tiling the shower and didn't want to have to do a major repair job after the plumber finished.

Horizon sent Scott the next morning. He had the correct parts with him and had the repair done to perfection within an hour. He didn't damage the tile. He was professional. And the total repair cost was very affordable. I have a new plumber for myself and to refer to the clients of my business, Charlie Jones Farmers Insurance.

I had a plumbing issue that left my kitchen sink out of commission. I had used Roto Rooter before for my water heater and was pleased with my service and since they offer same day service I ultimately decided to use them again for my plumbing issue. I was not disappointed in the least. My technician, Brian, explained what he was going to do, gave me a quote, and when I gave him the go ahead he went to grab some parts and got to work. He turned what I perceived as a potentially very costly and timely job into a painless and low cost fix. He was fast and friendly and once again I was more than pleased with my service. My kitchen sink works again and I guess I can do my dishes now. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Filed my claim with my Home Warranty of America on February 18.  If they give you R & R Plumbing as the company to call for diagnosis and service - RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!  R & R came out and diagnosed the problem and collected my $100 payment and sent information to HWA.  They scheduled the install for Feb. 28 and never showed up.  I have been calling them several times a day and they won't answer my calls.  I got my realtor involved and they answered when she called (I assume because they didn't recognize the number as mine).  Now they say they will install on Friday, March 9.  That is almost 3 weeks since all this started.  I don't trust them that they will actually show up.  Would you?  My next review will be on Home Warranty of America!!

if i could review this company with a zero rating i would do so. Buddy did work on our plumbing and well - the crew he had do it was the most off handed - irresponsible two men i have ever met - they argued constantly on how to install the clean outs - they forgot to bring the new backflow box to install and then argued with my husband about needing one - finally went and got one (exactly like the one that had broke) - argued over how it was to be installed.

the house flooded again on a Friday (this company does not work on weekends - you cannot reach them at all until Monday) - when they did return my call they told me i had to contact my home warranty for a claim and then they would come out - ummm no i do not - this was supposed to have a 1 yr warranty and it lasted a whole 4 1/2 months - Buddy called me and i explained what happened - and that i was having the repairs redone by another company - he quickly came out to scope the problem (which was not done on the first trip as he did not feel it needed to be done), he confirmed the pipe giving the problem had a belly in it.... he said he could fix it for 2400.00 more dollars.  NOPE NO WAY IN HELL will he be doing any work for us again.

When the second crew dug up the cleanout pipes and back flow box - they were not even secured to the pipe coming out of the house - it came off by hand - the back flow box valve (flap) was broke and floating in the box (so no wonder it did not stop the water from entering my house) - the whole assembly can be rocked with your hands and pulled apart - therefore it leads me to believe they were not properly glued together.  Now i have already paid him $819.00 to fix my problem the first time - but that did not work so now i am out $9500.00 to fix the problem correctly.

Will i ever use this company again NO - will i ever recommend this company - NO

My suggestion is stay clear of Buddy and his Affordable Leak Detection as they do not stand behind their work - instead they will only do another repair and charge you for it.

this business is a cheating company. we signed a big contract with this company, they did these to us:
1. they promised one week but end up with five weeks to finish their plumbing works, which was delayed the whole project, therefore made us paid a lot more money on rent
2. they did a gas pipe work and asked about $1000 more than other 3-4 companies estimates
3. they cheated us on giving cheap brand of water heater tank instead of the top brand water heater tank , which was what we paid for and signed on the contract. They did not tell us when they installed it. we trusted them and did not even thought about the water heater was not the one we paid for. six months later today, this brand new water heater tank failed working and needed to be replaced. until this time, we just knew the water heater was not the one we paid for. This company even has not felt sorry for doing this ugly thing to us, then even said that is a you accepted it and paid the final payment. That is right, we paid the full amount on the contract to them, but they cheated on our trust.

what kind of company is it!  I wouldn't use this company again which costed us thousands of dollars

This is the worst plumbing experience I ever seen.  This plumber named Jack showed up and I asked to see where the pipes are broken.  He crawls under the house for 5 minutes and said there is numerous breaks.  Then he said it would be $85 for him to come out.  I wasn't done asking questions and all he does is asking for that $85.  When I paid him he took off and said he'll be back on the weekend or Monday to fix it.  That POS never called back.  I called the company the following Monday and they said he'll get to me.  It's been a week already.  He kept telling me the Company is a 5 star from better business bureau.  Fuk Jack and the POS better business bureau.
