Paid them for the job and said they would be back tomorrow to finish. Did not show up. Won't return calls. They did call back 2 days later and finished the job 2 days later.

If I could give more stars I would!
Recently our house flooded and we needed someone to come out and replumb the entire house. Hudson was quick to get out and give us an estimate (which was free by the way) when other companies were wanting to charge $75-$150. When your entire house is flooded especially at Christmas time, the last thing you want to worry about is spending more money on top of everything else just for an estimate. Other plumbers came out and never called us back and Hudson had an estimate in 24hrs. Their price was so amazing that I was seriously shocked (I was thinking we would have to sell a kidney) that we also got our hot water tank replaced at the same time to just be done with all our worries. I just can't say enough about all the guys and how wonderful and quick they were at getting us taken care of. Seriously, trust me when I say just go to them.

We scheduled Airco to perform a tune-up on our air conditioning system. During the tune-up the blew out the condensate drain line and must have also cleaned out the pan a little, because when they blew the line out it flooded my floor drain with debris and clogged it. I didn't realize this until I started to get water seeping under my new flooring in our living room. In the 1-1/2' drain there was probably about 1-2 inches of debris/silt in the bottom of the drain, clogging it. I called Williams Plumbing to look into the back up and explained to me that the drain was clogged and they snaked the drain and pushed the snake to its full 75'. The Williams technician told me that it drained as soon as he made it through the p-trap, but kept going just in case. I contacted Airco HVAC Manager, Amy, and she was insistent that there was something else clogging my drain. So after spending thousands on my new flooring (LVP), I get to spend another few thousand on pulling up the flooring, drying the slab and reinstalling the flooring but replacing pieces that break because the connecting teeth sometimes break (I've been told by the manufacturer). Luckily we installed LVP and not wood.
Please make sure that the technician checks and cleans the drain if you have them clean out your condensate drip pan/line.

I had problems with my water heater last April. It was spewing water all over my Garage. My Home Warranty company sent Top Quality Plumbing out to my home to repair it. In September...more hot water problems as my Heater spewed water all over my Garage again. Top Quality was again contacted by my Home Warranty Company...they supposedly replaced all valves and thermostats and elements. 2 weeks later...same problem. Top Quality came out and this time told us that we would have to install a Water Pressure Regulator to resolve the Problem. 450.00 later..after the Regulator was installed(by another plumbing company) the problem was STILL NOT resolved. Home Depot sold me a T&P valve and this resolved it but only for a couple of weeks. Then the Heater started blowing fuses and now we had only luke-warm water at best. We were frustrated and having to exhaust all of our Savings on buying another Water Heater. However..my Warranty company had paid Top Quality over 200 dollars for a complete overhaul of all elements and valves and thermostats for the heater. We just could not understand WHY no hot Water!!! Finally..I suspected our electric panels and circuit breakers and fuse boxes. I contacted our Electric Company to have one of their employees simply inspect our situation and tell us WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO GET HOT WATER IN OUR HOME????? He discovered that our Power boxes were okay...the PROBLEM was that the LOWER Thermostat was bad AND never got replaced. He relaced all of the thermostats and elements and the heater is working like new. Furthermore..the Electric Company (Verdigras Valley Electric company from Collinsville Oklahoma) chose not to charge us. I cannot thank them enough. I am not suggesting that Top Quality is dishonest...but if they cannot resolve a problem with a simple electric water heater...why would you want to pay them to fix bigger problems???
