Best Plumbing Services in Oklahoma

Greg was supposed to come by yesterday afternoon.  We waited all day.  No Greg and no phone call.  After 5:00 PM, we finally got a hold of his wife and she couldn't get ahold of him either.  Apparently he was at someone's home and didn't have his cell phone.  

We made arrangements for him to come today.  We asked Greg to adjust the flapper for one toilet and look at another that is known to run on occasion.  He said we needed to buy two new toilets and called a showroom to arrange for us to visit, telling them he would be installing them.  

We also asked him to screw on something to increase the water pressure in our shower and to install two Delta faucets in the bathroom which came in a kit with everything he needed.  At some point he left the house. When he came back he said he had gone to buy some metal push pop ups because he didn't like the plastic ones that came with the kit.  He said the plastic ones wouldn't last 6 months but did not tell us he was going to the store or why until after the fact.   The parts in the kit include a life time warranty so I'm not sure why anything would have to be swapped out.

In our area Home Guide says that installing faucets can run up to $250.  There were no problems with the installation on our end aside from the plastic pop ups.

Greg charged us $580 because he charges by the hour ($180) which included his visit to the store.  He could not give us a receipt for his work (his book was in his other truck) nor did he give us the store receipt for swapping out the push pop ups he took with him.

I had to ask for the original faucets back and guess what?  The pop ups were missing.  I'm not even sure the faucets he install were the ones I bought.  They look entirely different than I remember.  I had to asked him to bring the boxes (with the lifetime warranty) that he took with him so I can verify these are the same faucets I bought.  

As he was leaving, some other plumber pulled up behind him.  It looked like he had given my old faucets to him.  I had to ask for everything he left as he just walked out the door after I wrote him a check.  My husband later told me he had told him to tear up my check because he wanted to use a credit card.    

Greg seems like a pleasant enough guy but no one can afford people who are installing facets for $580.  No water had to be turned off.  No issues on our end to explain it.  Just a plumber with an hourly rate that triples what I received as a Senior Project Manager in a fortune 500 company in healthcare and a lot of oddities that are hard to explain.  

The faucets he installed worked.  That's about all I can say.

Anytime you need to hire someone to fix your home, it's nerve wracking, especially if you have no prior experience in that field. We had a pipe burst and the city had to turn off our water. We have a 14 month old so having no water, isn't really an option. Considering the winter storm, every plumbing company I called was booked out for days and even weeks. My wife found Hendricks on a FB group for Tulsa. I called, they answered, they were out the next day. Kevin tried all he could to fix the issue day one - he dug through snow, cleared snow off my deck and crawled under my house - the job was just too much. I didn't expect him to go that far. Unfortunately, the problem was worse than I had hoped, but they set a realistic and honest timeline for the repair. Kevin told me, It'll be done on Tuesday, and he proved to be a man of his word. Additionally, after fixing the issue and the water was running and he cleaned up the debris, I found him on the floor of my kitchen, trying to scrub out any trace of him having been there - PRIDE. It's Tuesday and we are back up and running. Best of all, it was completed UNDER BUDGET...I'm a big fan of under promise, over deliver. I'm bought in. I hope to never have an issue in the future, but if I do, we are calling Hendricks. Thank you all!

Mike McGhee, the owner of Phoenix Plumbing Works went above & beyond to help us fix a bad problem. All of our sinks (kitchen & bathrooms) & washer became backed up. We had called another plumber. After he tried to snake out our sewer line, he was unsuccessful in clearing the line. He said couldn't fix the problem and just left us with the same problem. This is a very unsettling situation. When a professional can't fix a problem & you are stuck like that! Mike from Phoenix came out that same day, worked about 30-45 mins getting the sewer line snaked out until he was able to get the blockage cleared. I was so, so grateful to him for his responsiveness & diligence getting the job done. I highly recommend him!

Freedom has saved me twice in the last year....once when my heaters went out during that horrible ice storm in Dec 2022 and again now when one of my A/Cs went out. They were able to get me in quickly, and their prices are incredibly reasonable. You never realize how important it is having a trusty HVAC person until you actually need one. These are my go to guys.

Vacant rental house had a leak in the supply line behind the wall behind the hot water heater in the closet in the garage.  Thought the pipe was frozen and busted during the winter.  Called a couple places and they could not come out until after Memorial Day.  Call Pacific Plumbing and the owner Kit was able to come out right then.  He's friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.  He did a few checking and cut out the sheet rock and located the leak.  It turned out to be a cap at the end of a line had popped out due to age.  Kit fixed it quickly for a reasonable price.

Bathroom fixtures replaced:

1.  Speedy and on time arrival!
2.  Fully prepared and equipped for installation
3.  Greg, the owner and his son-in-law (install team) very cordial and worked together well!
3.  Proper testing and clean up was beyond expectations!
4.  I'd be pleased to answer questions and would not hesitate to request there service again!
5.  Prices:  Very reasonable for the work completed in a timely manner!

Transparent pricing and responsive.   When working on a project, these are two qualities that are very important.

I was out of town and I got a call that my hot water tank was leaking at my sober living house. I was not going to be back for a few days but needed it fixed. I put it out on Facebook to see if anyone could help (this is a non-profit organization). Joel contacted me and said he would take care of it. That he did! Excellent work and he donated parts and labor. I can't say enough good about Joel's Plumbing and Drain!

Would not consider this business ever again. He came to inspect a gas leak and didn't bring any tools and told me he'd come back the next morning and has not returned any calls, texts, or emails. I do not recommend. He is very unprofessional.
