Wonderful customer service! We had a leaking hot water tank and Bob was the only plumber in the area willing to provide same-day service. He put in extra time (showed up at the end of his work day), provided an upfront quote, worked with us to reduce cost, and quickly replaced the tank. Additionally, he was willing to look at a slow-running faucet for us after swapping hot water tanks. Bob goes above and beyond just providing plumbing services and I would highly recommend him.

I had a gas line leak and this company was on the limited list of accredited ones by Lancaster Gas service. Cr. Strohmeyer put me at the top of his list due to seriousness of the problem. He investigated the pipe and was able to thread the new pipes through the existing ones. This meant I didn't need to have my front lawn dug up to reach the faulty pipe.
I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. He took pains to explain what the options were, how they would be done and made me feel confident of his expertise.
I have already recommended him to friends and have put him on my list of 'best people to call.'

Had a plugged kitchen drain, they cleared it and cleaned it for a shockingly reasonable price and was told if it plugged again within 30 days to call and they would do it again free of charge. Recommended by all big area plumbing suppliers in area as well as companies that couldn't make it out that day.

Mulbarger was prompt, efficient, and professional at repairing a tub leak and restoring hot water for the tub at my mom's home. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

Aaron was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable about his field; but easy to understand when he describes what needs to be done.

Reached out for assistance with a plumbing job via thumbtack. Have waited a week for someone to respond to ask me more about the job, give me a quote, something. This is very poor customer service. I was hoping to establish with a local plumber for this job and any future jobs. I guess it will not be Fraley Plumbing and Repair.

I called this company in a pinch when we thought we had a clogged main drain. These guys at the Drain Dr figured out that the septic co that was paid $260 yesterday pumped the wrong tank. They were fairly priced, flexible and very professional. Will definitely use them in the future!

had an appointment scheduled with them due to pipes freezing and our laundry room flooding, they no call no showed 2 weeks ago.  I called, left a VM, no response.  I have probably called 20 different times over the past 2 weeks and haven't received a response.  I have left 3 voicemails trying to figure out what happened and wanted to reschedule and still have yet to receive a response.  don't waste your time with these guys.

I'm thinking Samuel D. may have the wrong company, as there is another NI located in Worthington? Chris Kolb of Nationwide Irrigation installed a system at my home, as well as my mother's. I wasn't even home when he and his team came to my house to do the install. I just told him what I wanted, set a temporary garage code, and he did the rest. Some of us can't be at home all day because we're out working, so this was awesome!

I actually ran across this review on Yelp! because I was looking to sign up on their website to have our irrigation systems winterized, and was going to pre-pay online. If the review is a legitimate review on the right company, I'm surprised that there aren't any specifics as to what was done incorrectly, or not to his satisfaction. The only thing he specified was the name of a competitor to use instead. Which leads me to believe that the review isn't legitimate. Usually when people complain, they will be very specific of what the business did wrong.

They don't even do any advertising; their business runs on word of mouth. My mom is one of the pickiest people, and even she complimented on the way Chris ran the water supply line through her finished basement.

This company sent someone out a field estimator to give us a quote on a
Friday for a bathtub that was leaking into the ceiling of our kitchen, they said they would get us an estimate by Tuesday of the ext week. I called on a Wednesday, and was told they were busy but would try to move our estimate up. Did not hear from them until some time late the next week. In the meantime I called another company and they came out and did the repairs the same day!

After about 20 interactions with this company, I've come to the conclusion that it's hit or miss.  Sometimes technicians will be friendly and helpful (AC/Furnace and Plumbing interactions come to mind).  The others tend to forget about your discount club discount or act like they get a commission if they sell you the platinum fix as opposed to the necessary fix (Electric and Plumbing interactions come to mind).  

Of the times where things have been realllly bad, I've been given refunds or not charged (as was the case with my previous review).  That's good and all, I'd just prefer to not have to guess if it's Jekyll or Hyde that's going to show up when my pipes are leaking.

If you're new to the house owning game, I'd suggest being wary.  Not to say they can't do quality work, I'd just say it's not always a given, which can be mentally and financially frustrating.  If you have patience and some know-how, I'd say they could be worth the call.
